About: Looked after family pets for 19 years (we've had four cats and one dog!). Walked neighbours dogs, and looked after friend's cats whilst they are away. I am available to cat and dog sit on weekends, as well as take dogs out for short or long walks and even runs if your dog is active! At home, I have a small patio but plenty of parks less than a five-minute walk away. I have a usual running route through fields of 4-5km from my house.

About: I’ve been bought up around big to small dogs so understand the different needs of sizes and breeds from big bullmastiff to little terriers. I have a springer spaniel of my own who requires a lot of attention, mental stimulation and muddy walks. I also have worked with other animals including horses, and cows (calf rearing) so am definitely not shy of weather, mud or hard work and give good attention to detail when caring for animals. I’m currently working part time and am available Friday to Tuesday to walk, board and visit your pets with plenty of love when you’re not able too I have a big garden around an acre big which is secured and fenced for your pets to run and sniff around with my spaniel to keep them company or to be kept separate from your own. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have had them in my life for as long as I can remember, with around 15 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, temperaments and levels of training. My own fox red Labrador, Gillie, has been a particularly important part of that experience. I trained her to work and she has helped shape the calm, consistent and adaptable way I approach dogs. Gillie is not currently resident at my home, so there is presently no resident dog at the property. One of the things I enjoy most about caring for dogs is that no two are quite the same. I’m very comfortable adapting to the individual dog rather than expecting them to fit into one standard routine. At one end of the spectrum, that might mean a trained working dog whose owner wants particular commands used, no ball throwing, strict boundaries and an established routine followed precisely. At the other, it might be an excitable adolescent, a strong or boisterous dog, a puppy still learning the basics, or a dog that simply needs a confident and patient person to manage them. I’m particularly comfortable with dogs that need a little more understanding, confidence or management. I don’t expect every dog arriving here to be perfectly behaved, and I won’t automatically dismiss a request simply because a dog is more demanding or the circumstances are a little complicated. More complex behavioural needs are considered individually so that I can make sure the arrangement is safe and appropriate for everyone involved. My home is in rural Wiltshire, with a large, fully fenced garden and direct access from the doorstep to fields, woodland and quiet countryside walks. Dogs staying with me live as part of the household rather than in a kennel-style environment, with plenty of company, outdoor time, exercise and opportunities to settle and relax. I am equally happy following a simple familiar home routine or a very detailed set of instructions. Feeding, sleeping arrangements, exercise, established training, medication, toys, treats, boundaries and all the little individual preferences that matter to your dog can be followed as closely as possible. I also understand that owners have different requirements. Some want regular photographs and reassurance, some prefer concise updates, and some simply want to know that everything has been taken care of. I’m happy to adapt to that too. Above all, my approach is calm, practical and personal. I want your dog to receive the care that is right for them and for you to feel confident that, if something needs adapting or plans change, I will deal with it sensibly. I have a flexible schedule and spend a lot of time at home, so dogs staying with me can have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. The countryside around the house makes walks very easy to build naturally into the day, whether your dog needs longer active exercise, shorter walks, a more structured working-dog routine or simply plenty of opportunities to get outside. I’m deliberately flexible with the human side of dog care too. Early starts, later collections, changing travel arrangements and short-notice requests are always worth asking about. If circumstances change during a stay, let me know and I will normally do everything reasonably possible to help. Where appropriate, I can also accommodate additional requirements such as collection or drop-off, extra exercise, bathing and other practical extras. Just tell me what you need and I can confirm what is possible. My home provides a calm rural environment with a large, fully fenced garden and direct access to quiet countryside walking. I manage every dog according to the individual rather than assuming that what works for one dog will work for another. Introductions between dogs are handled carefully, interaction is supervised and I do not believe dogs should be forced to socialise simply for the sake of it. Some dogs enjoy company and play. Others need more space, quiet time or closer management. I take temperament, age, size, energy levels, behaviour and the instructions you give me into account when planning their care. I am happy to follow established boundaries and training rules closely. If your dog is crate trained, has particular commands, must not have certain toys or treats, cannot go on furniture, needs controlled exercise or has another established management routine, I would much rather know and maintain it properly than inadvertently undo your work. I am comfortable administering oral medication and caring for dogs with additional needs where I have been given clear instructions. Off-lead exercise is never assumed simply because a dog has recall at home. It is based on your instructions, the dog, the environment and my own assessment of what is safe. For first stays I normally prefer to arrange a meet-and-greet. It allows me to meet your dog, understand their normal behaviour and routine, and gives you the opportunity to see the environment in which they will be staying. If you have a genuinely urgent or last-minute situation where a meet-and-greet is not practical, please still get in touch. I will assess what is realistically possible rather than automatically saying no. There is currently no resident dog at my home.

During university, my flatmate and I fostered 9 different dogs spread out over 2 years. The dogs were awaiting their flights to their forever homes, travelling from Cyprus to the UK. The periods of fostering ranged from 2 weeks to 3 months. This has taught me to take care of anxious dogs who had never had homes before or had been poorly treated by their owners. I also regularly dog sit my friend's 4 year old female labrador, as well as my family dogs. As I am a junior doctor, my availability will be very dependent on my rota schedule, however I am happy to discuss and work around it whenever possible. Many walks throughout the day, some exercise in the park and even some training if asked. Thanks to my childhood and the fostering experience I have carried out during university, I am able to easily adapt to different characters and breeds easily as well as adapting to your dog's specific needs.

