“I was apprehensive about leaving Bertha with anyone apart from family, we found helen and so glad we did! Bertha was cared for and looked after like their own, I received plenty of updates and photos whilst away that helped to put my mind at ease. Helen is great and I will definitely be booking again for next time!”

“Rachel was fantastic with our girl who has seperation anxiety / some reactivity to other dogs. Rachel was very attentive to Luna’s needs, made sure she felt right at home, and sent us lovely pictures of their walk and time together throughout the booking. Would definitely recommend!”

“Brian and his wife looked after my two Frenchies for a few days and it was perfect. They took them out for walks and I received regular messages and photos. Would highly recommend.”

“Ben went above and beyond with our little Reggie, this was the first time we had to booked a sitter, so I was very nervous, but Ben, was contacting me and sending lovely messages and updates and photos of Reggie through the entire week we was away on our holiday, which i so appreciated from him, it made me feel at ease and I knew Reggie was being cared for and in safe hands with Ben, and in the extremely high weather temperatures we was having at the time, having a frenchie you can appreciate it is very hard due to Reggie’s breed, but yet again Ben took care of it and made sure Reggie was safe and comfortable, Which once again was down to Ben. From the moment I saw Ben as we introduced ourselves and with his own dog Noah, I knew Ben was the person for us. I want to thank Ben again personally and to Noah for making Reggie’s stay so welcome for him, and definitely will be having Ben again for Reggie’s stay in future, many thank Ben ☺️”

“Chester enjoyed his time with Lone and her young family . I would fully recommend Lone to look after my puppy again in the future. Chester was not stressed or anxious on collection. In fact he was still happy to be there once I came to collect him. Thank you Lone it was a big help today see you soon 😀”

“Jasper would have gone to my daughter's wedding and created havoc no doubt if the venue had allowed it - but they didn't, so the next best thing was a protest vote and go one better - a night in with Patrycja and her partner watching Netflix. And he got so much more than he bargained for. Lots of attention (what self respecting velcro dog wouldn't love that?), a new BFF as she had another furry friend staying over, and lots of walks with photos to dad thrown in. Honestly Patrycja, he couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for looking after him and a loving lick from a very tired Jasper.”

Be assured, I will care for your pet as you do. My care for your dog will be tailored to your pets individual needs. Every dog is different and has its own personality and needs. Rest assured, your dog will be safe, loved, spoilt and cared for. I work 3 half days per week, so plenty of time to spend with your dog. Varied length of walks, tailored to your dog’s preference. Fully experienced with dogs of different personalities, traits and vices. I have a fully fenced off garden in a quiet rural area, close to numerous walks. I have an elderly Border terrier who is the most perfect gentleman. All dogs have their own personality unique to them. Your wishes on caring for your dog will be respected- adhering to their individual little ways. Your dog will be treated as mine, being allowed on the sofa/ bed or crated if you require.

“Can’t thank Charlotte enough for looking after my fur baby! I received regular updates through the weekend letting me know what they’d been up to. She took time listening to my dogs routine and that put my mind at ease. My dog has had a really wonderful weekend and I can’t thank you enough. 100% recommend!”

“First time using Jade and I’ll definitely use Jade again! She made sure to keep me updated with how Winnie was getting on and send me loads of photos which made my heart melt, Winnie had the bestest day to the point where she didn’t even want to get back in the car! Jade looks after your pup like she’s her own and it’s amazing to have that when it’s needed!”

“Grainne took really good care of George at late notice when I had to be called out of town for work. It was during a heatwave and George was kept cool and stimulated with Oscar! He has been sleepjnf like a log since he has come home.”

“This was the first time we have used dog boarding. I was slightly nervous at first as we had a 5 month old Labrador. From our first meeting I felt reassured. Sylvia was professional, welcoming and you could tell she was a real love for dogs. During our trip she sent pictures and let us know that he had settled well. 5 stars isn’t enough we truly are really happy with the care Dexter received and wouldn’t hesitate to use Sylvia in the future.”

