“Lizzy and her family are lovely and welcoming Lola had a great stay, was extremely well look after. I highly recommend Lizzy and her family for anyone that is in need of dog care. I will only ever go to lizzy in for future dog care. Thank you x”

“Finding Flora has made such a difference to future holidays! I’ve never let Winnie stay with anyone other than her one usual family sitter. After a short notice cancellation I thought I would have to cancel my holiday. Boarding kennels was not an option and by chance we found Rover. I was sceptical at first and didn’t think it was going to work for us especially as it was for 5 days. I contacted Flora and immediately liked her clear communication and general questions that already made me feel Winnie would have the proper care she needed. After meeting with Flora at her family home I knew straight away I was doing the right thing and Winnie was going to be looked after by a wonderful family and have some friends to play with while we was away. I received multiple photos of Winnie while away and she looked like she had slotted right in and was very content. Thank you so much Flora Winnie can’t wait for her next stay!”

“We will definitely use Yevgeniia again. She sent a photo shortly after we dropped Jimmy off and he was relaxed and snoozing. She sent photo updates throughout Jimmy’s stay and answered any questions about arrangements quickly. Her dog is a placid gentle soul and he and Jimmy got along well.”

“Ziggy spent a few nights with Meghan and knowing he was so well taken care of really helped me relax on my holiday. Meghan sent photos, videos and updates on how he was doing in the heatwave. He got on really well with her dog and will definitely be back to visit again. Thoroughly recommend Meghan to anyone anxious about leaving their beloved pet with her. 🥰”

“Romina is an absolutely lovely person, so smiley and friendly and completely set my dog and myself at ease. My rescue dog Emmy stayed with her and her husband and dog Buddy for three nights and was so well looked after. Emmy was a little nervous about going for a walk at first and Romina was very sensitive about this and handled it very well - by day two Emmy was walking happily and enjoying cuddles and belly rubs! I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Romina to look after Emmy again and would recommend her to any fellow Rover users without hesitation.”

“We were delighted with Nina and Shep was very happy there. She took him for a long walk in Blean Woods and sent us lots of pics. When we arrived to pick him up they were in the garden together. We would be very happy to leave him there again. Highly recommended.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and currently have a Golden Retriever called Leo, so I have hands-on experience with dogs at every stage of life, from puppies and adolescent dogs to senior dogs. Through attending training classes with Leo, I’ve learned positive training techniques and am happy to continue any training or routines you’re already working on with your dog. I understand that every dog is different and will always follow their individual needs, routines, and preferences. Most importantly, I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well looked after while in my care. I work from home, so I'm around during the day and can be flexible to fit around your dog's routine. I have a garden and walk my Golden Retriever, Leo, in the morning, on my lunch break, and again in the evening. Whether your dog enjoys lots of exercise or prefers a quieter pace, I'm happy to work around their needs. We have a secure garden, with a fence. A baby gate, a crate too, so dogs can be separated to make sure they get enough sleep throughout the day. We have a friendly dog called Leo, who knows when to play and when to settle.

