About: Looked after family pets for 19 years (we've had four cats and one dog!). Walked neighbours dogs, and looked after friend's cats whilst they are away. I am available to cat and dog sit on weekends, as well as take dogs out for short or long walks and even runs if your dog is active! At home, I have a small patio but plenty of parks less than a five-minute walk away. I have a usual running route through fields of 4-5km from my house.

“Kate and her partner looked after my dog, Charlie, for a full week, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. They kept me updated throughout with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. During the heatwave, they made sure Charlie stayed cool and comfortable and took him for early morning walks before it got too hot, which I really appreciated. They listened to everything I asked and followed all of my requests perfectly. They also picked Charlie up and dropped him back home, making everything so easy. On top of all that, their price was very reasonable and great value for the level of care Charlie received. They are both such lovely, caring people, and it was clear Charlie was very well looked after and happy with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Kate again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, genuinely caring, and great value. Thank you both so much! Charlie cant wait to come back 🐾”

“We’re a bit behind in leaving the first review, having just dropped Hector off for his second stay. He stayed the first time a little over a week ago and returned home very tired, comms were great and a lovely family who looked after our fur baby. Today we dropped him off for his second visit, he was so excited jumping out of the car and crying at the front door wanting to get into the house. A good sign always! Thank you again to the whole family 🥰”

“Thank you Kerry. We’ve had a traumatic week as we had to say goodbye to our beloved boy cat Simba on Monday, Tiger Lily’s constant companion for nearly 14 years 🥺 She’s been very needy all week so I was concerned about leaving her so soon after losing her brother. I talked to Kerry at length before her visit & we decided to still go ahead. I needn’t have worried, Kerry took such good care of Tiggy - doing all her favourite things for her. Tiggy can definitely be a bit “spicy” with people she doesn’t know but Kerry is so calmly confident with her that she quickly has become affectionate with her. I would highly recommend Kerry as she is entirely reliable & dependable as well as a total cat lover. You just know your pets are in safe hands with her.”

“Gemma is the ideal cat sitter- we felt very reassured and happy to leave our cat Dylan with her. She is super prompt with replying to messages and a pleasure to communicate with. 100% plan on booking Gemma to come round again in the future. ”

About: I've had four family cats since I was four years old. I love going back to see, feed, and cuddle them but unfortunately don't have a cat of my own now that I live elsewhere. Experience feeding and sitting with friend's cats whilst they are away.

“Csilla was absolutely amazing. She came to meet the cats the day before my departure, she was so calming and I trusted her straight away. My 3 cats loved her, and I couldn’t have asked for better cat sitter. Regular updates and lovely pictures. Definitely will be booking her again and I 100% recommend her. ”

“Albert is a bit of a scaredy cat and hides when different people come in, Freya worked wonders with him and sent us a video of him taking a treat from her hand, he obviously trusted her enough to do this, thank you for looking after my boy Freya, I will 100% book you next time and who knows he might even let you stroke him 😊 xx”

“Charlotte was amazing with our two cats! She gave regular updates at our request and really helped us be at ease while we were away :) She also came to visit them before the required booking!”

“Ruth has been absolutely amazing. While I was away a leak occurred in my flat and Ruth was super understanding and accommodating with the issues that came up with this. The photos Ruth sent of Bob and Piper were amazing. This was the first time I had left my cats to go on holiday and Ruth's daily updates helped ease my anxiety. ”

“Absolutely outstanding daycare from Matthew and Ximena. They were perfect hosts for my boy and he couldn’t have wanted anything better in such a homely environment. All his needs catered for and I felt at ease from day 1 with regular updates and photos of the days activities. Charlie met their dog Teddy today who is a gorgeous dog and was a great role model for Charlie to learn from. I would definitely recommend Matthew and have already rebooked some more days in the new year. First class 🥇🐕🐾”

“Jaffa loves her visits with Alexis and always comes home tired from all her fun. Coco has been very patient with our puppy and teaching her how to play nicely with other dogs. Alexis keeps us well informed throughout the day of what Jaffa has been up to with pictures and what their walks looks like. She also listens to all our routines and asks and is very flexible with timings due to work commitments. We will 100% be using Alexis in future, thanks so much for your help so far :)”

“I’m not sure my dog wanted to come home! Blossom had a smashing time with Laura and her dog. She was exhausted when I took her home and has definitely made new friends. Laura stayed in touch during the day and sent me a video of Blossom doing zoomies! I’d definitely recommend. Thank you Laura.”