About: Your dog will be apart of our loving family with lots of cuddles, playtime, walks & treats (if aloud by owner) When we look after your beloved dog we will ensure their needs are put first. Unfortunately, we lost our bulldog Bonnie recently and this has given us the passion and desire to look after other peoples dogs. We always found this difficult and a challenge knowing who to trust with Bonnie and my goal is to help others feel at ease. We as a family have experience being around a variety of breeds including young & old dogs. I currently work full-time in the community, however I work from home majority of the working week. Also, if I am not home my mum is at home as she only works part-time. At the weekends everybody in the house is home. Your dog will not be on their own longer than a couple of hours at a time. I have a private secure back garden where dogs will have access to safely and securely. I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I am honest, trustworthy and have a genuine love & care for animals especially dogs!
“Highly recommended, will be booking with sabina again. She is very experienced with caring for dogs/animals and even provided some training for my dog whilst caring for her. Tallulah was very happy and comfortable staying with Sabina & her lovely family.”

“Dilma and Eric took excellent care of our boy. From Every photo and video we received, we could tell he is happy and relaxed. Thank you so much for looking after him! See you soon for another stay over 😊”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 10 years old, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve experienced all stages of a dog’s life — from energetic puppies to gentle senior dogs — and I’ve learned how to adapt my care to meet their changing needs. I have a deep understanding of canine behaviour, routine, and comfort, and I take pride in providing a safe, loving environment where dogs feel relaxed and secure. I’ve cared for senior dogs with mobility issues, medication needs, and age-related health concerns, and I always approach this with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. As a healthcare professional, I’m confident in recognising subtle changes in behaviour or health, which can be especially important for older pets. I treat every dog like a member of the family, and my goal is always to give them the same love and care I give to my own Cockapoo. As a full-time professional during the week, I focus my pet care services around weekends — when I can give your dog my full attention in a calm, relaxed environment. My own Cockapoo is a big part of my daily life, so I’m used to balancing routine, exercise, and affection — and I bring that same level of care to every dog I look after. On weekends, I’m fully available for daytime sitting, walks, and overnight stays, making sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well looked after while you’re away or enjoying a break. I also offer occasional evening availability during the week for walks or check-ins, depending on location and my work rota. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or visiting them in yours, you can trust that they’ll be treated like one of the family — with a warm, secure environment and lots of tail wags guaranteed. Your dog will be welcomed into a calm, dog-friendly environment where they’re treated like one of the family. My home is clean, secure, and thoughtfully pet-proofed — with no access to hazards, and always supervised playtime. I stick to familiar routines and ensure each dog gets plenty of exercise, rest, and positive attention. I only take in a small number of dogs to ensure each one gets the love and care they deserve, alongside gentle socialisation with my Cockapoo (if appropriate). I can easily crate your dog if required.
“Grabriela was amazing, so friendly and reassuring, was the first time I’ve used Rover for my Dog, and even though I was nervous about leaving him, I had lots of reassuring messages and photos during his stay, he is one tired dog now! Would highly recommend and would send Milo here again, Thankyou 🥰”

“My labradoodle loved her stay with Karolina and her family. Karolina is so kind and responsive. She sent pictures daily and it was clear my pup was having a great time and was well looked after. I can’t say enough good things and Karolina. I will definitely be using her in the future! ?”

“Chloe looked after Sky for a couple of days and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly attentive to Sky’s needs and made sure she felt comfortable and settled from the start. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos. Sky looked so happy and relaxed the entire time. Sky is a sensitive soul, and it’s clear Chloe has a natural way with dogs. We were genuinely 110% happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing service with Rachael. Got a message everyday with an update and photos on our cats and how they were doing. Happily recommend to anyone needing a cat sitter ⭐”

“Very friendly, understanding and capable - we have older cats who are set in their ways and need particular attention. We had not tried a cat sitter drop in service before. We were slightly apprehensive about doing this for the first time until we met Charlotte at our ‘greet’ session when she quickly put us at ease. We had daily updates and feel she went beyond what we were expecting in caring for our cats We have absolutely no reservations about recommending Charlotte to anyone needing drop in sessions.”

