Made Nia part of their family for the weekend and sent me awesome updates with pics and videos. I was at ease knowing Nia was in perfect hands. Karen and her family are pretty amazing. I was so nervous leaving them for the first time in a long time and Lindsey was so helpful, responsive to all my questions, and sent a bunch of pictures of them playing with our dogs and giving them all the cuddles. They spoiled our pups, to the point our Lucy was acting so sad when we got home. Our dogs loved them! And I’m so thankful we found a family that we can trust leaving our babies with.”

They are both very communicative - whether responding quickly to my texts or sending lots of pictures and updates throughout the stay. It's clear they are very well organized and know how to handle different types of dogs or situations that might come up while watching your pet. And she was so sweet allowing them to sleep on the bed with her. At night, they would cuddle with Kassie on the sofa along with her dogs, cats and a bunny. We received regular updates from Kassie with pictures and/or video. We will definitely use her again!!”
