Austen has been amazing with Mylo. Right from the start it was about making Mylo feel comfortable and offered a meet and greet to ensure it was the right fit. With Mylo being a nervous dog we was unsure but he has clicked with Austen and met all of Mylos needs - thank you so much! Already booked our next visit ☺️

This was Alfie’s first time staying with someone who wasn’t family. Throughout Austen sent regular photos and updates. Alfie is usually anxious with new people, but took to Austen straight away. So much so, he wanted to go back to his house when we collected him! Would definitely recommend and book Austen again. Thank you again for taking care of Alfie.

Austen looked after Ollie for a week and was great throughout. He took regular pictures to ensure we received regular updates and was very flexible with the collection and drop off times. Austen is able to take the dog for regular walks and took great care of him

Austen is so calm and takes everything in his stride. This is great for nervous dogs like ours. When we asked him not to walk Ruby because this increases her stress, he played with her in the garden instead. We picked up a happy dog who had a lovely day. Thank you.

Austen did a great job looking after our anxious older dog, Ruby. He was very open to what she needed and she settled well in a short time, despite initial nerves. My Sprocker Spaniel Max had a lovely time with Austen. It was the first time I had left Max with a sitter, but Austen sent me pictures every day so I could see that Max was safe and happy. I would def leave Max with him again.

Oscar had a wonderful stay with Austen! He was available for us to meet him with Oscar before his stay and Oscar seemed comfortable around Austen and his home. Austen sent us lots of pictures throughout his 2 day stay of their walks together and of Oscar cuddled up on the sofa ? would definitely recommend.

Austen looked after our dogs very well. He sent me regular photos of them in which they both looked very much at home with him. Considering neither dog had every been left with a sitter before their experience was a happy one.

We were nervous about leaving May and Ronnie as they are both rescue dogs Ronnie in particular has a bad history and needs lots of special need. Austen was happy to meet the dogs the week before we left and was very laid back. The dogs were instantly relaxed. During their short stay Austen sent updates and photos . Both dogs appeared happy and safe during their stay and we we’re grateful. Highly recommend

Austen managed to fit us in on a very short notice for a very long day. He replied to all our messages pretty much instantly and was friendly and professional throughout. He’s taken our pup out to a nice walk in the park and sent pictures throughout the day so that we were always up to date. Most importantly our dog came back relaxed and happy so I can know for a fact that he was treated well all day long. Would 100% recommend!