“A True Cat Whisperer! Ella’s a star! She wins over shy Miley for fuss, treats & the cutest photos, and keeps Percy posing & playing and happy with a treat too. Both cats adore her... and so do we! Thank you Ella xx”

About: due to always being surrounded by cats I have experience with ages from kitten to elderly. I have experience with both indoor and outdoor cats aswell as providing medication for them

“We approached Lynda to see if she had availability to look after our cat, Chester, so that we could book a much-needed last-minute holiday. Despite the short notice, Lynda was incredibly accommodating and quickly arranged to visit us, meet Chester, collect the key, and familiarise herself with his routine. From start to finish, the service was flawless. Lynda kept in touch before, during, and after our holiday, providing regular updates and, at our request, daily photos of Chester. As Chester is our 13-year-old son’s beloved cat, this gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Lynda visited twice a day, as requested, and took excellent care of him. She ensured he was fed and watered, spent time playing with him, changed his litter tray, and even took care of small details such as switching the lights on and off. It is clear that Lynda genuinely loves cats. Chester warmed to her immediately and remained happy, relaxed, and settled throughout our holiday. Thank you, Lynda, for taking such wonderful care of Chester. We wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again in the future and highly recommend you to others.”

“Michelle was lovely. She came for a meet and greet and we had a lovely chat. She asked what she needed to know to look after my girl. My cat is not a sociable girl and Michelle understood that so was happy to leave my cat in Michelle's care. Michelle sent me updates when she stopped by which was reassuring. Will be booking with Michelle again.”

About: I have been babysitting cats for years since I was at school I remember revising for my GSCEs while house sitting Harry he was my first cat and he was so good the whole week I took care of him. I have had so many babysitting jobs with cats since a lot of my friends have cats and family memebers have cats too, they are such a pleasure to take care of, I look forward to having a play with them or just relaxing and making them feel comfortable around me.

About: Here’s what I can offer: 🐾Home visits & house sitting 🐾Dog walking & playtime 🐾Feeding & fresh water 🐾Medication administration (oral & injectable) 🐾Regular photo and message updates 🐾Loads of cuddles Your pet’s happiness and well-being are always my top priority! As a final-year Veterinary Nursing student, I do a lot of my university work from home, so I really enjoy the company of pets throughout the day. I only attend classes two days a week and have large gaps in my schedule, which gives me plenty of time to provide care and attention. During holidays and study breaks, I’m even more flexible, making pet care a natural and fulfilling part of my routine. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort by tailoring each visit to the pet’s usual routine and personality. I offer house sitting in the pet owner’s home, which helps reduce stress and anxiety, especially for more nervous pets. I also provide free pop-in visits before the booking to help anxious dogs feel more at ease. With my veterinary training, I confidently manage pets with medical needs, including oral and injectable medications. I always maintain a clean, secure environment and provide regular updates so owners feel reassured while away.
“Sue looked after my very old cat brilliantly. The house was lovely and tidy when I got back, as my cat flits her litter everywhere. Communication was very good throughout and I would definitely use Sue again to care for my cat.”

About: I have loved cats since I was a child. I grew up with my own cat and spent a lot of time playing with my grandmother's many pets. I am very comfortable around them and will make sure your cat gets plenty of attention and care 🫶😽
About: Previously I held a canine first aid qualification, in which I was the youngest on the course to complete it. Using the money earned from rover and my other little jobs on the side of university, I will advance my qualification and hopefully expand broader than just canine and go to feline, small animal etc! I am a final year university student so my contact hours are low, and I also have a car to commute to jobs. I work at IKEA part time so I’m pretty flexible and can see clients regularly Caring for pets in an owners home means not only respecting the pet’s personal space but the space of the owner too. I have plenty of knowledge in the area of canine body language and I understand the difference between a submission and a pup asking for a belly rub - important to keep me and the pup safe and happy. Respecting the owners space is vital, growing up with someone who has OCD means that I understand deeply how to respect when people don’t want certain things left in certain areas, and I know to respect which areas I’m welcome to and those I am not.

