When we brought her back for the actual stay, our dog couldn't wait to go in. She was literally whining at the door! Sam was very good about sending updates. “I’m truly grateful that I met Luz & Michelle here. They are genuinely kind and caring. They really earned my trust right away during our meet & greet. I had to go on vacation and I had nothing to worry about my precious dog because I knew she’s in good hands. They’re very nice and accommodating. I’m so glad I went here on Rover and thought of going for a pet sitter than taking my dog to a pet resort wherein she’d only be in a kennel most of the day and night. Monsé is happy to be home now but i just know she had a great time with them. Thank you so much!❤️”
