About: A Lifetime of Dog Love We both grew up in homes where dogs were part of the family. From high-energy puppies to gentle seniors, we’ve handled it all. This lifelong experience means we’re comfortable with different temperaments and truly understand "dog language." Staffie-Lab Specialists Our own 12-year-old Staffie/Lab cross has been with us since she was a puppy. Raising her into her golden years has given us deep experience in senior care, from administering medications to providing the extra patience and comfort older dogs need. The Best of Both Worlds: Home Comfort & Forest Adventures Your dog will have 24/7 companionship with us. While one of us provides a calm, "nesting" environment at home during maternity leave, the other works outdoors in beautiful forestry areas. What this means for your pup: Quiet, Safe Exploration: Plenty of space to run and sniff in peaceful, off-the-beaten-path woods. Tailored Days: If your dog prefers a cozy nap on the sofa, they can stay home. If they love an adventure, they can join the "forestry crew" for a day of fresh air. Never Alone: Between the two of us, your dog is always supervised and loved. A Typical Day with Us Because there are two of us with very different daily schedules, we can tailor your dog’s day to their specific energy level and personality. The Morning Kick-off The day starts around 7:30 AM with breakfast and a quick garden stretch for everyone. We’ll discuss your dog’s energy for the day to decide which "track" they’ll take. Option A: The Forestry Adventure (Active Pups) If your dog loves the outdoors, they’ll hop in the van with me. My workday is spent in quiet, off-the-beaten-path forestry areas. The Perks: Miles of peaceful trails, fresh air, and plenty of "sniffari" opportunities away from noisy traffic or crowded city parks. The Pace: We take plenty of breaks in the shade, with fresh water always on hand. Option B: The Cozy Home Nest (Chill or Senior Pups) If your dog prefers the quiet life (like our 12-year-old girl), they stay home with my partner. The Perks: Constant companionship during maternity leave. Whether it’s lounging on the sofa or pottering around our secure garden, they are never left alone. The Pace: Calm, low-stress, and full of belly rubs. Perfect for seniors or dogs who get overwhelmed by travel. The Evening Wind-down By 5:00 PM, we’re all back together. After dinner, it’s "family time" in the living room. Our senior Staffie-Lab is an expert at relaxing, and your pup will have a cozy spot to join the pack for evening cuddles before bed. Your dog’s safety is our top priority. We provide a fully fenced, secure garden where pups can play and sniff freely. Because we’re a team—with one of us home on maternity and the other in quiet forestry areas—your dog is never left unattended. We use our 12 years of experience with our senior Staffie-Lab to ensure a calm environment, slow introductions, and a routine that keeps every guest happy and out of harm's way.
“Lia was excellent with our 2 cats & they both loved her visiting them. We received regular updates and pictures. Having never used anyone before, we were hesitant but now will be re-booking with Lia every time we go away! Thank you for taking such good care of them both - we would recommend Lia’s service to everyone :) ”
About: I have had dogs for 2 years and I love them. I did animal care at college and completed the course with a distinction in level one safe and effective working practices in land based industries and passes in all level one modules including assist with feeding and watering animals animals and assist with maintaining the health and wellbeing of animals. I am currently not working and am free whenever I’m needed. I do some online work but that’s all completely flexible and I can do most of it on my phone or not all some days. I am happy to home sit at the pet owners house. I have two dogs one friendly and the other very scared and doesn’t like other dogs but have a lot of space to shut my dog.
