“I can never say enough about Donna but especially today about Sammy's stay this past weekend. Sammy was with Donna for 4 days and had diarrhea for alot of the visit. And Donna could not have been more patient and caring even enlisting advice from her vet and fixing sammy chicken and rice. She kept me informed and told me, "I am just taking care of a baby and she needs love and care right now and that's what she's getting. it's all good." How special is that!?”

Her loving, calm, and sweet demeanor sets the tone for their boarding experience, which put my mind at ease. She goes the extra mile by sending numerous pictures throughout the day and ensures the dogs get at least two to three walks daily – a detail some sitters overlook, especially with a fenced-in yard. Kim's grown boys were also on hand to assist, overseeing and playing with the dogs. The result? Happy dogs returning home! I highly recommend Kim for her excellent service.”

“Peggy was wonderful to our little Oscar. She messaged multiple times a day as requested and sent pictures of the little guy. She also noticed him biting his paws due to allergies and alerted me right away. I was in an area with bad service and did not get the message right away so she went ahead and reached out to my vet and scheduled a time to go in because he had chewed his paw to the point where he was bleeding. By the time I found out she was already on top of it. She took him and brought him home with a cone and gave him medication as prescribed. She even followed up asking about him days later once we picked him up. You can just tell that Peggy is an animal lover. I will absolutely be booking Peggy again, i love the fact that she only takes one dog in at a time because you know the full attention is going to your animal. Thank you Peggy!”