Morning walks are usually very local where your angel can run and meet all of Zekke’s friends who are all extremely friendly. Afternoon Walks can vary it can either be more forrest/wooded walk or i do enjoy walking up Old Serum. Dinner is usually around 5-6pm with potentially a third walk after the evening in Summer months. Any other mental and physical stimulation will be provided throughout the day with play sessions in the garden with Zekke. I want your fur baby to feel as comfortable and as loved as if they were still at home please give me any information that would make there stay more enjoyable, i know they all have there own little quirks that make them all very unique. I have a fenced garden where they can play with Zekke.

I am very friendly, and love to take care of animals, so although this is a side job, I am doing it because it’s truly something I love and enjoy. I have my own dog Pippa who is a golden retriever. I will try to be flexible, and I am available most weekends whether you need me for the whole time or just a few hours. I work full time but I am working remotely, so it all depends on the request. My evenings are mostly free, as are my weekends if planned with notice. I have a fenced back garden and my dog Pippa will enjoy playing with other dogs if in my home. About: I love all animals really but especially cats, as I grew up around them - we had 2 Burmese cats, one of which lived to be 17yo. Our current cat, Bolly, emigrated with us from the U.K. to Australia and back again! I have also had a hamster and fish. As a teenager, and as an adult, I've often helped friends and neighbours out when they're away by looking after their pets - cats usually but I have also looked after dogs, Guinea pigs, chickens, birds, fish and rabbits too. I'm calm and patient - I very much let them come to me when they're ready to. I make sure your pet has been given attention and affection (if they want some), as well as fed, watered, and had litter cleaned etc. I'm happy to play and pet them, or just sit and be around for a while, depending on what they like. I send updates and pictures daily so you can relax and enjoy your time away. I'm a fan of Jackson Galaxy and his work on cat behaviour, which has helped me to gain a better understand of cats, and I use a lot of his techniques with Bolly, as well as the cats I look after. This has meant I've been able to befriend many nervous, shy cats using those skills. I've also got some experience with raw food as I've transitioned Bolly to a raw food diet so I'm happy to handle raw meat if needed. Whilst in Australia, pet sitting was my paid work and I’m keen to do that again here as I loved meeting so many different pets, and being able to have a little time away from home. I’m a stay at home parent to a 5yo and that means I’m flexible with my hours and availability. Often I am available before my husband goes to work, and then again from 5pm when he’s finished. On days he’s working from home, I can also do visits during the day. If your pet is ok with kids, my son loves to help too and that means I can come anytime. Weekends are easy as my husband isn’t n working. For house visits, I usually greet your pet first by letting them come to me, or checking any known hiding spots. Once I’ve said hello, I usually play with them, then feed them, and then I clean any litter trays whilst they eat. After that, I often sit on the floor or chair and hang out or play depending on their needs. I’m also happy to check post, water plants and put bins out. For pet walks, I greet them first, then get them ready with their leash and collect doggy bags for any dog poo. After the walk, I’ll check on your pet, give any treats/food/water as required before I leave.

I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs and since then I have owned fish, chickens and another dog, so I have a lot of experience with various animals. I have experience training a dog, and also in giving medicine. I'm currently working full time during the week, so I have lots of time during the weekends and evenings to look after your beloved pets. I have a dog of my own but he isn't a big fan of long walks, which is such a shame as I am! So if you have a dog needing a good long walk, I'd love to take them! But if your dog needs just a gentle walk with a lot of sniffing opportunities, I am very practiced at this. I am very professional and trustworthy and will treat your home and pets with respect and care. I will follow any rules you have for your pets whilst I am inside your home and/or out walking them. About: I've got a lurcher and a labrador with my husband both of which we've raised from pups trained well, walk daily with much joy and I want to help others who struggle or are too busy to walk their dogs! I work from home, walk my own dogs twice a day and am free around the clock (10 am / 10 pm) well socialised dogs only please I can handle strong dogs but only have one arm to walk them so one at a time also, no further than walking distance from where I am because I cant drive We have a high fenced yard and it opens onto the downs, perfect walking opportunities and very dog secure, we have a pup at home and another dog so only dog friendly, none reactive abd vaccinated dogs please.

About: I’ve been bought up around big to small dogs so understand the different needs of sizes and breeds from big bullmastiff to little terriers. I have a springer spaniel of my own who requires a lot of attention, mental stimulation and muddy walks. I also have worked with other animals including horses, and cows (calf rearing) so am definitely not shy of weather, mud or hard work and give good attention to detail when caring for animals. I’m currently working part time and am available Friday to Tuesday to walk, board and visit your pets with plenty of love when you’re not able too I have a big garden around an acre big which is secured and fenced for your pets to run and sniff around with my spaniel to keep them company or to be kept separate from your own. Big area inside my house for your dogs to get cosy in or a separate room/crate if that’s what they prefer.
