1. Melissa W.
“My dog Moxie has stayed with Melissa twice and I can't recommend her enough. Melissa gives Moxie the cuddles and play time she needs. Melissa takes great care of Moxie and I rest easy when I'm away.”
2. Jon P.
“What to say about Jon?? Can't think of enough words to describe how wonderful a dog sitter Jon is. He kept our sweet old girl Fiona for 5 days just for day care while my husband hiked and I was out of town. Then he kept her overnight for 6 nights. Fiona is not your typical dog. She's getting on up there in years and her back legs are not working so well. She slips on floors and can't do steps easily, and she takes a number of medicines throughout the day. Jon was so considerate to put down blankets/rugs to make it easier for her to walk. Jon cooked chicken for her and tended to her like a child. To sum it up JON IS FANTASTIC!! You can tell he loves dogs and you will feel very comfortable knowing he's taking care of your "best friend." Thanks so much Jon. If we are back in this area again next year, we will certainly contact you.”
3. Julia M.
“Julia took terrific care of our Mochi! She took her on two nice walks and sent photos of their adventures. Would definitely recommend Julia to anyone who needs dog sitting in Mammoth.”
4. Michelle R.
“We took the plunge, leaving our sweet baby with a sitter for the first time and we could not be happier. Michelle sent us photos and gave us updates along the way which kept our minds at ease. We will most definitely use Michelle again!”
5. Anna B.
“While fighting cancer and the subsequent recovery from it, I was unable to walk our dog, much less take him for a hike. Anna stepped in beautifully and takes my dog for fun outings all over Bozeman and beyond. Some days it's a short walk in the dog park or around the neighborhood and other days it's a demanding hike to the top of Storm Castle. She does a great job of balancing his need for "rest" days and "active" days to keep him healthy and strong. She is firm but kind to him and loves him a great deal. She makes sure he listens by making him repeat a command until he gets it, enforcing his training and making sure he'll listen when it is most needed. If you need someone to help your dog get some real exercise, or just a walk occasionally, I would highly recommend Anna to you. She is reliable and consistent and definitely makes my life easier and my dog happier and healthier.”
6. Maia & Nick N.
“When you leave your dog with a stranger, you want to feel confident it will be safe and well cared for. Maia and Nick were excellent on both counts -- they also sent us photos of our dog settling into their home and playing with their dog. They suggested options for sleeping places in the house and were very relaxed and accommodating. They get our highest recommendation! Thank you so much! Kris and Cedric”
7. Lila K.
“Lila and her daughter Sophia were the perfect match for our springer Zeke! They treated him like their own and kept us in the know for the entire week he stayed in their care. He loved the time he spent with them! The next time we are in the area, we hope they are available to rover Zeke again. I would give them a ten star rating if it was possible. Thank you again Lila and Sophia for taking such great care of our buddy Zeke.”
8. Susie C.
“We dropped our dog off at Suzie's house while we went rafting for the day. Suzie was great! Quick communication and very friendly. She sent us multiple pictures throughout the day. Our dog got plenty of playtime and a walk with her dogs. We recommend Suzie if you are in the Buena Vista area!”
9. Peggy B.
“Peggy is an awesome new friend to our border collie Brody. She is truly a smart, caring, responsible adult who lives in a country setting, is available 24/7, and is the perfect active partner to a border collie. Her past experience of living on a farm and caring for varied animals gave us confidence in her ability to treat Brody as her own in any situation. She seems basically unflappable. She also went above and beyond with hikes in windy and snowy conditions, and with new games to keep him interested. She sent us many photos which showed him happy and engaged and had great communication throughout. We are SO HAPPY to have found someone we can completely trust in any circumstances to take care of our boy, and won't hesitate to use her again if we need a sitter. On top of everything else, she is simply a delightful and creative spirit. Thanks so much, Peggy! We'll see you for hikes this summer!”
10. Douglas P.
“Doug was awesome! He sent tons of pictures and updates about my dog while we were out of town and was flexible about watching her an additional night last minute. My dog played outside with his dogs for hours everyday and she came back happy and exhausted!”
11. Mackenzie I.
“My friend Mackenzie is one of the biggest dog lovers I know. She's the first person to ask to watch my dog if I am in a bind and need some help. In college, she would foster dogs all the time to help the shelters when they were overwhelmed. She would make a great candidate and I would trust my dog with her any day! Any dog who gets to be cared for and loved my Mackenzie is lucky!”
12. Heidi L.
“Heidi was a fantastic sitter, my pup Robyn had so much fun, Heidi was really good with sending updates and photos over the weekend, great open communication, fast and friendly replies… Will be booking her for any future needs - 10/10 - highly recommend her services! Very professional and accommodating”
13. Erica L.
“Erica was great! Good communication and flexibility. My dog had some issues during his visit and Erica was great taking care of him. Highly recommend!”
14. Heather & Joshua J.
“Heather and Joshua were terrific with Molly!. She has some separation anxiety and they were very patient and made her comfortable. She had many walks and lots of p,any time. She had a blast!”
15. Jillian S.
“Jillian and her family were the perfect people to watch my 6 month old wheaten terrier puppy. I was nervous to leave him at a young age but they were flexible with changing plans, attentive to his needs and her kids adored him! The farm is a perfect escape for a dog and Jillian sends lots of picture updates so you can stay connected while away. Louie will be excited to go back when we return to Colorado!”
16. Sarah G.
“Sarah is wonderful, and Rio had a really wonderful time. They went on walks, to the dog park, played with friends and he came home happy and tired.”
17. Amanda F.
About: I grew up a child of animal enthusiasts and always had at least one furry friend (usually more) to love and care for. These pets were with me through all stages of life, with some arriving old and sick, and others as rambunctious little ones, so i I am keenly aware of the variety of care and patience needed by each individual animal. I work fairly short shifts at a local bar and mostly at night, so I'm available the entire day most days to give your babies my attention. I love outdoor adventures and would be so happy to play ball in the park, walk around town, or even go on a little hike if that's what they need. I have a thorough questionnaire so that nothing is missed due to improper communication. I learn through both you and your pet how I can offer the best care and most fun while mom or dad are away. I am loving but also firm, I love to wrestle and play tug as much as I love to snuggle. I bring the best of all worlds! I typically work 4 nights a week, from about 5 to 10 or 11, so I'm completely available most of the day every day. I can come check on your pet or offer walks during that time and give them lots of love. If you choose to allow boarding during one of my work days, I have a dog door that leads to a secure fenced area, so potty breaks won't be missed during the short time I'm away. I have a home that I own with a fenced yard and a safe, walkable neighborhood. If caring for a pet in your home, I will make sure to make a thorough assessment of the pets needs and house rules before you leave. I have lots of experience with nervous and insecure dogs and I know how stressful being away from their family can be. I will make sure to meet each pet at their comfort level and ensure they stay safe and well cared for.
18. Shawna D.
“Shawna did a great job watching our senior dog and puppy! Really good communication up front and dogs were in high spirits when we picked them up!”
19. Kelsey K.
“Kelsey took great care of my pup for the night! Lots of exercise, playtime and kept her safe while I was away. I’d definitely recommend Kelsey and will have Evie stay with her again.”
20. Amanda C.
“Amanda was a wonderful sitter for our big Rottweiler, Kaiser! She responded to my booking request immediately and was thoughtful in asking about our pups needs. She lives on a ranch and has a nice deck so that dogs can get some outdoor time. What was most comforting was the pictures she sent us throughout the day. Our big boy really enjoyed his stay.”