Susan sent us regular videos and updates… which helped us to feel so assured when we were away. Or cat Maeve was relaxed and calm on our return- clearly, she was really well cared for by Susan. “Winnie had a great time with Ione and her family. Ione is attentive and experienced and knew exactly how to take care of an excitable pup like Winnie. I got regular updates and plenty of pics and vids. The children and Buddy were also very sweet and loving towards Winnie, and I’m glad she had a big brother for the day. We would gladly have Ione sit Winnie again in the future and definitely recommend her as a sitter!”

“I was very nervous about leaving Tucker with anyone, as he is a very anxious dog around both people and other dogs. From the very beginning, Chloe’s communication was fantastic. She was happy to meet beforehand and do a meet-and-greet so Tucker could be introduced in a calm, relaxed way, which immediately put me at ease. The way Chloe interacted with Tucker made me feel comfortable straight away. When we dropped him off yesterday, her communication continued to be excellent. She kept me updated on how he was settling in and sent regular updates throughout the day, including lots of photos, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using Chloe again. In fact, I’ve already booked her for next month and plan to continue doing so to help Tucker build familiarity and confidence. We’ll then be introducing overnight stays, which will make such a difference for us as a family, knowing we finally have a reliable and caring person to look after him when needed.”

“Sabina was amazing, she was super accommodating with my puppy and the communication was fantastic, despite the fact it was super last minute, can't recommend her enough. I got regular photos and updates which was really nice given it's the first time we have been apart. I would take my pup back anytime”

“Superb! It was Lottie's first stay with Brian, she had a wonderful time. From my initial enquiry to pick up Brian communicated promptly, answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. During the day he sent photos and gave updates on their adventures. He listened and took time to get to know Lottie and her individual needs. I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely book again.”

“In today's busy world we all need people like Sue there to help us out when needed. She looked after Cassie for me when I really needed someone. Both myself and Cassie were very happy with the service she provided and would recommend her to look after your pup.”

About: Hi, I'm Emma! I'm a fully licensed and insured pet carer with a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care & Management, as well as Pet First Aid certification. Caring for animals has always been my passion. I grew up on my family's farm, where I helped hand-rear lambs, calves, and foals. From there, I went on to work with horses, greyhounds, and hunting hounds, giving me experience with animals of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I started my pet care business because I struggled to find someone I truly trusted to look after my beloved pug, Teddy. That experience inspired me to create the kind of service I was looking for myself—a safe, loving, home-from-home environment where every pet is treated like one of the family. Whether your dog loves long walks, cuddles on the sofa, or simply having company throughout the day, I'll make sure they receive the care, attention, and affection they deserve. My priority is ensuring both you and your pet feel completely comfortable and confident while you're apart. Pet care at In The Doghouse is around the clock! Our bed is your bed, your pets needs is my priority, they're not just your family they're mine too. I have a fully secure good sized garden with plenty of toys. Double locked gate, with CCTV. Dog cam is also used inside the home.

“For a first time ever at daycare I'm really pleased. Obi is a nervous little guy sometimes and Dilma and co. really helped Obi feel comfortable. He even had a little nap which I was surprised at. I didn't know if he was going to be able to settle in a strange environment. Will definitely be coming back for another play day x”

About: Dog lady, love dogs! Owner and carer of dogs for 20yrs. Recently studying dog behaviour course and have clients for both dog walking and behaviour therapy. Kisses and cuddles a plenty!! I’m a (young) retired teacher. Retrained as a dog behaviourist. I have two primary age children and need to be around for school pickup and drop off but I’m flexible with the rest of my time. I’m available Monday to Friday I have a fenced garden and two crazy fun pupsters to play with your fur baby if they enjoy play. Or an 11 yr old guy who likes to snooze if that’s what your little one prefers. Alternatively, for dog walking I have a dog mobile that I can pick up and safely collect and return your furry family member. I never walk more than three dogs at a time and by arrangement can walk separately if needed. I’m calm and patient and love my time with four legged friends so, their health and safety is paramount to me at all times 😍

