He sent regular updates and the meet and greet beforehand was really beneficial and made us feel really comfortable that she would be well cared for. I thought this was a brilliant idea as not only does it make Abby get to know your dog but also gives you the reassurance to know that your dog will be happy.. Abby has been brilliant and our dog loved his stay, the house is situated in a lovely location with a good size garden for any size dog to be able to run around in. She has been attentive and thoughtful throughout and I am definitely booking Abby to have Duke for the time while we are away over New Year, having the confidence and reassurance that he’ll be well looked after. I would highly recommend Abby to anyone and will certainly be telling my friends how lovely she is.”
