“Omg Catherine was a life saver!! I had an urgent family emergency so I had to leave town in a hurry and was so stressed about who would take care of my cat Eevee. Even with super short notice, Catherine made it work and not only accepted my booking request, she even made time for a meet and greet where I was able to tell her about Eevee's needs and usual routine. My Eevee is an extremely particular cat, and she has chronic kidney disease, so it's a bit of work to prepare her food and meds and get her to eat her food. I was stressed and worried about what a sitter might think, because I have a long list of instructions they'd have to follow (eg. mash up Eevee's food finely because she likes the flavour of her chunks in gravy wet food, but prefers the consistency if paté, warm up her food and mix it with water to make it soupy, transfer it onto a fresh plate after microwaving because Eevee likes warm food but hates a warm plate, stay by her side as she eats and occasionally use a spoon to gather up her food because she prefers her food to be served in a mound, etc). It HAS to be done right because otherwise Eevee won't eat, and it is so important that she eats all her food because it is mixed with her kidney medicine. Catherine not only put me at ease with how nice and understanding she was at the meet and greet, she followed all my instructions to a T and got Eevee to eat every last bite!! Eevee even let Catherine pet her, which usually never happens with strangers. In a time when I was dealing with stressful family problems and couldn't handle anything going wrong with my cat on top of that mess, Catherine brought me so much peace of mind and helped me not worry about Eevee. She is such a kind and caring lady, a true animal lover. Thank you so much for everything you've done for Eevee!!”

“After our 1st sitter cancelled on us so close to our 3 week trip, we scrambled to find full time care for our rescue who was barely left alone since adoption. We were so fortunate to find Tomas and his wonderful family. They not only treated our Pochi like their own, but gave my him his own amazing vacation as well. He had plenty of exercise as he had multiple walks a day plus playtime with Tomas' 2 dogs in Tomas' large yard. I got many photos sent to me at tagged locations of their daily hikes. Pochi is a fearful dog but with the help of Tomas' dogs and his cat he seemed to build his confidence. Much appreciated and such a relief hearing how he adapted so well with a different family.
