“Lovely family to leave our puppy with for the first time, they were very patient and kind. We were lucky to find such experienced dog owners to care for Richard. The photos and updates were appreciated !”

“Ringo had another wonderful stay with Laura and her family. He’s welcomed like an old friend by Laura and her lovely dog Albie. He was walked early and late to avoid extreme heat. Regular pupdates with photos too. Thanks so much Laura 😃”

“Absolutely wonderful! Anya is a true dog lover, and made Olga feel right at home. I got regular updates and photographs of Olga out and about, snuggling in Anya’s bed, and huddled together on the couch with the family. Would recommend 100%, and will definitely be sending Olga there again”

“Fordt time using Rover and Anna D did not dissapoint. Our dog Tilly was very happy and cozy and we'll looked after. Anna kept us updated during the stay and even sent videos. Would use again.”

About: I’ve always had dogs, a few different breeds as well, I’ve had German shepherds, Great Danes, doberman, I currently have a cockapoo and a Labrador. I’ve dealt with reactive dogs, working dogs, I’m happy to adjust to whatever the individual dog needs I am currently looking for work so my schedule is very flexible, however when I do get a job things may change but that can be discussed I will cater to each individual dogs needs, if they need more than one walk a day, done. If they need to be crated for certain times a day, that can happen. If they get funny about food, I’ve dealt with food aggressive dogs before. I will adjust according to each individual dog or cat
About: I just love dogs, all shapes and sizes! I have lifelong experience with dogs of small/medium breeds. After recently losing my own beloved 3-legged rescue dog, I’m opening my home, (heart) and spacious garden to offer a safe, comfortable environment for dogs who need boarding. It's not the same without a smiley, welcome wag when you come home! I understand that every dog is unique, and I’m attentive, patient, and committed to making each stay relaxed and fun for your furry friend. I treat each dog as it were my own - lots of cuddles, toys & attention. They're part of my family. I work part‑time in my local area providing assistance to older and vulnerable people. It’s only around 10 hours a week, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m able to be home for most of the day. This allows me to give your pup plenty of attention and a calm, consistent routine. My home in Town Row, Rotherfield offers easy access to woodland paths, open countryside, and Millennium Green is great for safe, varied walks. On or off lead is at your discretion. My husband & I have a quiet household with no children or other pets, and our modern home includes a spacious, secure garden looking onto a meadow with plenty of outdoor space to watch the birds, squirrels & deer!
“Chris and Gill were absolutely fabulous! As it was our wedding, Chris even picked our pup Tilly up from the location and was so sweet waiting for us to take some last pictures too. Tilly and Murphy got on great and played chase together and they also took her on a lovely walk before we've picked her up. Would not hesitate to book again ❤️”

“Em and Sam were absolutely brilliant with Bobby - they treated him like their own dog and it was clear from the many (very arty) photos and updates that he had an amazing time! We would absolutely ask them to look after him again and highly recommend them!”

“Well where do I begin... Trish you were honestly amazing and I honestly could not thank you enough!! You came to save the day and helped me very last minute, Popcorn enjoyed every minute/ hour / second and every day with you and she has come back a happy and calmer dog. Your daily updates were fantastic I don't think popcorn could have had a better home while we were away as you made her apart of your home and welcomed her as your own too. I could not recommend you more.... thank you again!! From popcorn and family xxx”
“My two dogs stayed with Ashleigh for a week. One of the dogs is old and has various medical issues. Ashleigh was a goodsent. Nothing was a problem for her. Animal loving, very caring and well organised. She even dropped them off to a kennel at the end of their stay as we were still travelling (she had a prior booking made and could not accommodate my girls for longer than a week). All in all i recommended Ashleigh wholeheartedly and will definitely book with her in the future. Dominika”

“Phoebe was the perfect pet sitter looking after our cat Penny for the weekend whilst we went away. She put us as ease instantly, and it was clear she was more than comfortable looking after Penny, keeping us updated as we hadn’t left Penny before, and leaving the house so nice and tidy for us to get back to. We would definitely love for Phoebe to come and sit Penny again, and would highly recommend her. Penny made a new bestie too!”

About: I’ve had cats since I was born, my first word was our cat’s name! I love cats for all their joy and their naughtiness. I have a gorgeous little trouble maker called Juno who likes to hunt, so I can happily do feeding, play time and cuddles, but am also used to finding ‘presents’ alive or not and dealing with them. I would treat your pets with love and care and give them what you have asked for. I’m trustworthy and reliable and available to help at short notice if needed.

