She took time to understand my Maggie, who can be a little nervous, and made sure she was at ease and comfortable. Ania sent me lots of updates and photos of Maggie, on some fantastic walks and also relaxing in her family home with lots of cuddles. I am so pleased that Maggie had a great stay with Ania and her family and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again 😊”

“This was the first time Malky had stayed with Karolina and Daisy. Its always a bit of concern as to how your furry friend will get on without you. But I had no reason to be concerned at all. From the pre-stay meet up to the full stay Malky had a lovely time. Karolina gave regular updates followed all our instructions and was amazingly kind. Would book again without hesitation.”

“Our dog is sweet and well trained, but has reactivity and needs someone observant and considerate to her needs. Mat took the time to listen to all our fussy instructions. He was calm and gentle with her, and the whole family obviously welcome and enjoy having a pet to stay. I felt confident they would 'listen' to her and do their best to help her be relaxed. Sylvia followed the instructions about his diet I think from her comments that they really bonded over the spell that he was there. I would definitely leave him with her again and I plan to do so.”

He sent me photographs to show me what Silk was up to and how content he was, let Silk out in his garden as I had told him that Silk really loved going out, made him feel at home and generally looked after him really well. When Silk came back, he was calm, settled and content. Barnaby was also flexible with the pick up and drop off times, to accommodate my journey away from home.
