“Ann-Marie was awesome! She set up a meet and greet couple days before and it was nice to see where Brody would be staying. He loved it from the first moment. We got to see lots of pictures of him throughout his stay. Definitely recommend and will definitely be regulars.”

She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her.