I absolutely love dogs and care for every pup as if it is my own. I am an outdoorsy person, who loves going out for walks, whatever the weather. Growing up in the countryside I spent a lot of time outside with our dogs. I have cared for dogs of every size from a miniature Shih Poo to an energetic German Pointer - I am happy to look after your pet however big or small! I am more than happy to look after young puppies and ensure consistency with training, or elderly dogs, and will always follow instructions to a t! I work from home every day, so your dog will never be left alone ❤️🐶 I have an indoor ragdoll cat, Baby Blue Moon, and get so anxious leaving him with other people, so I really understand the importance of leaving your pet in trusted hands. About: I am from the north east of England where I live in a small town surrounded by countryside (before spending 16 years in London and moving to Kent in 2020). I love animals, in particular dogs. From when I was born I grew up around cats and dogs we had in the family, rabbits too and other animals on my aunties farm horses, cows, sheep and chickens. My auntie was also a dog trainer and attended crufts. I work in Mental Health and animals are a huge part of the family. They also help to reduce any stress, live in the moment and make us smile. I also have a pet first aid qualification. I am mainly available Friday (8am) to Sunday (10pm) for day care and/or over night. Depending on the time of the year and my work I may be available for other days/longer stays. My home is firstly my dogs home. He is allowed on the sofa and has access to a secure garden. There are no dangerous wires or objects which could cause injury.
About: I've taken care of pets throughout childhood (we owned two cats) and have been around dogs for a similar amount of time. My extended family always had dogs, from Jack Russell's and Cockapoos to Labradors. I loved them all and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities. I'm home most of the time, occasionally I have to be away in London. I would be able to travel local to Whitstable / Herne Bay and care for your dog as needed (walks or daycare). Or alternatively I can offer daycare at my home. There is a large garden at the back that dogs love to explore! I'm often in the back patio working so I can keep and eye on them. There are no other pets here so they will have all the space (and attention...) I know a few good walking spots in the local area. If there is a preferred route or grounds you'd like me to take your dog, please let me know.

About: I am an experienced dog owner who has had dogs for over 25 years including puppies, elderly dogs and even 65kg Pyrenean Mountain dogs! I am also an experienced dog sitter where I am committed to providing a professional service whilst treating your pet to all of the love and attention they deserve. I currently work from home and am also available at the weekends to look after your pet. This means that my schedule can be very flexible to suit the needs of your dog. Whilst you’re dog is with me, it will be the only pet in the household. I live in a very large 2 bedroom flat with walks to the sea less than 5 minutes away!

About: I’ve had cats all my life and look after my daughter’s cat when she is away. As I do not have animals at the moment my next best way of having loving cuddles from animals is to look after other people’s. This way I can have the love of an animal and I can give love back for another who has to leave theirs for holidays etc.

About: I've taken car of cats since I was 13 and I begged my mum for my own cat (Hope, a beautiful tabby that live to 16). Throughout my adult life I've looked after many of my friends and family cats while they go on holiday (including one home with 5 cats). The cat above is my beautiful Belle who I looked after during lockdown (and miss very much).

About: I have my own 10yo ragdoll cat whom I co-parent. That leaves me with free time to look after other cats for friends and family. I've had cats and dogs since age 3 and have looked after pets with high needs, including medical conditions requiring medication or anxiety issues requiring careful handling and socialisation. I've got an eye for detail and always respect pet's routines, pet parents instructions and any vet indications. I'm affectionate and caring and pride myself in being reliable and trustworthy. I'm an NHS worker, so I like to care for others including pets and can work remotely to spend quality time with pets.

About: I’ve helped neighbours and friends care for their cats through drop-in visits and daily check-ins. I’m comfortable feeding cats, cleaning litter boxes, refreshing water, and spending time playing with them to help them feel comfortable and relaxed while their owners are away. I understand that every cat has a different personality, so I always try to be patient, gentle, and respectful of their space. While I’m still growing my experience with advanced care, I’m dependable, attentive, and happy to follow detailed care instructions.

“Fern was amazing, I have 2 cats one that's elderly and a baby who is very shy and skittish. Fern managed to bond with both and get the baby to have a snuggle. I received numerous videos and pictures of the girls which put me at ease. I had actually messed up the booking and Fern was great at changing and attending though the days were different from what was booked. Can recommend her highly enough.”

About: I have had cats all of my life and I love their sassy, loving nature. My cat is called Socks (because his white feet make him look like he’s wearing socks all the time haha). I love that cats all have their own personalities and understand the importance of caring for each cat in a way that works for them and you. All pets are like family to me, so you can rest assured that your cat will be loved and cared for with regular updates.

