About: I've been around dogs for most of my life and genuinely love spending time with them. Growing up, I had a family dog, which gave me a strong understanding of the care, attention, and exercise dogs need. I regularly look after my sister's Golden Retriever, so I'm experienced with larger breeds and their daily routines. I'll also make sure your home is left clean, tidy, and secure. If caring for pets in my home, I'll provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where they can relax and feel at home. Pets will always have fresh water, plenty of attention, regular toilet breaks, exercise, and lots of affection. I never leave pets unsupervised for longer than necessary and always ensure they're secure on walks using the lead and equipment you're comfortable with. Communication is important to me, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

About: I’ve had my retriever ‘Lady’ since December 2021 and she has been a welcome addition to our lives, I enjoy taking her on long walks especially with other dogs where she can socialise. I love animals and have had both dogs and cats all my life. I’ve now got the facility and time to be able to look after others and so I am opening my home up for pet sitting. I also have a cat Simba who is an old boy, his brother lives with my mum and Simba spends time between both houses. When he is here he is friendly and good around dogs (he mainly ignores them and finds somewhere quiet where they aren’t) I’m available to look after dogs from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and weekends on request. This includes boarding. I am able to come to your home and feed your pets and I am available for dog walking Mon- Sun I have a fenced back garden, that has a locked gate for your dog to run around in. My home is close to lots of fields for dogs to run around in and there are many nice long walks. My home is open to any animals within my care and I am happy to accommodate particular requests - crating, feeding, continue any training that you have. “It’s been our first time using Rover and our first time meeting Helen and her family. Both experiences have been excellent and better than I could imagine. Our dog was clearly very happy when we went to meet them for the first time and I felt very reassured when meeting them all that they would care for him well and he would feel at home. Helen sent some photos and updates when we were away which were lovely and when we returned he looked very well looked after and happy. There needed to be an adjustment of end date to the booking whilst away and it was easy and seamless on the site. “It was the first time I’d tried boarding River anywhere and I had been so concerned to find the right person to look after him. I’m so glad I found Suzanne! River spent a day with Suzanne recently to meet her and settle in. That went well and he was overjoyed when he saw her house as we returned to drop him off for his weeks stay! River had the most fantastic week with Suzanne and her dog Watson. Suzanne gave him such lovely long walks in Bushy park and elsewhere that he came home happy, relaxed and well exercised. She’s very playful and full on and Murphy is so chilled and accepts her. Alisha was so good when meeting Luna and Luna instantly liked her. She can be a bit funny with men but also instantly liked Alisha’s husband, Dan. Really appreciated Alisha doing a meet and greet and having Luna for a free daycare to ensure Luna was comfortable. She’s also helped to work on Luna’s recall and heel walking. Would definitely recommend Alisha and will use her as our sitter now!”
“Sam looked after Leia when I needed to suddenly travel abroad for a few days. She completely understood how stressful it was to leave my dog behind, so sent a few pictures and updates, at the same time respecting the difficult time I was going through, and giving me space which was what I needed on so many levels. Leia had a great time at Sam's, which was easy to see when I came to pick her up. She kept going back to Sam and her husband for more cuddles and belly rubs, which speaks volumes about care she received.
