He opened up to Amber, and her family was patient as he took more time to become comfy around them. She took him on nice walks and followed the scheduled to a tee. “Erika was great. Very quick at texting back. I never got a bad vibe from her during the whole process. Balou had a bit of a soft stool problem when I dropped him off and we worked together to get him back to normal, she carried him down the stairs when he wouldn't go himself (arthritis). I even had a flight delay and she was willing to keep him for extra time and go get him more food if needed. Definitely recommend!!! I will be using her for future trips.”

“Mary was absolutely amazing with Layla! She communicated consistently and thoughtfully, sending pictures at least twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Layla usually goes on a bit of a hunger strike when I leave, but she was so comfortable with Mary that she ate every single meal. That alone says everything! Layla looked genuinely happy in every photo and was clearly very well cared for. Mary also shared how much she loved spending time with Layla, and it truly sounds like they both had a great time together.
