“Lauren has been great with Maui! She made me feel completely at ease about leaving my pup with her and her partner, she is lovely, sent me regular updates about his wellbeing and probably spoiled him a bit.🤭 We were very happy with the experience and we'll definitely book with Lauren again.”

“Pippin was very well looked after by Leonidas and seemed to have a lovely time and came back very happy and tired out! We appreciated the daily updates and easy communication. Many thanks!”

“As always, many thanks to Jo and Ross for taking such good care of our boy (10 year old black lab). He's always happy to go to stay and we have total peace of mind that he will be wonderfully well cared for while we are away. Many thanks again.”
“My dog spent a lovely weekend with Anna and her husband, I was kept up to date and sent photos. My dachshund doesn't like new people but took to Anna instantly. I was happy knowing she was loved and well looked after while we attended a wedding.”

“Buddy had a wonderful stay. Felt at ease knowing Buddy was in such good hands. Videos and pictures sent daily to keep in touch which was great. Amazing service thank you.”

“I needed overnight home care for my Old English Sheepdog puppy. Sue quickly agreed to look after him, knowing that he was a 50-pound six-month old pup who had never had an overnight in someone else’s home. Having owned a big, hairy dog herself, she rightly was both experienced and confident. It was very apparent that Sue was such a dog lover and has a big heart for both pets - and people! I appreciated the updates and photos while we was away and I was so grateful that he was in such good hands in a welcoming home environment. My puppy was loved and cared for and was very happy to stay with Sue and her daughter. I know exactly whom to call upon again. Thank you!”

“Rebecca was fantastic! She was so helpful taking on my pup as a last minute booking! She even provided a drop off and pick up service. I will definitely be using Rebecca again. A + service.”

“Tania was really lovely and Isla seemed to fit right in for her 3 night stay. Tania kept me posted with photos and updates and Isla also enjoyed the company of Finley, Tania's gorgeous lab. I would definitely recommend Tania to anyone who is looking for peace of mind when having to leave their furbabies. Thanks again Tania, Isla will definitely be back for another visit 😊”

“Alessia looked after to Simba very well. Our Simba had a great time, she seems very relax on the photos. Alessia is very good at communication.Lots of photos and messages :) Highly reccommended!!! Need to book another holiday..”

“As always, Teddy had an amazing time. Teddy can't wait to visit again. It's nice to know that we can go away and relax knowing he is safe and having fun. I would recommend to anyone.”

“Clare was absolutely awesome! I’ve never left my dogs before so was very apprehensive but she put my mind at ease with regular photos and updates. Would not hesitate to use her services again and actually already have plans to do so in September ☺️”

“Our Jaya was so happy and settled after her time with Kelly. Thank you so much for caring and looking after our little Diva. It’s a home away from home for her. The updates, photos and videos are so much appreciated. We totally recommend and will certainly be back. Jaya is missing you already Kelly. She will be back again soon. Again, thank you xxx”

“Maria is such a wonderful warm person who really cares about the animals she looks after. We left our dog with her for a week and got regular updates in the form of pictures and videos, no questions were too much trouble and she really took the time to understand what our dog needed while she was staying with her (food, treats etc) this is so important for us when our pup has a really sensitive tummy. I would recommend Maria to anyone as a dog sitter as more than anything you can tell she loves animals and really cares about them.”

“My boy hank was so happy with Tegan and her partner, he didn't want to leave. They are real dog lovers and kept me update with messages and photos the whole time. Would definitely recommend and already booking another stay. Thank you so much xx”

“Our dog is approaching 11 and has always, previously, gone to the same sitter who could no longer look after her, so we have had a couple of trial days with Lauren before our holiday later in the year. Thanks to Lauren’s patience and kindness over these stays our dog has gradually become more comfortable with Lauren and the different surroundings, she was allowed to have her own space to relax in and was given lots of encouragement and love to help her feel relaxed. We will now go on holiday with every confidence that she will feel comfortable staying with Lauren.”

“charlotte & molly are simply amazing - taking notes upon first visit and very attentive to all the little details, sending updates and spending quality time with the cats, keeping them happy and myself at ease knowing they will take care of everything ”

“Nicole came round beforehand to meet Hugo, which we really appreciated. Nicole was lovely, easy to chat with and very approachable, which put us at ease. While we were away, Nicole sent updates to let us know he was doing well. We came back to a happy, well looked after cat. Would definitely recommend! ”

“Vikki was wonderful with both of my cats and having her visit them each day was a huge reassurance to me and my children whilst we were on holiday. Communication was fantastic and Vikki went the extra mile watering my plants and even trying to help fix my Catflap which malfunctioned due to a technical problem in the first few days of my holiday. She found a working solution for us until I get home. She kept me updated with photos and reports so I could see how the cats were doing and they were enjoying being fussed. All the cat food packets were cleared into the main bin and Vikki even popped my bin out on bin day. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Vikki again, or to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a reliable, friendly and caring Sitter.”

