Meet Chamcham & Our Dog-Friendly Home I am a proud parent of Chamcham, my friendly, playful, and neutered 1.5-year-old Cockapoo (10 kg). I raised Chamcham from an 8-week-old puppy using positive reinforcement, lots of treats, and unconditional love. I also had a rescue dog named Caramel, who had a timid past. Through patience and care, I helped him overcome his anxieties before he peacefully passed away from old age. These experiences taught me that every dog is unique and deserves a tailored approach. Daily Routine & Comfort Spacious & Safe: I have a fully fenced, secure garden. When the weather is nice, the garden door is kept open for free play; otherwise, I listen closely to our dogs' cues when they need a potty break. Active Days: I am a teacher, and during the summer break, I have plenty of time to dedicate to my furry guests! “Highly recommended! My two boys are a boisterous pair (Lab and Cockerpoo) who need space, attention and lots of activity which is exactly what they received with James and his family. They can be an overwhelming combination so a calm atmosphere with plenty of cuddles is a home from home for them. James sent lots of photos so that we could relax and enjoy our weekend on hols and our dogs bonded with Bailey straight away. Carson the Lab even got a good brush - he sheds like you wouldn't believe - and both boys came home happy and relaxed. Our Cockerpoo is a Covid pup and my little shadow whilst I work at home so he in particular needs lots of doggo-time. We will definitely be booking with James again!”

About: I have loved dogs and animals all my life and have many years of hands-on experience caring for and training dogs. I grew up with a Border Collie and had my beautiful Golden Retriever for 14 years. I now have Hudson, my two-year-old chocolate Labrador, who I trained from a puppy. I am patient, caring and responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, whether that’s walking, playing, cuddling or simply keeping them company. My day starts with an early 5.30am walk, and I usually spend only a couple of hours in the office before working from home. Having taken a short break from clinical work to go travelling I miss my furry friends and would love the opportunity to get to know yours! I have previously had 2 cats and a dog called Charlie (living at my mothers house). We are always first point of call for sleepovers with the dogs in our family and our friends dogs have been welcomed here many times too. We welcome all sizes, and a perfect holiday for your dog even if they're a little bit crazy. I work self employed as an aesthetician so I spend a lot of time at home, and grateful to also be a Mumma to a 5 year old girl who goes to school Monday-Friday. I have always had dogs and i treat my charlie like my child so i know i would never want him in the wrong hands. I consider myself to have a very big heart which is why i have so much love and time for animals. I have plenty experience with dog walking and being patient with my animals. I can provide you with regular pupdates and pictures so you know how your pet is and what they are up to. If you require your dog to be crated then we can accommodate to this also so that your dog isn't out of routine. We have plenty of local parks for your dogs to explore. We want your pets to be safe and happy in our care so will require some information from you to ensure that your dog has the best time possible and that our house is prepped and suitable for your dogs requirements. If there are any requests then please don't hesitate to let us know. We will try to accommodate the best we can. This is unlike a kennel setting, just your dog going from one home to another, prepared for hours of belly tickles. I currently am at home apart from the school run. My daughter goes to school and my partner works hybrid so is also home a few days a week so what better way to spend my lonely free time than getting my fitness up and making furry friends. I have a fair sized garden that is fenced off. I can also crate your dog if this is preferred. I am willing to take all precautions to ensure your dog is in safe hands. My mums dog is an escape artist and I am now a professional at having eyes on the back of my head

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. Coming from a family of vets, animal care has always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve also spent several years working in a veterinary practice, helping care for and nurse a wide range of animals. I have plenty of experience with dog walking, house sitting, and caring for pets both through Rover and independently. Having owned dogs my whole life, I’m confident with walking, training, administering routines, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I also have experience caring for cats and smaller pets, including my own cat and tortoise. I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone trustworthy and attentive, and I always aim to provide reliable care, regular updates, and lots of affection so both pets and owners feel completely at ease. I currently work in a hybrid role, with standard hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. I work from home for most of the week, with one fixed office day on Tuesday and a second office day that I can choose, giving me flexibility to plan my schedule around pet sitting bookings whenever possible. When working from home, I'm able to provide plenty of company, regular toilet breaks, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. Outside of my working hours, I'm fully available during evenings and weekends, allowing me to dedicate even more time to exercising, playing with, and caring for your pet. I'm organised, reliable, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away. Whether caring for pets in my own home or in a pet owner’s home, I always prioritise safety, routine, and making pets feel as comfortable as possible. I understand that every animal is different, so I take the time to learn their usual routine, exercise needs, feeding schedule, and any medical or behavioural requirements to help them feel settled and secure. Coming from a veterinary background and with experience working in a veterinary practice, I’m confident recognising signs of stress or illness and ensuring pets receive attentive, responsible care at all times. I’m also experienced with administering routines and following owner instructions carefully. When house sitting, I treat every home with respect and keep owners updated regularly with messages and photos for peace of mind. I aim to maintain a calm, loving environment where pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away.

About: I’ve always had dogs and absolutely love animals. I currently have two French Bulldogs of my own, so I’m very used to the fun, character and care that comes with having dogs! I’m caring, reliable and naturally comfortable around animals. I’d love to help with dog walks, home visits and giving your pets some company and attention while you’re away. I’m available all day on Mondays and Wednesdays. The rest of the week, I’m available before 10am, and I’m also available all day on Sundays. I always treat every home and pet with care, respect and kindness. When visiting your home, I’ll make sure your pet is comfortable, safe and well cared for, while respecting your home and following any instructions you leave for me. For home visits, I’m happy to use a key safe or another agreed method of access and will always make sure your home is secure when I leave. For dog walks, I’ll make sure your dog is safely secured before leaving the property and will follow your instructions around leads, routes and any specific needs. I’ll keep dogs under control throughout the walk and make sure they are safely returned home afterwards. About: James and Toni have both had family dogs throughout our lives. James has a 14 year old black lab at his parents who we look after and miss not being around every day! James is self employed so can fit his schedule around the dogs. Early start so is home in the afternoons. Toni works from home 2 days a week which is flexible. We have an open plan downstairs with lots of space, and a stair gate to keep the dogs downstairs. We have an enclosed garden with space to explore.