About: I've taken care of dogs for my entire life. From alsatians to chihuahuas I've looked after them all and know that no two dogs are the same but all dogs deserve love and attention. I'm currently working part time and from home so I have plenty of time for cuddles and snuggles. Having your companion will be my excuse to move between online meetings meaning we are looking after each other. I have a fenced garden and live on a very quiet estate with country walks and fields less than 5 minutes away. We have an open plan living room so even in the house there is room to wander.
“Hayley was lovely, kept in touch with us with photos and texts throughout the day and made Gigi feel at home. Their pre-boarding forms were very reassuring so they knew lots of information before her stay and I felt they were very professional. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely book again!”

About: I have five years of personal experience caring for my own dog. He is now 9 years old and lives with my mum in Ukraine, but he was part of my everyday life for five years. Caring for him taught me a lot about a dog’s daily routine, walks, feeding, playtime and the importance of patience and attention. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always try to make them feel safe, comfortable and happy. Although I’m new to Rover, caring for my own dog has given me genuine hands-on experience with dogs. I would treat every dog in my care with the same patience, kindness and attention that I gave my own. I have a flexible schedule and am available for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I can usually accommodate morning, afternoon and early evening bookings. I’m happy to discuss specific days and times with each owner and will always make sure I can give each pet the time and attention they need. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully and take the time to understand their dog’s routine, personality and individual needs. During walks, I keep dogs secure and pay close attention to their surroundings and behaviour. I always use the equipment provided by the owner and follow their instructions regarding leads, treats and other routines. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets have everything they need, including fresh water, food if requested, and plenty of attention and playtime. I treat every pet with patience, kindness and respect, and I will always contact the owner if I have any concerns or notice anything unusual.
“Toby loved his first stay and can’t wait to have more, two walks, cuddles and treats. Jordan and her parents are brilliant and Toby was so well looked after. Pictures and updates were fab x”

“My dog was extremely happy and anxiety to have some play buddies for a couple of hours! He was well looked after and I’m extremely grateful especially when it was such short notice! Thankyou so much! Highly recommend”

