It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. He was super polite with my whole family, always cheerful, and gave us updates whenever we asked (sometimes a couple of times a day). Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. On top of all that, Billy’s rates are very competitive, which makes the level of care he provides feel like an incredible find. We’ll 100% be booking him again as repeat clients. About: In 2025 I decided to go full time and start my own pet care business. I am fully bonded & insured! The greatest compliment I have received is that it's obvious how much I love the animals I work with. I have quite literally never enjoyed showing up to work as much as I do now. Thank you all for trusting me with your babies and your homes-- I do not take that responsibility lightly. Since making the full-time pivot to pet care, my schedule now has the flexibility fit around the needs of your pets. For walks, our walk doesn't officially "START" until your dogs paws hit the pavement! Your dog gets the full 30 minutes with no corners cut. This is true for all of my services. I will care for them like they are my own dogs— their safety is my top priority, and I know how difficult the transition can be for pups when their parents are gone and will do everything in my power to make that easier for them.

We were referred to Lorrie through a friend and worked with her for a test run for our 8 month golden puppy. Recently, we’ve been dealing with a bit of separation anxiety with our Frankie but Lorrie made him feel right at home and he settled in nicely. This was such a relief for my wife and I as we have some trips planned soon. It’s so comforting knowing Frankie has a place to go that will treat him like family! Couldn’t recommend Lorrie enough!
This was Charlie's first time boarding at Jing's place. He had a great stay! Jing and her husband Mike gave us updates everyday and video/pictures of Charlie. Great communication the whole time.
