Om: I’m a 32‑year‑old engineer living and working full‑time at Lund University, and I’ve been surrounded by animals for most of my life. From the age of 10 to 20, I cared for my family’s Yorkshire Terrier and handled almost all daily responsibilities myself, which made me very comfortable and confident with dogs of all temperaments. I also have experience pet sitting for others: – I looked after my former supervisor’s cat for two weeks – I’ve cared for a friend’s chinchilla – I regularly help with a friend’s Standard Poodle, both for full‑day daycare and overnight sitting I genuinely enjoy long walks, so for dog‑walking sessions I always make sure to spend at least 30 minutes in a nearby park, giving your dog plenty of exercise and stimulation. I’m comfortable with medium to large dogs, including breeds around the size of a Standard Poodle. I’m usually available on weekends, and during the Christmas period (11 December 2026 – 3 January 2027) I will be staying in Lund and can offer flexible availability for walking, daycare, or sitting. Om: Hey! I've taken care of cats of my friendss when they’re away but not experienced as much. Time with dogs will be much less than cats for me, I am a starter with dog walking. This semester I have been take care of a little kitten for 1 month and sent her away. Im genuinely love spending time with cats!!! A fun fact is in Chinese, cat sounds like meow, so I could say I will bring some meow-meow energised vibe whenever I get close to cats🥹 And dogs, we could be a walking pal! I'm a full time student, and I'm usually not available on Monday, but available in the afternoon and evening on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Sometime changes a little bit because of my schedule. Weekends are always work for me. I will greet pets at the first moment of meeting, but if I don't get a response from them, I will quietly do my own thing eg. feeding food, instead of actively test their boundaries. Wait until they are willing to pop their heads out again or wait a few minutes, then I think I will started interacting with patience and energy.

I grew up with dogs and also worked as a dog walker while I was studying, so I have experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels and routines. Today, I share my life with Birk, my four-year-old rescue dog (Pitbull-mix) and Myrna, my senior cat. Through Birk, I have experience with large and strong dogs, reactivity towards dogs and people and the importance of calm, predictable handling. I have also used Rover as a pet owner myself, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your animal in someone else’s care. I take instructions seriously, communicate clearly and am happy to send photos and a short update after every walk or visit. I adapt each walk and visit to the individual needs. That could mean a calm sniffing walk, a more active walk, or incorporating familiar cues and exercises. I use patient, reward-based handling and would never force interactions with unfamiliar dogs or people. I am comfortable with larger dogs and dogs that may be insecure or reactive, provided that we discuss their behaviour beforehand and have a meet-and-greet to make sure I can handle them safely. Your pet’s safety, comfort and well-being will always come first! 🐶🐱 Availability depends on my weekly schedule. I work full time, but am currently on vacation. On weekends I am generally available. Visits during the week depend on my availability marked in the calendar:) I am generally available for dog walks and home visits. If needed over-night or weekend care can also be discussed. Om: Hej hej! Jag heter Susana och jag är 32 år gammal. Jag älskar alla djur :) I’ve loved, cared and studied animals all my life. I came from Barcelona (Spain) to Ireland in 2012 to study a Zoology degree in University College Cork and last year I moved to Sweden to complete my Masters in Ethology and Animal Biology in Linköping, and later moved down to Lund to complete my doctoral studies. Needless to say, I instantly fell in love with this country: so much nature around you! While studying and working, I’ve shared my life with my German Shepherd doggy, a good bunch of pet rats, budgies and a few goldfish (all of which I would also love to take care of if you need to, including reptiles/cats!). I’ve gained some valuable experience tracking sea turtles in Greece and minding rehabilitated chimpanzees in Fundacio MONA, Spain. I also took care of a good few dogs while I was living in Ireland using the Pawshake app and I can't wait to go back to it with this new app here in Sweden. I am currently in search of a postdoctoral position, but I’ve spare time in which I’d love to get to know your pet’s personality. I am happy to take care of all types of pets and can adapt to your schedule and routines with your pet. I’m currently living in Sweden after graduating from Lund University, and I’m staying here for one more year while looking for a job. Being unemployed and live near the stadsparken makes me really miss the furry companions, so available most of the time! Now days I have two cats, and one of them takes daily medication, so I’m also experienced with administering medicine and providing special care when needed. I’m currently studing swedish at SFI so sometimes I have classes in the afternoon, but my class schedule varies. I care for pets with the same love, attention, and responsibility I’d give my own. l make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared for. This includes feeding them on schedule, keeping their space clean, giving them plenty of playtime and affection, and following any specific instructions provided by the owner. I also monitor their behavior and health closely and make sure they get any needed exercise, medication, or special care. My goal is always to keep pets happy, healthy, and stress-free while their humans are away.
Om: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life. So far I had guinea pigs, ferret, cats and dogs, and I am still looking for a lizard :) I use to adapt quickly to the needs and preferences of the animal and make it feel safe. I am currently studying from home and I have very flexible schedule with plenty of time for walking out and playing around. I use to wake up early and I enjoy morning walks even more than the dogs :) I have a of of space in my home, as well as huge balcony, so even big dogs would feel comfortable here. I enjoy long walks and playing outside, so if the weather allows it, we will spend most of the time out. Next to my apartment there is a big park with dog area, that is perfect for walks.

I am mostly at home, allowing me to provide constant companionship. I have rich experience taking care of large dogs like German Shepherds, so I love keeping pets active. There are two amazing dog parks right near my place where I take dogs for long walks and runs. I am perfectly comfortable if a dog needs constant attention, but I am also fine if they can be left alone for short or longer periods when I step out for groceries or workouts. Safety is my top priority. I live in a cozy 26m² studio apartment entirely by myself, meaning your pet will have my 100% undivided attention with zero roommate interference or stress.