About: I have 3 cats, ages 4, 9 and 10. All neutered wormed and flea'd. ( 2 girls, 1 boy) Give Purina One dry food. My cats can go out but chose to mostly stay indoors. If the youngest 2 go out I watch they dont go far as 1 is a ragdoll and other blue shorthair. They have a Loving happy home.
About: I have been around and taken care of dogs since I was 6. Family and friends have often relied on me to take care of their dogs. I myself am a dog owner and know how much they mean to us. I am currently not doing any other work and have plenty of time to take care of your dogs. I am basically free any time and day. I have a fenced back yard with good space, as well as I have a friendly puppy my self which can make company to your dog, which if needed I can also keep apart. Large parks and fields at walking distance when I can also go for a walk with your dog.

“Shenika was a fantastic cat sitter. Great communication throughout and always gave us videos and pictures of our boy at every sit. Clouse absolutely loved spending time with Shenika and we really appreciated the time spend with him and did everything we asked of her, and more. She followed all our instructions. Will definitely book her again. ”

“Tanvi was very professional liaising all the time, before and during her drop-in home visit with photos to ease my worries. My 6yr old Cockapoo Teddy is very anxious and not good with strangers, but he gelled well with Tanvi. The afternoon was a success and I am confident to leave Teddy in her capable hands for another visit really soon. I would highly recommend Tanvi to any dog owners with similar worries about leaving their dog.”

“Megan gave our dog Clyde fantastic care. He got on brilliantly with her dog, it was lovely knowing he was so happy and having fun whilst being looked after. We have already booked her again and would definitely recommend to others.”

“Rusty LOVED his day with Flora and her family. She came to visit us for a meet and greet before dropping him off which made it feel all very comfortable. Flora also updated us with photos during the day- it looked like Rusty had a lovely day! Thank you so so much! We will be returning (if Yourll have him!?) xx”

“Thank you so much to Owen and family for taking such good care of Pippin. Even after just one meet and greet, Pippin was so happy for her booked visit that she ran straight into the house and immediately made herself at home! After the booking she was very relaxed and content. Would 100% book again.”

About: I believe dogs deserve more than just quick walks and feeding -they deserve real companionship, fun, and lots of love. When your dog stays with me, they’ll get plenty of quality time, long walks, and exciting little adventures. I love taking dogs out to parks, nature trails, and even beach trips whenever possible, so they can explore, sniff, and enjoy their day instead of sitting at home bored. I’m patient, affectionate, and genuinely enjoy bonding with each dog’s personality. I am interested in dog psychology and behaviour patterns, and love learning new things about dogs every day Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I have a golden retriever and a husband who are great helpers, so your pets get lots of attention. I work from home, and my schedule is flexible, so I’m present and available for most of the day. This allows me to give dogs consistent care, companionship, and regular walks without them being left alone for long periods. I have a secure fenced garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and enjoy fresh air throughout the day. I also have a friendly, well-socialised Golden Retriever who loves the company of other dogs and helps visiting pups feel relaxed and at home. Each day includes proper morning and afternoon walks, playtime, and lots of quality time together. I love taking dogs to local parks, nature trails, and green spaces so they get both exercise and enrichment.
“Cannot recommend Hepzi enough. She’s been really great looking after our young pup for a couple of days. Super friendly, reliable, and receptive and understanding of the needs of a young dog. Asks all the right questions and is so responsive when messaging and I can tell you she has gone above and beyond in their care of our pup. Hepzi, Pippin is missing you already!!”

