“Nothing but a glowing reveiw! We left our 15 week old Cavapoo puppy and 7 year old cockapoo with Antoinette for 2 nights, it was there first stay away and we were very nervous. We didnt know Antoinette and we also didnt know how our dogs would be. But, from the minute we arrived at her house she put our minds at ease. Our cockapoo has allergy issues and has medication and special food and the puppy is mid toilet training! Antionette sent very regular updates including photos and videos which was lovely. I'm unusually warm to the touch (so I'm told by humans) and the cats love it, once they settle on my lap, they tend to stay there. About: I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my life both young as a puppy/ kittens and older. All well looked after during my time with no issues I work full time from home. I do have a male Lhasa Apso and our routine works well around my job, so he is never left at home alone for too long. My house is secured with fenced garden. About: I love all animals really but especially cats, as I grew up around them - we had 2 Burmese cats, one of which lived to be 17yo. Our current cat, Bolly, emigrated with us from the U.K. to Australia and back again! I have also had a hamster and fish. As a teenager, and as an adult, I've often helped friends and neighbours out when they're away by looking after their pets - cats usually but I have also looked after dogs, Guinea pigs, chickens, birds, fish and rabbits too. I'm calm and patient - I very much let them come to me when they're ready to. I make sure your pet has been given attention and affection (if they want some), as well as fed, watered, and had litter cleaned etc. I'm happy to play and pet them, or just sit and be around for a while, depending on what they like. I send updates and pictures daily so you can relax and enjoy your time away. I'm a fan of Jackson Galaxy and his work on cat behaviour, which has helped me to gain a better understand of cats, and I use a lot of his techniques with Bolly, as well as the cats I look after. This has meant I've been able to befriend many nervous, shy cats using those skills. I've also got some experience with raw food as I've transitioned Bolly to a raw food diet so I'm happy to handle raw meat if needed. Whilst in Australia, pet sitting was my paid work and I’m keen to do that again here as I loved meeting so many different pets, and being able to have a little time away from home. I’m a stay at home parent to a 5yo and that means I’m flexible with my hours and availability. Often I am available before my husband goes to work, and then again from 5pm when he’s finished. On days he’s working from home, I can also do visits during the day. If your pet is ok with kids, my son loves to help too and that means I can come anytime. Weekends are easy as my husband isn’t n working. For house visits, I usually greet your pet first by letting them come to me, or checking any known hiding spots. Once I’ve said hello, I usually play with them, then feed them, and then I clean any litter trays whilst they eat. After that, I often sit on the floor or chair and hang out or play depending on their needs. I’m also happy to check post, water plants and put bins out. For pet walks, I greet them first, then get them ready with their leash and collect doggy bags for any dog poo. After the walk, I’ll check on your pet, give any treats/food/water as required before I leave.
About: I've got a lurcher and a labrador with my husband both of which we've raised from pups trained well, walk daily with much joy and I want to help others who struggle or are too busy to walk their dogs! We believe every dog deserves patience, kindness and individual care, and that’s exactly what they’ll receive when they’re with us. Because both of us are at home, pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. We’re able to give dogs plenty of attention throughout the day, whether that means regular toilet breaks, walks, playtime in the garden, feeding, or simply keeping them company and making sure they feel settled and relaxed. Our weekly routine is flexible, which means we can adapt to each dog’s needs and follow the schedule they’re used to at home. We’re comfortable sticking closely to feeding times, exercise routines and any special instructions you provide, so your dog feels safe, happy and well cared for while they’re with us. We have experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs, and we understand that some are confident and playful while others may be shy, nervous or need a little extra time to settle in. We always take a calm, patient approach and let each dog adjust at their own pace, making sure they feel safe and comfortable in our home. Our home also has a secure fenced garden, giving dogs a safe space to enjoy fresh air and supervised outdoor time. We’re careful to follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding times, exercise routines and any special requirements, so your dog receives consistent care and feels as close to their normal routine as possible.
About: I have had dogs all my life and grown up with them in the home. I currently work too often to have one of my own so would like to offer my time to look after your pets at the weekend if you need! My parents have 2 sausage dogs I regularly look after, I have experience with newborn puppies from their litters and some training. If you need someone to sit and cuddle your dog whilst you’re out for the night or to walk them on the weekends whilst you’re away then please consider me. I currently work from home on Fridays and am often available Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately I work Monday-Thursday full time which is why I don’t have a dog of my own yet. I have a medium sized garden with a lawn and fencing and live near a good country park for walks. I know people with dogs I can walk in a group if your dog requires socialising. I don’t have any pets or children so if your dog requires more attention or a calm environment I can offer that.

About: I have owned and been around puppies, adult dogs and cats for over 15 years. I have experience raising puppies and dogs over 1 year old, and have spent many hours looking after my MIL and friends’ cats. I first used Rover as a customer to find help for my whippet puppy, and would now like to share the love and provide the care that I once received. Any special dietary or behavioural needs can be accommodated please just let me know when making a booking :) I walk Zekke every morning and in the afternoon. Morning walks are usually very local where your angel can run and meet all of Zekke’s friends who are all extremely friendly. Afternoon Walks can vary it can either be more forrest/wooded walk or i do enjoy walking up Old Serum. Dinner is usually around 5-6pm with potentially a third walk after the evening in Summer months. Any other mental and physical stimulation will be provided throughout the day with play sessions in the garden with Zekke. I want your fur baby to feel as comfortable and as loved as if they were still at home please give me any information that would make there stay more enjoyable, i know they all have there own little quirks that make them all very unique. I have a fenced garden where they can play with Zekke.
About: Doctor who just moved to Salisbury, and due to my work schedule I can’t currently get my own dog. My partner, Miles, and I love having a dog during our days off. I have lived most of my life with one or more dogs at home and my family currently has four of them. For me, home is where the dog is. During university, my flatmate and I fostered 9 different dogs spread out over 2 years. The dogs were awaiting their flights to their forever homes, travelling from Cyprus to the UK. The periods of fostering ranged from 2 weeks to 3 months. This has taught me to take care of anxious dogs who had never had homes before or had been poorly treated by their owners. I also regularly dog sit my friend's 4 year old female labrador, as well as my family dogs. As I am a junior doctor, my availability will be very dependent on my rota schedule, however I am happy to discuss and work around it whenever possible. Many walks throughout the day, some exercise in the park and even some training if asked. Thanks to my childhood and the fostering experience I have carried out during university, I am able to easily adapt to different characters and breeds easily as well as adapting to your dog's specific needs.
About: I’m Tash and I’ve always had a love for dogs. I have grown up with various breeds from rescue backgrounds and have a lot of experience in caring for and walking friends and families dogs outside of the Rover platform. After moving out of my family home, I am looking to continue offering dog walking and drop in visits through the Rover platform. I’m an active person who loves being outdoors, so long walks are my speciality! I understand the importance of maintaining a dog’s routine, so you can trust that your pet will be in good hands while you’re away. I am a hybrid worker and spend 2 out of 5 working days working from home. When I am at home I am available for morning walks, lunch time walks and evening walks. I am also available for weekend walks. We have a fenced terrace garden without grass. However, just outside of the back gate we have plenty of grassy areas and close by to many lovely walks in fields.

I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs and since then I have owned fish, chickens and another dog, so I have a lot of experience with various animals. But if your dog needs just a gentle walk with a lot of sniffing opportunities, I am very practiced at this. I am very professional and trustworthy and will treat your home and pets with respect and care. I will follow any rules you have for your pets whilst I am inside your home and/or out walking them.
