“Toffee, our 12 yr old Golden, stayed with Yevgeniia and Ringo, her own lovely retriever, for four days while we took a short trip away. Toffee had a couple of medical issues that needed dealing with (slight incontinence and a ‘hot spot’) both requiring medication and close management. Yevgeniia has been looking after dogs from a young age, and her experience shows! She was very thorough in managing Toffee’s issues: by the time we picked Toffee up, her wound had greatly healed and she had not required a diaper for the most of the stay. Yevgeniia sent daily photos, videos and updates, including very funny reports on the on - off romance between Toffee and Ringo! Toffee came home her usual happy self, and I was glad she had a ‘home from home’ experience, with the added opportunity to socialise with the very gentle Ringo! I highly recommend Yevgeniia and will would not hesitate to book Toffee with her again, and am already planning to use Yevgeniia’s day care service when required. A very big thank you to Yevgeniia from Toffee and I, for the the diligent care you have shown during her stay!”

This has given me experience caring for a dog through every stage of life, including their later years. “Finding Flora has made such a difference to future holidays! I’ve never let Winnie stay with anyone other than her one usual family sitter. After a short notice cancellation I thought I would have to cancel my holiday. Boarding kennels was not an option and by chance we found Rover. I was sceptical at first and didn’t think it was going to work for us especially as it was for 5 days. I contacted Flora and immediately liked her clear communication and general questions that already made me feel Winnie would have the proper care she needed. After meeting with Flora at her family home I knew straight away I was doing the right thing and Winnie was going to be looked after by a wonderful family and have some friends to play with while we was away. “Romina was amazing! If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Romina was so flexible with me with the dates and times as I was due to move and needed someone to look after my German Shepherd. My dog is nervous due to being a rescue and usually takes a while to warm up to someone but as soon as Romina welcomed us into their home, it was like she had been there already! Drop off was a smooth process although my dog knew I was leaving this time so got a bit anxious, but within 30mins I got a message and photo showing me how at ease and happy she was. Romina kept me updated with messages and photos during the duration which kept my mind at ease. Could not have wished for a better dog sitter for my Luna! All positives so thank you Romina!”

About: I am from the north east of England where I live in a small town surrounded by countryside (before spending 16 years in London and moving to Kent in 2020). I love animals, in particular dogs. From when I was born I grew up around cats and dogs we had in the family, rabbits too and other animals on my aunties farm horses, cows, sheep and chickens. My auntie was also a dog trainer and attended crufts. I work in Mental Health and animals are a huge part of the family. They also help to reduce any stress, live in the moment and make us smile. I also have a pet first aid qualification. I am mainly available Friday (8am) to Sunday (10pm) for day care and/or over night. Depending on the time of the year and my work I may be available for other days/longer stays. My home is firstly my dogs home. He is allowed on the sofa and has access to a secure garden. About: I’ve had cats all my life and look after my daughter’s cat when she is away. As I do not have animals at the moment my next best way of having loving cuddles from animals is to look after other people’s. About: I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your dog with someone else, so my priority is always to make them feel settled, loved and completely at home while they’re with me ❤️ I don’t currently have pets of my own as I love travelling and exploring when I get the chance, but I love looking after friends/families doggos as I miss having one around! I work from home so I’m always around for plenty of company, attention and toilet breaks throughout the day. The dogs will be walked twice a day, and I live close to the countryside with plenty of lovely walking routes nearby. The garden is also fenced and secure and available whenever they need! I usually start and end the day with a walk at my local country park or along nearby countryside routes. I then work from home so am always around for company, toilet breaks and anything else needed. At weekends I love getting outdoors, exploring new places and going for walks. If your doggo enjoys car journeys, cafés, pubs or little adventures, I’d be very happy to include them, while always adapting plans to what they’re comfortable with and used to! I live in a 3 bed home over two floors with a fully fenced back garden, so there’s plenty of room for a dog to make themselves at home. The dogs can sleep upstairs in their own beds or I can make the spare room cosy for them. There are a few basics here like food, treats etc. but I’ll always stick to the routine/diet you specify. “Romina lives very close to me so that is a huge bonus. We had an initial meet up mostly to see if our dogs would get on. Sparky(mine) & Buddy (hers) were shall I say a work in progress!! Today I left Sparky at Romina’s home for 3 hours and I am delighted to say all went well. Romina is patient and kind and has a good empathy with dogs she sent me photos which were reassuring as Sparky can be a tad anxious. I’m really happy and have now booked a further 5 sittings. The booking system is a little bit difficult to navigate especially if you are making multiple bookings but hopefully it’s going to work out For us☺️🐾”

