Our dog, Honey, is normally afraid of strangers but was quite comfortable with Tess immediately. Tess was very knowledgeable about behavioral issues and trauma. She put us at ease right away. We fully expected to have to cut the night short and pick our girl up early, but we were able to fully enjoy and celebrate the night away!
