“Our cocker lab stayed with Noah, his family and three friendly dogs and she couldn’t have been happier and neither could we. We were sent daily photo’s and videos of all of them roaming and playing in the vast grounds having fun. When we experienced problems whilst away and asked Noah for an extended stay for our dog, along with his partner, they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend dog boarding with Noah and will definitely be asking again. Many thanks. Mrs. B Cross.”

“Yee and her family took excellent care of our dogs, they sent us photos and videos daily and they really took care of them as if they were their own. We would happily recommend them to look after your dogs!”

About: Hello! I’m a passionate dog lover who understands just how much our pets mean to us. Last year I sadly lost my beloved Cane Corso, who was a huge part of our family. While I’m not quite ready to welcome another dog permanently just yet, I would love the opportunity to care for and spend time with other dogs until the time feels right to rescue again. I have experience caring for large breeds as well as dogs with different personalities and needs. I know how important it is to leave your dog with someone who will treat them as if they were their own, and that’s exactly the level of care and attention I provide. I live in a loving family home with my 2-year-old son, who has grown up around dogs and is extremely dog-savvy, gentle, and respectful of animals. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I do ask that any dogs staying with us have had some previous positive interaction with children and are comfortable being around them. We enjoy long dog walks in the woods on a weekend together. I am happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that involves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, medication, or simply lots of companionship. I understand that every dog is different and will always take the time to learn about their individual needs and preferences. For the health and wellbeing of all pets in my care, I only accept vaccinated dogs. I am also happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout your dog’s stay so you can relax knowing they are safe, happy, and well looked after. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I am a stay-at-home mum, which means I am home for the majority of the day and can provide plenty of company, supervision, and attention to the dogs in my care. Most of our days are spent at home or in the garden, giving dogs lots of opportunities to play, relax, and be part of family life. My son and I attend a class on Monday mornings and another on Saturday mornings, but we are rarely away from home for more than an hour at a time. Outside of that, we spend most of our time at home. If we do pop out for a coffee, walk, or family outing, I am happy to bring dogs along where appropriate and if they enjoy being out and about. This means your dog will receive lots of companionship throughout the day and will never be left alone for extended periods. I provide a safe, loving family environment where dogs are treated as part of the family. Our home has a secure enclosed garden, and dogs will have access to plenty of supervised playtime, exercise, rest, and affection throughout the day. Having previously owned a Cane Corso, I am experienced with large breeds and understand the importance of routine, consistency, and positive handling. Following the loss of my beloved dog, I have chosen to open my home to other dogs while I take time before rescuing again. I have a gentle and dog-savvy 2-year-old son who has grown up around dogs and understands how to interact with them respectfully. For this reason, I ask that dogs staying with us have had some previous positive experience with children and are comfortable in a family home environment. I only accept vaccinated dogs and will always follow owners’ instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medication, sleeping arrangements, and any special requirements. I am also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind while your dog is in my care.
“Hands down the best dog sitter around. We wanted to change from our regular dog sitter as we didn’t feel he was receiving the care we wanted and fortunately came across Skips page on Rover. Just one visit to meet Skip we booked our dog in immediately. He had the most amazing week with Skip and her husband and we were constantly kept up to date on all of their activities, walks and meals. Although we hate leaving our dog behind when we go on holiday, we felt totally relaxed and at ease that he was being loved and cared for exactly how we want. He had such a great time I was a little worried he’d be bored coming home! Thanks for taking the best care of Roastie.”

About: As someone who has spent years loving and caring for my own pets, I am available to provide top-notch care. My deep understanding of animals' needs comes from firsthand experience as a pet owner, as well as years studying Veterinary Physiotherapy. Through the joys and challenges of nurturing my own animals, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility and empathy towards animals. Having recently lost my own dog, I am not quite ready to fill that void with another pet of my own. However, I am eager to channel my love for animals into providing top-notch care for other people's pets. I am committed to treating each pet under my care with the same love, attention, and respect that I would give to my own. With my current part-time schedule, I have ample availability to dedicate to pet sitting for dogs and cats. This flexibility allows me to devote significant time and attention to ensuring the well-being of your furry companions while you're away. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, feeding, or simply providing companionship, I can tailor my schedule to meet the needs of your pets and provide them with the care and attention they deserve. Rest assured, with my flexible schedule, your pets will receive the love and care they need. Living in a house with a fenced garden offers a safe and secure environment for dogs under my care to play and explore freely. Additionally, having access to nearby fields and woods provides endless opportunities for adventurous walks and stimulating outdoor experiences.