I am currently unemployed so I am home a lot of the time, my husband works nights so he is also home in the day but i will be the sole sitter for your dog. Walks in the woods I have a safe enclosed garden front and back Smoke free home Available to look after your pet in your home or time a home from home
About: I had 2 beautiful staffies that have now passed on due to old age and I know how hard it is to find good people to look after your pet last minute or even for holidays or days out, I miss having dogs but like to travel so can no longer be a permanent dog owner, but I'm happy to share the love and look after your furry friends In your time of need. I have experience looking after cats and dogs in my adult life and had various other pets as a child (all had fur or feathers) I do not allow animals on my furniture or on/in my bed, these are my non negotiables as I like the spaces I use to relax to be free of dog hair and dirt. This doesn't change the fact that your pet will be loved and fussed (if that's what they like) I prefer dogs to have a crate as my 2 loved theirs and it helps keep boundaries in the home, however, I am flexible with each pets individual care needs, I can sleep downstairs or have your pet sleep in their bed in my bedroom if needed for anxious pets or those used to sleeping in bed with their owners. I would prefer a visit/meet before any official booking to ensure I am the right fit for your pet and vise versa, but I appreciate this won't always be possible, communication is key, as I want to offer the best care possible for your pet. I have experience in crate training, muzzle training and puppy/toilet training. I have also have experience with teaching dogs of all ages new tricks, commands and stimulating their minds so they are more receptive to learning. I have been looking after other people's dogs before for years including family members, friends and a few friends of friends. Ive had dogs stay with me for weeks at a time too. Whatever your needs are give me a shout, I used this service myself for my boy years ago and was very anxious to leave him with a stranger so please ask any questions you may have, I'm an open book. I work from home on certain days of the week, this can change as sometimes I may need to visit clients but this is rare and usually pre planned. Pets will be walked first thing in the morning before work and then again after work, or whatever is required for each individual. It's important and animal is stimulated and gets exercise if they are able. I have a small grass back garden that is fenced off for fresh air and toilet needs, there is a park 2 minutes form my house for walks etc. I don't currently have any pets at home
About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I live with my husband Matthew. I have been looking after people's pets since I was a child, and I've always loved animals. We are an animal loving family (the kind that throw their dogs birthday parties). I am very trustworthy and love having dogs around. We have a detached house and a secure garden with a large lawn for them to play on. A dog in our care will be treated as a family pet and have the run of the house and garden. The can sit on the sofas with us and come upstairs at night . My dogs mean the world to me, and I pride myself on giving all dogs the best possible care. We only take small to medium dogs due to having a little chihuahua who finds large dogs a bit overwhelming, so you don't have to worry about your dog being upset by larger breeds. We may consider a slightly larger dog if it is very calm and/or older. I work part time (2 days per week), and my husband does short days, so the pooches are never on their own very long. We like to take them on at least two good walks per day (45 to 60 minutes) in different locations, typically parks or forests. We make sure all dogs on our care are really happy, and I send regular photos and updates about your pooches because I know how nerve wracking it can be leaving them. We typically look after only one client's dog(s), so your pet(s) would get our full attention. I am happy to give any medication and I have done doggy first aid. Please let us know your dog's routine and likes/dislikes and we will do our very best to accommodate them. We're happy to answer any questions you might have, and we are looking forward to meeting you and your dog! I work part time (2 days), and my husband works from home sometimes and does short days, so our dogs (and yours) will seldom be left alone, and never for very long. We walk them 2 to 3 times a day in a range of locations to keep it fun! We have a detached 4 bedroom house with a large, secure rear garden laid to lawn. Your dogs will have the free run of the whole house. We always keep your dogs on leads for walks, and we will make sure they only eat the food you provide.
About: Hi! I’m Jade, a huge animal lover who has grown up around dogs and horses my whole life. I offer fun, safe walks and loving home-from-home stays. Dogs in my care get plenty of exercise, attention and cuddles, and I always treat them like part of the family. I’m confident with dogs of all sizes, especially larger breeds, and I’m used to strong, energetic dogs who love a good adventure. At home your dog will be welcomed into a calm, loving environment with my friendly dog Reggie. I also have a young 5 year old son who has grown up around animals and is very gentle with them. Whether it’s a walk, daycare or a sleepover, my goal is always the same — a happy, safe and tired pup by the end of the day! My day starts early with breakfast around 8am before the school run. I do the school drop-off at 8:30am and I’m back home by 9am ready for morning walks and pet care. Late mornings are usually spent out walking, playing and giving dogs plenty of exercise and attention. Lunch is around 12pm followed by more walks or outdoor time, depending on the dog’s needs. My partner works from home, so there is almost always someone in the house during the day which means dogs are rarely left alone. In the afternoon and early evening we head out for more walks before dinner around 5:30pm. Evenings are relaxed with cuddles, settling down and a final toilet break or short walk before bedtime around 10pm. Your dog will be treated like part of the family and included in our daily routine Your dog’s safety, happiness and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes and personalities and always take the time to understand each dog’s routine, behaviour and needs. Walks are carried out safely using secure leads and suitable walking routes, with plenty of exercise, attention and fresh water. At home, dogs have space to relax and settle wherever they feel comfortable. My partner works from home, so there is almost always someone in the house, meaning dogs are rarely left alone. I also have a friendly dog at home who is used to being around other dogs. In addition, I have a young child who has grown up around animals and is very gentle with them, so I do ask that any dogs staying with us are friendly and comfortable around children. I’m always happy to arrange a meet and greet before a booking so both you and your dog can feel completely comfortable and confident they’re in safe hands.