I have a fenced garden, and I live right next to a lovely park and have woods nearby, so dogs can easily go out to use the toilet and will get regular walks. Cats have a litter tray in my large double bedroom and will have full run of the large house.

About: I have lots of experience with animals. I looked after 3 dogs a cocker, collie and a springer full time for over 2 years. I worked for Pets at home for 10 years. I am qualified PE teachers and I currently work 16 hours a week. So I am home for most of the day. So I can care for your Pets and take them out for walks. I have looked after friends and family’s animals for years. I have walked, bathed and looked after them. I am able to look after animals in the evenings and weekends. I am also leaving my teaching job from July so I have lots of time over the Summer to look after animals when people are at work. “Toffee, our 12 yr old Golden, stayed with Yevgeniia and Ringo, her own lovely retriever, for four days while we took a short trip away. Toffee had a couple of medical issues that needed dealing with (slight incontinence and a ‘hot spot’) both requiring medication and close management. Yevgeniia has been looking after dogs from a young age, and her experience shows! She was very thorough in managing Toffee’s issues: by the time we picked Toffee up, her wound had greatly healed and she had not required a diaper for the most of the stay. Yevgeniia sent daily photos, videos and updates, including very funny reports on the on - off romance between Toffee and Ringo! Toffee came home her usual happy self, and I was glad she had a ‘home from home’ experience, with the added opportunity to socialise with the very gentle Ringo! I highly recommend Yevgeniia and will would not hesitate to book Toffee with her again, and am already planning to use Yevgeniia’s day care service when required. A very big thank you to Yevgeniia from Toffee and I, for the the diligent care you have shown during her stay!”
“Finding Flora has made such a difference to future holidays! I’ve never let Winnie stay with anyone other than her one usual family sitter. After a short notice cancellation I thought I would have to cancel my holiday. Boarding kennels was not an option and by chance we found Rover. I was sceptical at first and didn’t think it was going to work for us especially as it was for 5 days. I contacted Flora and immediately liked her clear communication and general questions that already made me feel Winnie would have the proper care she needed. After meeting with Flora at her family home I knew straight away I was doing the right thing and Winnie was going to be looked after by a wonderful family and have some friends to play with while we was away. I received multiple photos of Winnie while away and she looked like she had slotted right in and was very content. Thank you so much Flora Winnie can’t wait for her next stay!”

“Romina was amazing! If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Romina was so flexible with me with the dates and times as I was due to move and needed someone to look after my German Shepherd. My dog is nervous due to being a rescue and usually takes a while to warm up to someone but as soon as Romina welcomed us into their home, it was like she had been there already! Drop off was a smooth process although my dog knew I was leaving this time so got a bit anxious, but within 30mins I got a message and photo showing me how at ease and happy she was. Romina kept me updated with messages and photos during the duration which kept my mind at ease. Could not have wished for a better dog sitter for my Luna! All positives so thank you Romina!”

About: I grew up with a dog (Cairn Terrior) and was always the one to feed and walk her. I volunteered walking dogs for Jasmil Kennels so am uses to dogs of all characters and sizes. I currently have 3 cats, one very nervous one who hides a lot, one who is very friendly and the other likes to play and is very gentle. I have also previously had rabbits, hamsters and a bird. I am very gentle and soft natured. I have a large , 3 bedroom house with fence garden. I am very active, go the the gym , and love walking in all weather's.