“Natasha was looking after my cats while I was gone for a few days to visit a friend. She was really good at communicating and my cats were very well looked after 💕 i would highly recommend her services”

About: I grew up in a household filled with many pets, mainly dogs (we had nine dogs at one point), as well as cats, reptiles, birds and fish, so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. I’ve recently returned to the UK after a year in Australia, where I discovered my love for pet and house sitting. It quickly became one of my favourite ways to travel, and I’m excited to continue doing it now that I’m back home. I’m a compassionate, considerate, and conscientious person who finds looking after other people’s pets and homes deeply rewarding. I’ve cared for many dog breeds — including spaniels, dachshunds, pit bulls, retrievers, poodles, and greyhounds — each with their own personalities and needs, from lively puppies to gentle seniors. I’m comfortable administering medication and have plenty of experience with anxious pets and rescue animals. I love long walks and hikes, and having a furry companion along for the adventure is always a highlight. I also take great pride in keeping homes clean, tidy, and well cared for while owners are away. If you feel I might be the perfect fit for your pets, I’d love to hear from you! I’m self-employed and work remotely, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can be available any day of the week. I can easily fit pet care around my work, allowing me to spend plenty of quality time with your pets throughout the day. Whether it’s a midday walk, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping them company, I’m able to give them the attention they need whenever they need it. When house sitting, I make sure pets feel comfortable and secure in their own space by keeping to their usual routines — feeding times, walks, favourite toys, bedtime rituals. I treat every home with respect, keep things clean and tidy, and send regular updates so you know your pets are happy and cared for. For dog walks, I tailor each outing to suit their energy and personality, whether that’s a gentle stroll or a lively run around the park. Walks are a great opportunity for exercise and stimulation, so I make sure every dog gets the attention they deserve.

“Emma did a great job looking after our cat and rabbits. All was taken care of and everything was very neat when we got home. Our cat was also very relaxed with Emma, which is not the normal for him!”

About: Had many happy pets over the years and I can’t wait to help keep your pet happy and healthy, as someone who loves both animals and exercise this is the perfect job for me. I own two dogs and one cat myself so know how to care for animals. My pets go on daily walks and are fed and entertained. I have a large garden for my two dogs and a forest near for long walks and a large crate. I am attentive and know what animals need.

About: Hi 👋🏻 my name is Lisa and I am the owner of The Kent Animal Nanny offering dog walking and pet sitting services. I have owned cats, dogs, rabbits etc since I was born and looked after friends and families pets for several years. A few months ago I decided to leave behind the 9-5 life to pursue my passion of looking after animals. I am fully insured, have a DBS and I am first aid trained. I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon 🥰

About: Zoology and Animal Behaviour Degree, First Aid and DBS checked. Finding someone to care for your pet when you can't is always a worry, as a dog and cat owner myself I can thoroughly relate and I offer services tailored to you and your pets' routine. I have been caring for clients, friends and family's pets for over seven years now, this includes: dogs, cats, small furies and reptiles. Having historically worked in a animal rescue, I'm pretty certain I've seen it all, from caring and raising new-born pups to providing palliative care for special seniors, administering medications and dealing with reactivity. At the moment, I work part time for a charity and fill the rest of my time doing what I love, which includes a lot of dog related activities. I travel the UK to raise awareness of the vulnerable native dogs breeds in the UK and compete at Crufts annually both to show and take part in Discover Dogs, in addition to other kennel club schemes. I have often had dogs come to stay and they always thoroughly enjoy a trip to our family farm where they can run through acres of grass and woodland or take a paddle in the lake. I am completely flexible and happy to work around you and your pet's needs by adjusting my schedule to fit your pet's routine. My house is a calm environment, I like to tire dogs out on walks and with stimulation in the home to that they are happy and satisfied to minimise stress. I have fenced garden and offer supervised outdoor playtime or sunbathing (weather/heat permitting). We have set meal times and my dogs are fantastic at calming any nervous individuals with their happy-go-lucky attitudes and love having other dogs come to stay and walk with. In any emergency our vets is just down the road.

About: I’ve always had cats and love them. I have looked after other peoples cats for them as well when they’ve gone away. My cat is my whole world and he is the best thing ever! I have kittens, that our own cat gave birth to so I’ve dealt with them from birth up until adulthood

About: I adopted my cat about 10 years ago when she was a kitten. I am living with her, and fingers crossed, she is sound and healthy. I love cats, and usually they quite like me as well. I am attentive to each pet’s individual needs and routines, and I always aim to provide a calm, safe, and comfortable environment while they are in my care. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust, and I take that responsibility seriously.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our three drop in visits with Leiah! Riley had lovely walks and lots of TLC and attention from Leiah, exactly what she needs! We are booked in and looking forward to our first dog sit!”

