In the past 6 years I have experience in cat and dog home visits, and I have been used frequently to house and dog sit while my clients have been away on holiday. My experience has included key holding responsibility, dog walking, cleaning duties, and administering medication. About: I have take care of cats for many years, as the animals are very independent and determined i prefer to let them rome the house freely and have a constant food / water supply. “Imogen looked after my cats for the first time recently, and I could not recommend her more highly. I have seven cats, all with very different personalities and needs. Some are extremely high-maintenance, some are incredibly friendly, others are very shy, and three of them have epilepsy and require close monitoring. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn’t used to a busy multi-cat household, but Imogen handled everything amazingly. From the moment she came for a meet-and-greet, it was obvious how naturally good she is with animals. Two of my cats immediately gravitated towards her, which I think says everything, as cats are usually very good judges of character! All of the cats absolutely loved her, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. From being a trainee Vet Nurse, dealing with check ups and consultations, working in a well known Kennels to thriving in an animal University and finishing with an Animal Care Diploma. About: I've had dogs in my life since I was born and over the last 20 years have rescued many. From pups to gorgeous oldies, the oldest we rescued was 17. All different sizes and breeds. Dogs are just a magnet to me when I see them, I love them all! I hadn't had a dog since 2023 as I just didn't think I could go through the heartbreak of losing another, after my last lab - they really are part of the family x However, in March, an elderly neighbour had to go into assisted living and couldn't take his beloved dog, so we took on Pixie! Pixie made me realise how much I have been missing out and we love her - such a gentle soul. Pixie is 11 and absolutely guttingly has cancer (and I feel dementia), so she sleeps most of the time, but is in no pain and loves to be with us. The reason for me deciding to become a dogsitter is because Pixie seems to love the company of other dogs and I thought it might be nice for her (and of course me!). Pixie would not want a dog who jumped all over her - but I think it would be lovely for us both! I work from home and have an office in the garden - so we can keep each other company! As well as the fenced garden, we also have 3 acres. We decided to downsize and live in a small but lovely lodge - cosy!! Your baby will be well looked after and I can follow any rules you have, medications needed, etc. They are quite welcome to share the sofa and bed with us (if that is what they are used to), as long as we can fit on too!! It is hard to leave your dog, I know - I've been upset to leave mine that needed it, at the groomers even! I would really want you to come and check us out first and get to know me & Pixie!

I hold a Breckland Council Animal Welfare Licence (AWL0208) for home boarding and daycare of up to 5 dogs, so you can be sure your pets are cared for to the highest standards. I’ve loved animals since I was a child—my home was always full of pets, and I’ve felt happiest outdoors in nature. I’m calm and gentle, which animals seem to naturally sense. Even the shyest ones warm up to me quickly and often come over for cuddles. About: For 7 years I looked after my neighbours dogs and chickens and looked after my husband old boss dog and a cat. I have 3 dogs myself two border collies and a husky so use to very lively dogs. But mainly to provide a service that allows Clients to ensure their pets are well looked after when other commitments call. I know how close to us our pets are so clear communication with my Clients on how their pet is doing would be key. I set up Bark 4 the Lead at the beginning of 2024. This is my full time Job so the pets that are boarded here have my full attention throughout the day and night. I offer dog walking which I complete in the morning for a couple of my Clients. I live in a very quiet area down a service track. The property is fenced in with no other pets in the household. I recommend clients to visit with their pets prior to booking so they feel comfortable and reassured.

About: I am the proud owner of a golden cocker-spaniel, aged 5, and was also the owner of a wonderful tuxedo cat up until last year! Since the age of 15, neighbours, friends and coworkers have entrusted me with pet care, including dogs and cats, for both short and long stays, and I am passionate about caring for pets! At the moment, I am studying to become a Speech and Language Therapist at the UEA, but I have plenty of time in my schedule to play with and look after your pets! My schedule is flexible and I am at uni Tuesday to Thursday, but am available for boarding for full weekends, including long weekends extending from Friday until Monday!