I treat every pet as if they were my own, focusing on providing a nurturing and stress-free experience, no matter how long or short the stay. About: I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my life both young as a puppy/ kittens and older. All well looked after during my time with no issues I work full time from home. I do have a male Lhasa Apso and our routine works well around my job, so he is never left at home alone for too long. My house is secured with fenced garden. “Calypso had an amazing day with Louise and Cho. We had lots of pics and vids of her playing ball and swimming. At pick up time Louise talked us through her day. As she is still young, it's good to know how she gets on in a new environment. Booked in again for August. Calypso can't wait 😉”

About: My wife (Emma) and I love animals. We both grew up in homes with rescue dogs and other pets. We now have our own dog, Joni, who we rescued. We have learnt so much on her recovery journey back into being a "normal" dog - she's a very loving, quirky, gentle soul! We both work freelance and can be flexible with working patterns, so there is usually one of us around at home to look after your dog. I primarily work from home and my wife also sometimes works from home, so we can accommodate 2 walks a day, as well as play and cuddle breaks. We like to spend our evenings watching movies, cuddled up with Joni on the sofa. At the weekends and during time off work, we love going on long walks and generally being out in nature, come rain or shine. We are lucky to have lots of great walks near us and a couple of secure fields where we take Joni for a good run around. Dogs are welcomed as a part of our family when they come to stay. We have an enclosed garden and a peaceful loving home. We have one greyhound cross, Joni, who is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play - she is always very excited to have new friends over to stay. Joni is fully vaccinated, including kennel cough. We only take pets from one owner at a time to ensure everyone gets along and so we can focus our love and attention on your dog(s) and ours.
“Kraken had a lovely day with Aston and his lovely furry team (aka the pack). We are very happy with Astons caring , professional knowledge with Kraken and our family. We have found the right person to take Kraken to when we need a dog sitter”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family and have years of hands-on experience caring for them. I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments and have experience looking after reactive dogs, taking a calm, patient, and safety-focused approach at all times. I understand how important routine, clear communication, and trust are, and I always aim to make pets feel secure, understood, and well cared for. I work from home and am self-employed, which means I have good flexibility during weekdays and can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m mainly available Monday to Friday, but I can also do weekends with a bit of advance notice. I always try to be clear and communicative about availability so owners can plan with confidence. I live alone in the centre of town, which means pets are never left unsupervised and always have my full attention. My home is calm, non-smoking, and well suited to visiting animals. I also have a small, unfenced garden for fresh air and quick breaks, as well as lots of nearby options for both short and longer walks. I’m always present when caring for pets and take safety, comfort, and trust very seriously. I can also provide a crate if necessary but happy to have pets on the sofa/bed with me if that’s what they are used to!

About: Hello, My name is Brandon and I've loved animals my entire life. I was raised with dogs and since graduating university I've had pets. My wife and I have a 15 year old mutt who I rescued 14 years ago and an 8 year old cat we found hit in the street 7 years ago. I have experience with large dogs, as our late Newfoundland was 150 pounds. And I am very experienced with older pets and understand the importance of patience. Our old Newfie lived to be 12 years old, and our other boy is nearing 15 years old. So, plenty of patience with older friends. Our home features a lovely, fenced-in garden for your family member, a spacious house, and I am home far more often than I am away, meaning your pet isn't simply locked up and forgotten. They are with our family constantly. I'm a full-time stay at home father as I work on a master's degree online. So I'm home extensively affording me plenty of time to be present with your loved ones at our home. I will treat your family the same as I treat mine, with ample love and respect. You can rest assured knowing your furry friend will be loved and cared for attentively.
“Laura was great with George. He isn't the easiest dog to walk because he is reactive to lots of things. Laura was calm and very positive about their time together. He had a great walk and crashed out for the rest of the evening.”