About: Hi, I’m Paulina — though the dogs know me as Pawlina 🐾! I run PAWLINA: Home for Pets, a safe, licensed, and insured home-from-home for dogs in Little Fransham. I hold a Breckland Council Animal Welfare Licence (AWL0208) for home boarding and daycare of up to 5 dogs, so you can be sure your pets are cared for to the highest standards. I’ve loved animals since I was a child—my home was always full of pets, and I’ve felt happiest outdoors in nature. I’m calm and gentle, which animals seem to naturally sense. Even the shyest ones warm up to me quickly and often come over for cuddles. I can't walk away when an animal needs help—like the little kitten I rescued and found a loving home for (take a peek at my gallery, but be prepared for a cuteness overload 😍). It makes me very happy to make animals feel safe and loved. What I also love about my pet-sitting work is the chance to meet wonderful people—pet owners who, like me, truly care about animals. From my experience, pet owners are some of the kindest and most caring individuals you can find, and I feel lucky to be around such a kind community. At Pawlina's, your furry family member will be safe, loved, and treated like one of my own. I can’t wait to welcome them and help them feel right at home! 🐾❤️ I work part-time from home — just a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the afternoon, Monday to Friday. Because my job is home-based, I’m available all week to care for your pets. They’ll never be left for long periods and will always get plenty of time, care, and attention every single day. Together with my partner, I live in a cosy two-bed bungalow with a secure 0.17-acre garden in peaceful Little Fransham. The area is wonderfully quiet, with beautiful walks right on our doorstep — perfect for outdoor adventures with pets. Whether welcoming your furry friend into my spacious, pet-friendly home or caring for them in yours, I prioritise creating a calm and secure environment. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routines and preferences so they feel completely at ease.

About: Hello! I am a veterinary nurse currently working in kings Lynn. Here to help and have animal cuddles! Due to having Veterinary experience, I have knowledge of animal first aid and how to accommodate specific health conditions during my time with them. I am able to administer mediation effectively. I understand some degree of animal behaviour but wish to further this in the future. I honestly do believe, dogs make the world a better place! I am currently 3 days a week in king Lynn as a veterinary nurse. I am happy to work around shifts and find days/hours that suit both people. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to care for any pets at my residence. Hopefully would be able to in the future when I have my own place.
About: I grew up in a dog-loving home with an Irish Red Setter rescue and a Doberman we raised from a puppy, so I'm no stranger to big dogs with big personalities. Over the years, I've cared for pups of all sizes, breeds, and ages—from energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs. Whether your dog loves long walks, belly rubs, or just someone to keep them company, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled while you're away. A recent move means I am now taking on new clients in and around Norwich. Please see my reviews and reach out for a chat if I can help to care for your pup! I’m working from home, with plenty of gaps in between for toilet breaks and walks in the park - I like to get away from my desk when I can and would love for your dog to join me. I’ve been house sitting for a number of years, both through Rover (please check my reviews) and word of mouth from my existing clients. I will care for your home as if it is my own. I am happy to discuss carrying out tasks unrelated to your pup, too.
About: I have owned a Pomeranian and a springer spaniel. I have previous experience through caring for both. I am well equipped for dogs who are calm or a little naughty as my own were two rescue dogs and this alongside my experience with previous dog sitting has given me lots of ability with different types of dogs such as; Italian greyhounds,Russian toy terriers, Pomeranians, spaniels, terriers and poodle crosses :) I am happy to provide anything from just hours of playtime to long walks. I have lots of extra hours when not at work and so I have lots of time to spare and thought it would be fun to fill it caring for dogs while being able to help the owners out too. Currently work 9-5:30pm and have weekends free. Plus every third Wednesday off. I am happy to take care of pets after works and all day and evening etc on weekends. Dogs will have access to the house and garden and be supervised at all times - I usually just let them join me during my daily activities & then taking time out to play with them in the garden etc aswell as walks in the park.
About: I've grown up with dogs + fish. Now I've had 2 beautiful cats for the last 3 years. My partner, who will also help, has grown up with cats/dogs/chickens and more! Between the 2 of us we have 2 dogs and 3 cats currently. I work from home full time in the golden triangle so can easily pop out to check in on pups or kittens😺. My partner works from her salon Tuesday - Friday in fakenham so she can also provide services there if need be. We have a big car so taking big dogs out for a great walk is easy to do! My garden is fenced but only 3ft. Therefore they can use it for toilets etc with me supervising but I'd aim to take your dogs out for nice walks (if they are able to).