About: Hello! I am a caring animal lover with many years of experience looking after friends' and neighbours' dogs in my free time, and my own cats over the years as well. Dogs: I live in Tankerton and am available to take your dog for a big (or short) walk in the neighbourhood / by the seafront or drop in to check in and feed your pup. I also offer doggy day care (just 1 dog at a time, unless the dogs belong to the same family) or an overnight stay if you're away - preferably at your property as me and my partner have a cat (she's ok with calm dogs that don't bark much, but scared of louder dogs). I'm used to looking after small and medium dogs, but if you have a large dog do get in touch as I'm happy to make an exception depending on the breed (eg. I’m comfortable with Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Australian shepherds, Bernese etc). Cats: I have a beautiful Ragdoll x Siberian cross called Morgana, so I'm very experienced with cats. I can do drop in visits to feed & play with your cat, and I can also stay at your place overnight to watch your cat while you're away. If you have any questions, just message me! I have a flexible schedule working from home, so I'm available to walk your dog in the morning/lunchtime/early evening and generally keep company during the day. I live in a 2 bed house and have a fenced garden. In terms of surroundings, I'm 5 min walk from Tankerton beach, where I can take your dog for a lovely seaside walk.
“Romina lives very close to me so that is a huge bonus. We had an initial meet up mostly to see if our dogs would get on. Sparky(mine) & Buddy (hers) were shall I say a work in progress!! Today I left Sparky at Romina’s home for 3 hours and I am delighted to say all went well. Romina is patient and kind and has a good empathy with dogs she sent me photos which were reassuring as Sparky can be a tad anxious. I’m really happy and have now booked a further 5 sittings. The booking system is a little bit difficult to navigate especially if you are making multiple bookings but hopefully it’s going to work out For us☺️🐾”

“Nina was brilliant looking after our puppy, Roo. She sent lots of photos during the stay and it was clear that Roo had a lovely time staying with her - I’m not sure she wanted to leave! Highly recommend Nina’s services, she looked after her exactly as we’d asked, took great care with her, and was really easy to communicate with before and during the stay.”

“Alice and family were excellent with my Sprocker, after the first day she was quite happy to let herself in and get settled. Alice sent through loads of pictures and completed her ‘card’ everyday. Would definitely use again!”

“Tom was great with Lenny. Very accommodating especially as we booked last minute. Tom asked questions beforehand to make sure that he was prepared to care for Lenny. Tom sent us pictures and a video of how Lenny’s day was which offered reassurance that Lenny was in good hands. We will definitely use Tom again :)”

“Abbie was amazing with ava. Abbie understood she was nervous with new people and made her feel very comfortable and took her time to get to know her before the walk. Ava was very happy and tired out after her long walk around the park. Hightly recommend abbie she is very friendly and wonderful with animals. Can tell she really cares and your pet will be in great hands.”

About: I grew up in a busy household with a Border Collie mix and a Jack Russell, so I’m no stranger to high energy and big personalities! Today, I’m a proud 'sausage mum' to two miniature (well, 'in betweenie' size) dachshunds. I offer dedicated drop-in visits and walks throughout Swale, tailored entirely to your routine. Living in Swale with a flexible work from home schedule means I am available throughout the day and evening to give your dog the attention they deserve - I also drive so distance is not a problem! Having pet sat for family for years, I understand that every dog is an individual. Whether your pup is a high energy explorer or a shy snuggler, I adapt my approach to their specific temperament. I prioritise safety above all else; For your peace of mind, all walks are conducted strictly on lead and are exclusive to your household, ensuring my full focus is always on your best friend. Because I and my partner work from home, my schedule is incredibly flexible, allowing me to be there for your dog exactly when they need me. Whether it’s a mid-morning stretch, a lunch break stroll, or an evening check-in, I can easily work around your routin - I am available throughout the day and into the evening across Swale and the surrounding areas as I have my own car. My priority is providing consistent, reliable care so you can go about your day knowing your pup isn’t waiting by the door alone. Safety is at the heart of every visit. Growing up with high-energy breeds like Border Collies and Jack Russells taught me the importance of vigilance and control. For your peace of mind, all walks are conducted strictly on-lead and are exclusive to your household; I don’t do 'pack walks,' so your dog has my undivided attention. Whether I'm visiting your home for a drop-in or exploring the local area, I adapt to your dog’s specific temperament and triggers. I treat every dog with the same care and caution I give my own two dachshunds, ensuring they return home happy, tired, and safe.

“Amii is so kind and thoughtful and Chewy absolutely adores her. We have been very happy with her services so far and will be booking her again. We would definitely recommend her with your fluffball.”
