It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. He was super polite with my whole family, always cheerful, and gave us updates whenever we asked (sometimes a couple of times a day). Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. On top of all that, Billy’s rates are very competitive, which makes the level of care he provides feel like an incredible find. We’ll 100% be booking him again as repeat clients. Karina took great care of Jax while we were away! She has a clean, welcoming home with fenced front and back yards, and she kept me updated with lots of pictures and messages throughout his stay. This was Charlie's first time boarding at Jing's place. He had a great stay! Jing and her husband Mike gave us updates everyday and video/pictures of Charlie. Great communication the whole time.