About: I have owned and been around puppies, adult dogs and cats for over 15 years. I have experience raising puppies and dogs over 1 year old, and have spent many hours looking after my MIL and friends’ cats. I first used Rover as a customer to find help for my whippet puppy, and would now like to share the love and provide the care that I once received. I work part time in healthcare, and my hours are incredible flexible, allowing for bespoke service. I will always try and help out where I can. I live in a sizeable end terraced house with plenty of fields and walking routes nearby. My garden is private and fenced, allowing for a safe and secure environment.
“Rebecca is great - super communicative with everything, puts up with an oversized stubborn teenage dog and is really caring. Bjorn is always super happy after his weekly walk with Rebecca!”

Our mom has taught us everything we know about caring for dogs, ensuring they stay happy and healthy. We miss having a dog of our own and would love to share our home with your furry friends. We’ve always helped family and friends with their pets, and now we’re excited to help you with yours! Whether it’s a walk, a day stay, or a sleepover, we’re here to offer our time, love, and care. As there is three of us we are really flexible and can fit around when you need us! Monday to Sunday with some exceptions! Get in contact if you have any questions. We’ll be with your dog at all times, ensuring they’re comfortable, safe, and well cared for. In our home, all doors will be securely locked, and your dog will always be supervised -whether indoors or out in the garden. We’ll keep a close eye on their food, water, and overall happiness.
About: I have had dogs all my life and grown up with them in the home. I currently work too often to have one of my own so would like to offer my time to look after your pets at the weekend if you need! My parents have 2 sausage dogs I regularly look after, I have experience with newborn puppies from their litters and some training. If you need someone to sit and cuddle your dog whilst you’re out for the night or to walk them on the weekends whilst you’re away then please consider me. I currently work from home on Fridays and am often available Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately I work Monday-Thursday full time which is why I don’t have a dog of my own yet. I have a medium sized garden with a lawn and fencing and live near a good country park for walks. I know people with dogs I can walk in a group if your dog requires socialising. I don’t have any pets or children so if your dog requires more attention or a calm environment I can offer that.

