About: Apart from my diploma in Animal Care and Management, I have a deep routed love for all kinds of Feline friends. I have had my own since the young age of 5, she became my soul responsibility at 13 and the love of my life for as long as I can remember. Her Name is Tabatha and she is a black tabby cat, she is almost 14 years old now. She was not my first feline Love.. A Relative of mine is also a cat lover and has a current total of 11. Previously when I was younger and wanted to earn pocket money I would help her take care of the 9 cats she had at the time. Those were the best summers. I also dedicated 1 day a week previously to work on a cattery and learned professional skills in that environment.

During Covid as had to work from home, I became doggy day care for friends who had to work frontline. I had the privilege of looking after their mini Dachsund from a young pup. About: I have a rescue Lurcher/saluki and also have fostered numerous rescue dogs over the past 9 years. I’m used to dogs with issues and use the ‘trust technique’ to calm down and help dogs settle into a new environment. At my home there will be lots of enrichment and company for your dog. About: We are a husband and wife team with a shared love for dogs. As a family of four there is always someone going for a walk and on hand to play and care for your pet, as if it were our own. Living directly opposite the park makes this our “go to” regular walk, although we are always adding new venues and activities with lots to smell and places to run and exercise. We sadly lost our black Labrador earlier this year, and while we miss him dearly, we now have the time, space and love to welcome other dogs into our home. About: I have a diploma in Animal Care, management and behavioural sciences, I am not shy when its regarding a more difficult pet or challenging dog breed. I am shorter in height but I am not frightened by larger or heavier breeds of dog and have had my fair share of experience within the kennels that I volunteered within. I understand every pet is different and it will be important for me to learn your pets routine, favourite things and diet. About: I have had dogs and horses all me life, and have now made my love for them my life's work. I have worked with many different breeds of dog and with all different ages. I stick to any training routines if there are any and make sure your dog is happy and content day and night. He or she will be like one of the family with me. Caring for animals is my day job. Your dog will not be left alone for more then 4 hours. I do have other commitments such as other dogs to walk and I also work with horses, so i will need to pop out from time to time but i will make sure your dog is content before i leave. I do group dog walks so the dogs will have plenty of playtime and socialisation. However I can also do single dog walks if required. Home visits are also possible for one on one attention in their home comforts. I have a small but secure garden. There are plenty of lovely country walks around me. Both experienced with large dogs and currently own a 4year old Great Dane bitch who is very friendly and loves other people and dogs. We have a nice dog walking area (Anstey Park ) close by and also some nice road walking routes too for when the weather turns. We understand every dog has its own personality, likes and dislikes and are very flexible and accommodating for their needs so please feel free to speak to us about any of your dogs quirks. Our dog is a big part of our family. and we look forward to welcoming your dog to our house and family. Working patterns mean that with Myself or Dorrraine is at home. I am working more from home now and if I have to go out I arrange it when Dorraine is home if we are boarding so your pooch will never feel lonely. I have a Fenced Garden that dogs can run around safely and free. They are always welcome indoors too and have the run of downstairs.
“We could not recommend Kerry more highly. Ou border collie, Stan, is 13 years old and quite fond of his routine. We have been reluctant to leave him in the care of people he does not know. However, Kerry immediately understood what he needed and we felt 100% confident to leave him, knowing she would be arriving to walk him while we had to be away for a big chunk of the day. She very kindly told us not to worry in the event of us hitting traffic and our return home being delayed, because she would be very to pop back later in the afternoon and let him out if necessary. That was so kind of her and really gave us peace of mind. When we got back we found Stan completely relaxed - he'd clearly had a lovely walk with Kerry and not been at all stressed by the experience of being with someone new. Kerry is a real dog lover and a lovely person who instinctively knows what is needed. We will certainly be calling on her the next time we have to leave Stan.”

During Covid as had to work from home, I became doggy day care for friends who had to work frontline. I had the privilege of looking after their mini Dachsund from a young pup. About: I’ve looked after friends and family’s dogs for the past 3 years. Often for a night or a few weeks when they’ve gone away. This has including feeding, walking, playing with them and lots of cuddles! I have also cared for older dogs who may be deaf, as well as requiring additional help with medication and reassurance. I have also worked for a franchise briefly a couple of years ago, both dog sitting and cat feeding. I have a big love for all animals and love spending time with them! In warmer months the door to the garden is usually open for most of the day so dogs will be able to go in and out whenever.