About: I’m a 22 year old from south India. Currently in Scotland working towards my undergraduate degree in Psychology. Cats have been a passion ever since a young age when I used to sneak in little kittens to my house without my parents’ knowledge. My current kitty is a lovely white rag doll that I may or may not have stolen off the streets. She is lovely little cuddles with the most ‘I’m done with life and everything under the sun’ expression.
“I picked Brenna because she lives locally, but have really lucked out. I adopted Suri - a retired racer geyground - two weeks ago and we are still establishing our rhythms. It is obvious Brenna has a huge amount of patience and love for dogs and I feel confident leaving Suri in her care. It’s been nice getting the updates through the Rover app on what they’ve been up to. It’s been nice seeing them bond with each visit. Would recommend Brenna 100%”

“Caroline has been an amazing find! She totally took the stress and worry about leaving our cat alone for the best part of 4 weeks whilst we holidayed in Australia. She provided daily updates, including photos, and full reassurance. My cat is usually fairly standoffish with strangers, but fell in love with Caroline who clearly is a huge animal lover. We will 100% book Caroline for future trips and recommend her to friends with no hesitation whatsoever.”

“Libby looked after our kitty Chester while we went home for Christmas and she did a fantastic job. We loved getting the pictures from her visits and cuddles with him. We will definitely be using Libby for our next trips back home! Thanks so much Libby.. highly recommended x”

About: Now taking bookings for February half term and the Easter holidays! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO MY FULL-TIME DAY JOB, I AM ONLY AVAILABLE ON OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. I am a teacher so can only offer dog sitting, walking and drop-in visits services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I also recommend a meet and greet at least one week before your booking. Taking care of dogs is the best job in the world! I've loved working on Rover for the opportunity to take care of the amazing dogs in Sussex. I am a former President of the University of Sussex Dog Walking Society and through this, I had the chance to interact with owners and fellow walkers to gain a substantial knowledge of dog care and dog breed information. I have taken care of a variety of dogs; big and small, young and old, abled and disabled so I have no issue taking care of any type of dog. I am trained in dog first aid training so you don't have to worry about any issue that may arise. Whilst working in the University of Sussex Dog Walking Society, I look after a rescue dog named Maggie and her sister Millie . They have taught me so much about dog care and the love that I have for dogs and have thus inspired me to help out other dog owners in caring for their dogs when they need it. •Please be aware that 15% of payments goes to Rover to cover ongoing support, educational opportunities, and promotion of services. Therefore, my rates are: House Sitting - £21.25 + £3.75 to Rover = £25 Dog Walking – £12.75 + £2.25 to Rover = £15 Drop-In Visits - £10.20 + £1.80 to Rover = £12 Thank you for your understanding! • Walks last for 30 minutes unless the 60 minute supplement is added by the owner. Adding the supplement gives myself and your dog(s) the opportunity to travel further afield such as to Eastbourne Beach or into the Downs. I also choose to take care of dogs from one household at a time so that I can invest my full energy towards those dogs. I am a teacher so can only offer dog sitting, walking and drop-in visits services on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I also recommend a meet and greet at least one week before your booking. During our meet and greet, I will learn as much as I can about the daily schedule of your dog(s) and how I can seamlessly enter the household without interruption. Doggy day care and dog boarding will include playtime, cuddles and interactions with other people.

About: I’ve grown up with my German shepherd, Juno, who’s been my companion through everything from beach trips to snowy adventures. About: Myself and my sister have lived with big dogs and all other animals my entire life. We have lots of experience walking dogs and pet sitting all sorts of animals including snakes and livestock! Myself, Berry, has been working on a professional event yard since I was 14 (Full time since finishing a-levels) and owning my own horses and dogs, I have the ultimate experience in animal care from basic needs to knowing what to do in unusual situations. I have worked alongside my Mum during my own dog’s pregnancy and with the puppies to 9weeks. Additionally, I spent 6 months working with rescue horses at the weekends who had more medical needs so have learnt to deal with those issues calmly and efficiently. I have been house sitting for many families for the last 3 years and love meeting new pets! References can be provided if you would like! Alongside me house sitting would be my sister, 18 & can drive. She is both incredibly reliable, confident and caring around all animals. We do this together to ensure we can be available at all times for your pets. I am more than happy to provide extra services as long as I know in advance. I also slot my life into the current pets so their schedule doesn’t change as their owners being away can be stressful enough. I am an early riser so very early walks or feeding times do not bother me. If you have other animals as well as dogs or cats I can cater for them too. E.g. horses to reptiles. Myself and my sister, 18 + can drive, will both be doing the house sit together. That way, even if one of us has work your pet won’t be alone for longer than the recommended time period. If you are looking for a drop in visit for 60 minutes +, I can offer that at an addition £9 per hour for as many hours as you are wishing. Just let me know in your initial message after requesting a booking. We can easily care for whatever extra needs your pet may need in the house, garden, walk or car. Nothing phases myself or my sister.

Dominika”