About: With over 12 years of experience in pet sitting, I’ve had the privilege of caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. My passion for animals started early, and it’s only grown with each family and pet I’ve had the honor to support. I understand that leaving your pet behind can be stressful, which is why I prioritize creating a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for your furry friend. In addition to my pet sitting experience, I’m trained in dog first aid. This knowledge allows me to confidently handle minor injuries, spot signs of illness, and provide immediate care if needed. Your dog’s health and safety are always my top priority, and you can rest easy knowing they’re in capable hands. From playful pups to senior dogs with special needs, I tailor my care to fit your dog’s individual personality and requirements. Whether it’s a long walk, medication administration, or just some extra cuddle time, I’m here to ensure your pet feels happy and well-loved while you’re away. I have dedicated myself full-time to pet care, making it my life’s work to ensure every pet I look after receives the best possible care and attention. As a full-time pet sitter, I am always available to meet the needs of pets and their owners, offering flexible scheduling and personalized care. My commitment means I am not just a sitter but a reliable companion for your pets, always attentive to their needs—whether it’s a morning walk, meal times, or simply being there for comfort and companionship. Being fully immersed in pet care allows me to build strong, trusting relationships with the pets I care for, as well as their families. I treat every pet as if they were my own, focusing on providing a nurturing and stress-free experience, no matter how long or short the stay. My dedication goes beyond basic pet sitting; it’s about understanding each animal’s unique personality, needs, and routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and secure at all times. When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I provide a warm, safe, and pet-friendly environment where they can relax and enjoy their time, just like they would at home. My home is designed with pets in mind, offering plenty of space to explore, play, and rest. Whether it’s a cozy corner for a nap or a backyard for playtime, I ensure pets have access to everything they need to feel comfortable. I maintain a routine that mirrors their home environment as closely as possible, from meal times to daily walks and play sessions. This helps reduce stress and anxiety, especially for pets that may be nervous in new surroundings. I also provide one-on-one attention, ensuring each pet gets ample love, interaction, and exercise according to their needs. Additionally, I keep a watchful eye on their health and well-being. I’m experienced in administering medications and handling special dietary requirements, so your pet’s care is never compromised. With 24/7 supervision, your pet will never be left alone, giving you peace of mind knowing they are safe, loved, and well cared for in a home environment.
About: Recently adopted a dog of my own so taking a break from boarding as my pup is dog reactive at the moment. We are working on it- watch this space! Still doing walks, drop ins and house sits. Do feel free to reach out with any requests ☺️ As well as dogs, I care for cats and small furries. I look forward to meeting all your lovely furry friends. I work full time hybrid/remote. My whereabouts week to week can vary but do reach out and I can see where I can help! I can typically be flexible over weekends unless I've marked my calendar as 'away' I am more than happy to meet your pet before I care for them, to make sure they are comfortable around me and that you are happy and confident they will get the care they deserve!
About: Having had a ginormous golden retriever for 8 years (he sadly passed away last year) with plenty of personality and spirit getting him into all sorts of situations, I have plenty of experience. I am calm and loving and can think of no better way to spend my day than with a dog! I have previously dog walked and dog sat for friends and family for dogs of all sizes. I am an aspiring Dog Handler in the Police force. I always like to get out at least a couple of times a day for a walk or a run and miss taking my retriever with me for these excursions. So it would not impact my usual routine in any way other than that I would be blessed with the company of a dog! Despite being a second floor flat, we have an outdoor area that the dog can be taken. We live close to many green spaces and in a cul de sac which is very quiet off a residential road. I am a Police Officer so my shifts do vary, however this means I can offer short-term flexibility and availability at different periods of the week.
About: We are a semi retired British couple who love animals and have been full time pet/house sitters since May 2022. We are vegetarian, non smoking, and enjoy yoga, walking and travel. Together we have run a holiday letting business in SW Wales for over 15 years as well as courses for people suffering with Chronic Fatigue/M.E and stress related conditions. All of our therapy and holiday property lettings work has moved online now so we can work remotely from anywhere. This has allowed us the freedom to be full time house/pet sitters and we are loving it! We stay at pet owners homes and very rarely leave pets alone - particularly dogs. Your home will be kept tidy and spotlessly clean at all times. We are DBS checked and insured. Numerous reviews (all 5*) available on request.
About: I’ve been bought up around big to small dogs so understand the different needs of sizes and breeds from big bullmastiff to little terriers. I have a springer spaniel of my own who requires a lot of attention, mental stimulation and muddy walks. I also have worked with other animals including horses, and cows (calf rearing) so am definitely not shy of weather, mud or hard work and give good attention to detail when caring for animals. I’m currently working part time and am available Friday to Tuesday to walk, board and visit your pets with plenty of love when you’re not able too I have a big garden around an acre big which is secured and fenced for your pets to run and sniff around with my spaniel to keep them company or to be kept separate from your own. Big area inside my house for your dogs to get cosy in or a separate room/crate if that’s what they prefer.
About: I love all animals really but especially cats, as I grew up around them - we had 2 Burmese cats, one of which lived to be 17yo. Our current cat, Bolly, emigrated with us from the U.K. to Australia and back again! I have also had a hamster and fish. As a teenager, and as an adult, I've often helped friends and neighbours out when they're away by looking after their pets - cats usually but I have also looked after dogs, Guinea pigs, chickens, birds, fish and rabbits too. I'm calm and patient - I very much let them come to me when they're ready to. I make sure your pet has been given attention and affection (if they want some), as well as fed, watered, and had litter cleaned etc. I'm happy to play and pet them, or just sit and be around for a while, depending on what they like. I send updates and pictures daily so you can relax and enjoy your time away. I'm a fan of Jackson Galaxy and his work on cat behaviour, which has helped me to gain a better understand of cats, and I use a lot of his techniques with Bolly, as well as the cats I look after. This has meant I've been able to befriend many nervous, shy cats using those skills. I've also got some experience with raw food as I've transitioned Bolly to a raw food diet so I'm happy to handle raw meat if needed. Whilst in Australia, pet sitting was my paid work and I’m keen to do that again here as I loved meeting so many different pets, and being able to have a little time away from home. I’m a stay at home parent to a 5yo and that means I’m flexible with my hours and availability. Often I am available before my husband goes to work, and then again from 5pm when he’s finished. On days he’s working from home, I can also do visits during the day. If your pet is ok with kids, my son loves to help too and that means I can come anytime. Weekends are easy as my husband isn’t n working. For house visits, I usually greet your pet first by letting them come to me, or checking any known hiding spots. Once I’ve said hello, I usually play with them, then feed them, and then I clean any litter trays whilst they eat. After that, I often sit on the floor or chair and hang out or play depending on their needs. I’m also happy to check post, water plants and put bins out. For pet walks, I greet them first, then get them ready with their leash and collect doggy bags for any dog poo. After the walk, I’ll check on your pet, give any treats/food/water as required before I leave.
About: I'm fully insured and DBS checked. I'm a real animal lover and have taken care of a variety of pets since I was a child. I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs and since then I have owned fish, chickens and another dog, so I have a lot of experience with various animals. I have experience training a dog, and also in giving medicine. I'm currently working full time during the week, so I have lots of time during the weekends and evenings to look after your beloved pets. I have a dog of my own but he isn't a big fan of long walks, which is such a shame as I am! So if you have a dog needing a good long walk, I'd love to take them! But if your dog needs just a gentle walk with a lot of sniffing opportunities, I am very practiced at this. I am very professional and trustworthy and will treat your home and pets with respect and care. I will follow any rules you have for your pets whilst I am inside your home and/or out walking them. I have a DBS check and I'm fully insured.