Simon was so caring and we are so lucky to have found him especially as my 18 year old cat who has never been away from home before bonded with Simon so easily. About: I have 3 cats-and a dog. I have always been around pets and they are the thing I find best to boost my mood everyday. I have pet sat a lot recently and I am really enjoying it. I am fully DBS checked and can drive. I am currently in part time education. I am free for around 3 months before I go on placement. I am flexible to visits and times depending on the day/ week. I try to care for animals in a way that suits them. For example, this summer I walked a timid dog for their owner. About: I've taken care of my family dog for the past 9 years, who I have loved deeply and look after all his needs, as well as being well trusted to walk other people's dogs and even babysit/dogsit for them and their kids. I'm currently looking for part time work, especially starting in the summer, so I will have lots of time to play with your dogs and keep them company! I have previously paid for a training course to help me train my own dog, where I also kept up to date with the best training methods and signs for how to read dogs, which were very helpful, so I am good at understanding different dogs' needs.

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I grew up with cats and regularly looked after my neighbours’ dogs. Currently, I am working as an au pair for a family with two dogs, giving me daily experience with pet care, including feeding, walking, and providing companionship. I drop of the Kids at 8:30 im available from around 9:00 until 14:30 from Monday to Friday On Wednesday im available after 9:00 until night I love spending time with dogs, whether that’s playing with them, taking them for runs, or enjoying long walks in the park. I am also comfortable with all aspects of pet care, including grooming, cleaning up after them, and picking up waste during walks.

About: I have experience walking and dog-sitting my friends’ dogs, as well as raising my own puppy. She’s a cockapoo, so chaos isn’t new to me, but I also have experience with larger dogs… I love them all! I’m a student with a part-time job, so looking after your doggie would have to fit around my schedule. I’m available most days, but my schedule constantly changes, so please message me for availability! As a medical student, I am a trustworthy person to look after your dog. At home, I have a large fenced garden and driveway, and a large living room and kitchen where your dog can roam free if properly trained - if not, I can accommodate crates. I live close to both the meadows and Arthur’s seat, so I can spoil your dog with nice walks! When house sitting, I am able to provide dogs with multiple walks per day, suited to their needs and abilities.

“We are delighted that Jane was able to look after Wookiee for us while we went on a family holiday. It was only the second time Wookiee has been away from us and we were instantly reassured by how well Jane got on with Wookiee and her obvious knowhow and diligence, as well as the really genuine care and affection she has for dogs. Jane sent us lovely photos and updates while we were away and Wookiee seemed to have a lovely week with her, got lots of walks, loads of attention and came home healthy and happy. Wookiee will miss Jane and we'd have no hesitation in recommending her!”

“We met Andy and Kady before they looked after Luna as we were so nervous leaving her with anyone other than family. They were incredibly welcoming of us all and Luna loved them and their home instantly. They looked after Luna during our wedding celebrations and knowing she was so comfortable with them and they were so lovely made us have one less thing to think about. Thank you both so so much, Luna has come back exhausted from her lovely walks haha!”

I’m a dog agility enthusiast with significant agility training under my belt including regular shows and competitions. We currently have a friendly 5 year old female labrador who would be around when pet sitting or walking! My partner Dan and I both manage this account so we can ensure around the clock care and responses. We’re therefore regularly walking our dog Nala and have the ability to look after your pet with as much care as we do our own. We have a fenced garden and access to lots of local parks. We have a 5 year old female labrador so the dog would have to be friendly with other dogs.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Currently have a 4 year old springer spaniel called Maya who I absolutely adore. I have looked after puppies for the last 5 years. I am currently unemployed so have all the time in the whole to look after dogs. If this changes I will update my time accordingly I have a fenced garden and access to rivers, Forrest’s and large fields in my local area. A lot of dogs in the area so good for socialising but they can all be avoided due to the rural access.