“Very reliable, great at responding to messages and giving daily updates about our cat when we were away. Came home to a very relaxed cat. Would definitely recommend and hope that she will look after our cat again. ”

About: I have had pets since a very young age and have been in charge of walking, feeding, administering medicine and cleaning up after them. I recently also house sit for my friend with her cat and ensured they were well taken care of the entire time. I work in a school so am able to do walks after work at around 4pm. I am able to do stop ins before and after work if necessary and on my lunch break if not too far. I work Monday to Friday from 8:50 until 15:30 but am available all day on half terms. I am able to provide walks, feedings, brushing fur if needed and also taking out for toilets. I will play with the animal as well to ensure enrichment.

“I cannot recommend Kelsey enough. She attend our cat everyday for 2 weeks whilst we were away caring for her every need. Food, water, litter tray, cuddles, outdoor time and grooming. She keeps you updated everyday with a little write up and lots of photos. She was extra vigilant due to the heatwave in the UK ensuring our cat was well hydrated and cool and safe. The best care I’ve ever received and thank you so much Kelsey, you are amazing!!”

“Esther looked after our house, garden and two indoor cats for a week whilst we went on holiday. All went well, we returned to two happy cats, a lovely clean and tidy house and the garden had been watered and outside bins emptied. It was in a heatwave but there were no complaints, Esther was friendly and sent photos and updates on the cats everyday, a very capable lady to care for your home and pets whilst you are away.”

About: I've had a cat most of my life growing up, who I was responsible for. In recent years, my neighbours cat has been trying to move in with me desperately ( my dog was not open to the idea). I have experience with feeding drop in for neighbours, and having cat cuddles on the sofa.

About: a reliable and caring cat lover with 11 years of hands-on experience owning and caring for cats. I understand that every cat has their own personality, routine and comfort levels, and I always take the time to help them feel safe and relaxed. I’m experienced with feeding routines, litter tray cleaning, playtime, grooming and giving cats space when needed. Whether your cat is very affectionate or more independent and shy, I’m patient and attentive to their individual needs. Alongside my personal experience with cats, I also completed a Level 3 Animal Science course and gained additional experience working with a variety of animals. I always prioritise animal welfare, safety and making sure pets are happy and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind and will always care for your cat as if they were my own.

About: I have plenty of cat care experience, mostly learnt over my time working at the national animal welfare trust. This involved working with strays and boarding cats, including grooming, weighing, health checks, medication administering, specialised diets and many more. This allowed me to learn how to deal with all types of cat temperament. I also fostered a senior cat, Daisy, who sadly passed away March of 2025 from many health issues. Although, she had a comfortable, loving end to her life, surrounded by loved ones instead of a cattery.

About: I have taken care of cats since being a child looking after my own but also neighbours and family cats. My own cat is 9 and is on medication daily, I think I am pretty good at reading a cats mood after owning a very sassy one myself. As well as my own cat I regularly take care of a Maine Coon in my home too

I am new to rover and didn’t know how the website works so asked questions that were already on the site but Will was very polite and still answered them. “Maria (and her family) were amazing. We have a 6 month old French bulldog puppy, who’s been rehomed by us, and it was her first long stint away from us and she had the most amazing time. Maria was really lovely and met with us before the day, and was really responsive. She was incredibly accommodating, when I got stuck in traffic and arrived 2 hours later than expected. Thank you so much for making us feel so relaxed, and for giving Darcy a fantastic experience. ??”

“Both Tania and her husband were really lovely, they both were very communicative with me and attentive to Ziggie. About: My hubby and I have many years pet experience between us. I ( Esther) grew up on a small holding with rabbits, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, pigs, goats, sheep, cows and horses. Andy has always had pet dogs. We have boarded dogs for Guide Dogs for 5 years and have now ventured into pet sitting and have 2 regular clients already. We are in our 50's ( just, for me!) and feel priviledged to be able to look after peoples loved ones in their own home whilst they are away. We look forward to hopefully be able to do the same for you too. We are both retired so are free and available the majority of the time Monday to Sunday including bank holidays, unless already doing another pet sit. We follow all instructions that you ask of us in terms of security and safety of your home/pets. We always keep dogs on the lead when walking them and don't take then out if the weather is too hot, unless we can do this in the cool of three day.

From daily walks to playtime and plenty of cuddles, I know how important it is to give pets the attention and love they deserve. Training has been a big part of my journey as a pet parent, so I’m patient, consistent, and always focused on keeping pets happy and well-behaved. Whether it’s exercise, companionship, or just some extra TLC, I’ll treat your furry family members like my own. I work part time 1-3 days a week and I spend the rest of my time going for long walks or going to the gym so have plenty of time in between. I have a shared garden with 2 elderly dogs but they spend more time in their own home and I have a 4 month old puppy who loves all dogs

I knew then she would be fine with them, I got some pics of the day, so was kept up to date. I would definitely feel confidant to leave Poppy in Alicja's capable hands...”

“Monty had a wonderful time during his stay and came home happy and relaxed. Anusuya accepted the booking with very short notice, which was a huge help to us and our last minute plans. “This is the first time we have left our dog with anyone to go away and we definitely struck lucky first time with Amy and her partner. Pepsi had a great time with her other dogs and Amy was so attentive to her. Pepsi formed a great bond with them all and we will definitely be taking her back for a second stay. The constant updates and photo spam was very very appreciated also. I would definitely recommend Amy.”

“Very enthusiastic dog lover, based centrally in Bedford. Mafalda looked after my dalmatian/cross for 4 days. I received regular photos, videos and updates. He was very well looked after. Thank you.”