Our goal is for your dog to feel happy, loved and relaxed from the moment they arrive until it’s time to go home. We’re committed to building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners, creating a safe, fun and caring environment that you can trust. We’ve both grown up around dogs and have always had a passion for animals. Caring for dogs has been a big part of our lives, and we’re experienced in understanding their different personalities, routines and needs. We’re comfortable sticking closely to feeding times, exercise routines and any special instructions you provide, so your dog feels safe, happy and well cared for while they’re with us. Our home also has a secure fenced garden, giving dogs a safe space to enjoy fresh air and supervised outdoor time. We’re careful to follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding times, exercise routines and any special requirements, so your dog receives consistent care and feels as close to their normal routine as possible.
“Perm worked really hard to accommodate our two huskies and he gave them plenty of attention, exercise and care, and gave us great feedback. I felt very comfortable with our dogs in his capable care. He's a natural with dogs. Would certainly rebook in the future.”

“From the moment of requesting a stay to the moment of collection Kira has been nothing but amazing. We met prior to the stay and it turned into an hours chit chat, throughout the stay I received videos and photos and lots of updates. I know Bernard had an absolutely amazing time! Kira is nothing but amazing, I recommend her a thousand times over!”

“Chloe was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed help looking after Ottie to attend a funeral and Chloe was kind, flexible, organised … Ottie had a wonderful time and when we arrived looked very happy. She had been looked after brilliantly. We couldn’t be happier with the care she received. I would highly recommend Chloe.”

Her communication and organisation is fantastic and we know without question that the level of care that our dog Bear received whilst we were away was the best of the best. In extreme temperatures they had clearly looked after him including taking him for a swim to the beach. Chloe sent me photos and updates which were much appreciated. We will definitely be booking with Chloe again.”