About: I’ve spent my life in a home where there was always a dog or cat around, and I honestly can’t imagine it any other way. For me, pet care is just about making sure your animals feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’ve had two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, but I am more than happy to walk and care for any breed of dog, big or small. I also have plenty of experience with moggies and am equally open to looking after cats of all kinds. I’ve learned over the years that every animal is different, and I’m happy to follow their lead-whether they want to be active and play or just be left to nap in peace. I’m a local here in Mansfield and mostly just want to provide the kind of reliable care I’d want for my own pets. I’ll make sure they stay in their routine, keep everything clean, and send you a quick photo so you know they’re doing fine. Since I work a hybrid schedule, I have a lot of flexibility during the week. I can easily pop in for morning or evening drop-in visits to make sure your cats or dogs are fed and settled according to their usual routine. On the weekends, I’m available for dog walks at any time that suits you. I’m happy to work around your pet’s specific schedule so their day stays as normal as possible while you’re away. I know it’s a big deal to trust someone with your home and your pets, so I make safety my top priority. When I’m dropping in, I’m careful about more than just the pet; I always double-check that doors are locked, alarms are set, and windows are secure before I leave. I grew up in a household where the pets were part of the family, so I’m naturally mindful of things like keeping 'human food' out of reach and making sure gates are properly latched. I’ll always treat your home with total respect, keep everything tidy, and stick strictly to the security routines you have in place so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.
About: I have had dogs and other pets in the family for 11 years now. Currently have 2 dogs of my own who are both now 2 and had them since they were 8 weeks old. I am about to go on maternity leave so will have plenty of time to walk your dogs! ☺️ I am happy to travel within reason. I have a spacious fenced off garden so plenty of room for your dogs to run should they need to come here and 2 friendly dogs of my own!
About: I had a company of little fluffy friends since I was a child. I love taking care of them and seeing their cuddly happy faces in return Im currently unemployed and have plenty of time during days. I would like to fill them with something and if I can help someone at the same time its a win win for me. Our dog loves a nice company he can run around with in the garden. I like going on the long walks and to keep up with routine so if you're animals has any please let me know. Im able to give any medications if needed.

“Ben is lovely, very accomodating and communicative and sends lots of lovely pictures and videos. Alfie obviously has a wonderful time on his walks and has everything he needs during his walks.”

“Paul was excellent - met him on the Sunday which was the day before we needed a dog walker and he came over to our house chatted and met Winnie to make sure she was happy. Had 2 walks with him last week and he confirmed both times how good she was and how well behaved she was which was a relief! Will definitely be using Paul again! Thank you for looking after her!”

About: I have babysat dogs since I was 13 it is my dream job and I hope to make a business one day, I love animals and It makes me so happy and gives me joy in the life doing something I love with the best and most loving animals. I do love my walks too I go very far in some beautiful places and atmospheres I love to give dogs the lovely experience on or off the lead. I also am a freelance photographer on the side of babysitting animals and serving pints, so if you ever want any photos, free of charge let me know and I will take some beautiful photos of your pets, if not that is totally fine, just an extra free service on the side for my portfolio and you can get some free lovely photos of your pets. Babysitting cats does fit really well into my schedule since I do work at a pub too but I do babysitting on the side so I don’t do as many shifts anymore. If you have a cat that is independent that doesn’t like interacting that is lovely and if you have one that loves cuddles and some love that is also perfect so either way I will always make time for them even if I’m at work. I care for pets in anyway the owner wants me to, I follow the rules and requirements any owner has, some cats like to be left alone and not interact and if I that’s the case I will give them the space they need but also try and make them comfortable around me. If a cat wants a lot of attention I will reciprocate that back to them and give them as much love as I can, I will spend time with them and make sure they get fed and they are taken care of as many times as the owner requires me to do.
“Tom met Barley for the first time today. We were a little anxious as Barley is an energetic, young cockapoo who has never been walked by anyone other than ourselves. Tom arrived early. Discussed Barley’s needs and then took him on an amazing walk. Tom was professional, polite and showed a natural rapport with dogs. Barley returned happy and tired. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom and hope in the near future to book boarding with him. Many thanks Tom.”

