Our first stop when booking a vacation! She’s fantastic with our Roxie.

Lulu was the best! Our Labradoodle, Emi, is shy and somewhat anxious around others but with Lulu she warmed up quickly and we could tell she had a great time and was well taken care of. Lulu put us at ease from the moment we arrived and shared regular updates and a great personalized video that showed her attentiveness and dedication to her boarding guests. Next trip to LV, Lulu will be our Rover 'go-to'...we're so happy we found her and she was available. Thank you, again, Lulu!

This is the first time we leave our frenchies with someone outside of our home. With that said, we were a bit anxious. Lulu set our minds at ease, she’s amazing. Great communication, she would send us daily videos of our fur babies to keep us informed. She’s definitely a dog lover and you can tell she really enjoys it. We would leave our dogs in her care again. Thank you Lulu ❤️

It was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous but my dogs had a great time with Lulu! I loved getting a collage video each day to see how they were doing and I feel like they were really well taken care of.

Lulu takes such good care of Zoey. Zoey loves exploring her yard and playing ball. We will be using her services again soon.

I wanted to get on here to say that our Zoey had a really good time with Lulu for her first time in Vegas. We received video of her playing ball and hanging out in her dog park back yard. She was well taken care of and planned to book with her again soon.

Lulu took great care of Loki over the new years and made a very cute video as well, much appreciated!

Unfortunately, I was not thrilled with my overall experience. I came to Lulu‘s for a meet and greet about a week before my pets sitting. I explained to her that my fur baby had just been diagnosed with cancer and would be needing a lot of attention, medication administration, etc. I hadn’t left town in over five years because I was concerned about her being a senior, and now with her being sick & her quality of care. I voiced my concerns to Lulu and her “business partner “. I dropped off my baby the night before my departure. She updated me with videos, and during the first couple days I requested a video call. I was concerned my senior dog would think I abandoned her. I just wanted to really make sure she was OK because she looked very sad in the video. I was met with a little resistance. Lulu was saying she doesn’t normally do that unless it’s an emergency and I was just thinking in my head & to my husband- you’re watching my most precious possession, there should be no issue with a quick video call. Lulu claims she worked from home so I really didn’t see the issue. That was red flag number one. I didn’t ask for another one because I didn’t want to make her upset even though it was well within my right to. Over the course of my vacation, I kept telling Lulu I see it’s warm in Vegas. Please take her jacket off and her shirt so she can be comfortable. I don’t think she ever did that because every video she sent me she was still wearing the same shirt. Red flag number two. Fast forward to pick up. My flight was an hour delayed and I let her know immediately. She said no problem just to text her when I was on her way so she could pack all of my dogs belongings. I texted her I was en route. Well it was late at night I admit maybe 10 PM and immediately I realized upon pick up she had things missing. Like large important things-I texted her where is her pillow (bed). After a few minutes, she brought it out. I was so tired & I drove home. The next morning I realize she was still had items missing. Two bowls were missing, a box to elevate her food and her food cloth. Lulu didn’t even notice that they were missing. I had to tell her. So I had to drive all the way back to retrieve some items. When I arrived, Lulu said that it was her business partner that had been texting me and she hadn’t kept up with the messages and my things were left on the ledge. She didnt know where the remaining items were. I think thats irresponsible. I’m paying $65/ night for 6 nights just to be treated like this. To this day, I still don’t have one of her bowls and her cloth. Then I realized the food that should have been mixed up together was completely left untouched, so it makes me wonder if she even was getting administered her medication. I hate to write bad reviews, but this is the truth and I wouldn’t recommend her services for dogs that need tentative care. I’m very disappointed at the lack of awareness around my fur babies items, unused food and the video call pushback. She only watches one dog at a time, so it just comes off as irresponsible and disrespectful. Everything I packed & everything I wrote in the instructions were necessary but obviously somethings were neglected. Now the good news is my baby is in one piece, unharmed, and uninjured as far as I know. That’s the most important part. I don’t think these are bad people at all, but I don’t think the service & attention to detail I paid for & agreed upon was the service I received.

Lulu is amazing! Her accommodations are like a doggy Airbnb. Gunny fell in love with her immediately and felt right at home. Amazing secured backyard for him to run and play under her direct supervision. I will definitely be hiring Lulu every time I come to Vegas. Thank you, Lulu!

Lulu was awesome with my Riley who has severe separation anxiety. I sent a long detailed instruction list with medications and things Riley needed to make her feel comfortable and Lulu made sure Riley was at home. The daily video logs were THE BEST! I could tell by the videos that Riley was comfortable and happy. Next time we’re in Las Vegas, we hope Lulu is available to keep Riley again. I highly recommend her.

Lulu was amazing with our dogs! We appreciated and loved the daily videos she sent us of our dogs during their stay. It gave me a peace of mind to see that our dogs were having the time of their lives during their stay.
