Overall, I felt like Armond was in excellent, loving hands with Lauren, and I’ll definitely be scheduling her for future trips!”

I was worried about them with dogs as they’ve never been exposed but her experience and professionalism got them acclimated so well! She was thorough and sent tons of videos and pictures which clearly showed how comfortable they truly were. They were completely themselves as if they were at home! She was very flexible with our schedule which so happened to be all over the place which required several stay extensions and easily worked with and accommodated us.