About: I've lived with dogs for the majority of my lifetime. I grey up with a collie and a whippet cross, and my wild rabbit Rosie. As soon as I settled down and got a house and got married, we've had dogs, rabbits, hamsters, rats and even ran a guinea pig rescue for 5 years. I currently have 4 rescue dogs, an ex racing greyhound, 2 Romanian Street dogs and a staffycross. I am used to administering medication, and owning both nervous and reactive dogs. I have had my fair share of different dog sitters, I've found brilliant ones who stopped doing the job or I moved from the area and was out their area covered. I've had some poor ones who didn't listen to us, those who lied or left my dogs alone for hours and hours. You can rest assured whatever I say I will do, I will. I will listen to you and I won't make any guesses. Generally I will only offer a maximum of 3 nights to a sit, however, if you need more than this, always feel free to message me and discuss. I work from home and can work anywhere with WiFi, so I will be home during the day and at night, unless I need to pop home to see to my own dogs, I would aways make you aware of this before you book with me. I currently work full time Monday to Friday. I can work anywhere there is wi fi and a quiet space to sit and work from. I am looking to offer pet sitting from your home. I cannot currently commit to more than 3 night stays, but I am always open to requests and if I am free and able, I will help with slightly longer stays. I am happy to listen to you and do what you need. I can offer pet sitting from my home, but this could only be for small animals.

I offer a trusted, home-from-home environment where every dog is welcomed as part of the family. I live in a spacious, dog-friendly home with my gentle Labrador, Molly. Visiting dogs enjoy individual attention, plenty of affection, and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere tailored to their personality and routine. Whether your dog prefers long woodland adventures, fun social play, or a quiet day indoors, I customise each stay and walk to their needs. I regularly explore Bestwood Country Park, Mill lakes, Blidworth woods and other nearby woodland trails, perfect for dogs who love fresh air and adventure. From daily walks to comfortable overnight stays, your dog’s safety, happiness, and routine always come first. Routines are tailored to every individual dog's need. We are a calm, pet-loving household with additional DBS-checked adults at home, which means visiting dogs always have someone nearby to help them feel secure and settled. Mornings begin with a full one-hour woodland walk through Blidworth or Samson Woods, where dogs can stretch their legs, enjoy off-lead time (where safe), and take in the sights and scents of nature. (Or longer if required. Shorter walks are also offered for those who prefer). In the afternoons, we head to Bestwood Country Park and Mill Lakes for another hour-long walk, ensuring plenty of variety and stimulation throughout the day. (Again, able to adapt to each dog's needs as we want to match your routine as closely as possible). Back at home, dogs enjoy supervised garden playtime in our secure, spacious garden, with areas for games, rest, and relaxation. As well as offering shorter walks for dogs who prefer a gentler pace, I am able to give individual walks for those who are more comfortable without canine company. Being a dog trainer too, I can help with lead training and canine eticacy when out on walks as part of the service (no extra fee). I’m very adaptable and always happy to tailor feeding and exercise routines around each dog’s individual needs, keeping their day as close to their home routine as possible. Our family home provides a calm, welcoming environment with plenty of space for dogs to settle comfortably — whether that’s relaxing after a long walk or curling up for a nap.

“Jordan is amazing! I couldn't find a better person to take care of Ringo! Jordan is very professional, she knows how to take care of big dogs. She also offered Ringo, while I was abroad, a home! Ringo loved Jordan and he also had the company of her own dog, Fudge. Fudge and Ringo became best friends and both enjoyed playing and habving long walks in the park. Usually Ringo suffers alot when I am going abroad, but this time, with Jordan, he settled very quick. I cannot thank enough to Jordan and her mom! Definitely, I'll ask again for Jordan's services in the near future!”

Rachel and her partner provide such great care for dogs in their care, they treat Patch like their own and they even took him for his swimming lesson. Rachel is such an enthusiastic person about dogs and couldn’t ask for a better service.”
