(I can provide you with regular updates and photos too!) I have had cats most of my life- ever since I cheekily adopted a black and white cat, Phoebe, as a young teenager. (My dad was not happy but they became best friends within 48 hours!) The sounds of purrs, the soft fur, the love of a headbutt! I adore cats! I care for dogs and enjoy walks around the coast path with fluffy friends. My own dog, Piper, loves making new friends. I have a DBS check available on the update service I work for myself, from home, so my day can be flexible to fit around the needs of your pet - we can adapt to suit their routine too. I have a fenced garden for toilet breaks, a pet-safe house with 2 dog-friendly cats and one small dog, and access to a nearby secure plot for sniffing and running. I enjoy long walks around Pembrokeshire coast path and am a huge fan of the Stackpole estate too.

I have always had and been surrounded by all different animals, everything from cats to dogs, hamsters to goats to chickens to cows, plus alot more. I have always had dogs as a family pets (but they are so much more than just a pet). I have got years of experience with scared/nervous dogs and years of experience with epilepsy in cats, dogs and rabbits. I have worked with animals all my life on my family dairy farm. I love being around animals and any excuse to go outdoors. I'm very loving towards animals and happy to give you text updates of what your pets up to. I live on a farm and we have no pets so I miss being around them. I'm very active and love a good reason to be active. I'm a very laid back person and very good with instructions for any special needs for your pet. I did 6 months of pet-sitting around the UK, Canada and the US in 2024. I sat 19 pets across 11 sits and had the absolute best time! I work on my family farm, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I'll only be outside for a couple of hours at a time and depending on the pet they could even come with me, if it's something they could handle. Our home is very safe and large with lots of space for your pet to chill. We have good cabinets that are hard to get into and keep the majority of our food in the pantry which is closed off. The farm has cows, bulls and some farm cats.

About: I have previous experience volunteering at greenaces animal rescue centre in Pembrokeshire, this involved walking, feeding and socialising with the rescue dogs, some with anxiety. Growing up I also had 2 cats and a dog. Family dog is 15, is now an elderly border terrier and lives with my parents as I have now moved out. My parents work full time so I often look after him at my place, however he would stay at my grandparents house if I was to be pet sitting. Ever since I can remember, animals have been a huge part of my life. As well as caring for other peoples pets (dogs, cats, chickens, parrots, Guinea pigs- you name it!) I also grew up with a beautiful Welsh border collie named Bindi which means I have lots of experience with high-energy breeds (and throwing tennis balls!) Having spent many years bouncing around the world as a Scuba instructor and working at wildlife rescue centres, adopting my own dog has not been possible. Thankfully my work has always led me to be close with animals and I have years of experience not only caring for domestic dogs and cats but also wildlife of all kinds. Throughout my travels I have been a foster carer for young puppies as well as older rescue dogs in need of socialisation and some TLC before finding their forever homes. I am currently taking a break from my travels and spending some time with my family in Sheffield while working online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to your lovely animals!
