“Veronica and Ronnie help my cats when they needed it, thank you guys, the Kitties are here right now sleeping and are doing just fine. Best Wishes Mike”
2. Lori & Michael F.
“Lori and Michael are FANTASTIC. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Our Otis is a special case, and they could not have done a better job keeping him comfortable and happy! When we leave him at a kennel, he is usually too drained and nervous to be happy to see us—not this time! We showed up to pick him up and he was jumping for joy. He had so much energy and was so excited! He even walked up to them for head scratches, which he is very picky about receiving from outsiders. They sent loads of photos that really brightened our days while we were away from him. I would recommend them fully to anyone in the area, but just know you’ll have to fight me for a spot!”
3. Gigi C.
“Gigi and her husband were so great! Rambo had a blast with their two dogs. Thank you for taking good care of our little man while we were away!”
4. Fritz K.
“Fritz did an excellent job taking care of my dog, and was even able to help me out when my travel plans went awry. I felt so happy that my dog was in good hands”
5. Marie A.
“Max had a great time with Marie! She sent lots of updates and pictures of Max having fun at her place. We felt good leaving Max in such capable hands. Would definitely board Max with Marie in the future”
6. Catherine F.
“they are the best ever!! My dog was treated as their family with so much love, playing and cuddling. My dog is very reactive to other dogs, but had great time playing in their fensed backyard was just perfect for us. Catherine sent me many cute pictures and made me very happy for my dog. I felt so lucky that we could ask them for doggy sitting!!”
7. Amy A.
“Amy took great care of our girl Priya. We had to go out of town for an extended period and we never had to worry about her. Amy is a professional and took very good care of our dog. I would highly recommend using her for any boarding services!”
8. debra c.
“Debra was great with the dogs, had a good meet and greet and then good follow up questions regarding our dogs' routines. She communicated well while she was watching the dogs, and we picked them up happy and pretty clean!”
9. Hannah C.
“Hannah did a great job. Her new space is a good setup for dogs and she provided plenty of attention and cuddles. She also handled Kiva's newfound ability to take apart portable kennels with calm professionalism. (next round may involve zip ties?)”
10. Ali D.
“Great fit! Her dog loved playing with my little puppy, and once my little girl got comfy she had fun too. She was all smiles when I picked her up! I left her in a very comfy home, with a bright and relaxed sitter. Ali is sweet and on point. My puppy over hydrates, and is still learning some house training— Ali noted all my concerns! ?? look forward to future services!”
11. Lourdes Z.
“Lourdes is AWESOME!!! Teddy stayed with her for 3 nights and I think he wants to go back. lol. When I went to drop Teddy off, she gave me a tour of her house to let me know what kind of environment/setup she has. She also let me meet some of her family members who are also very sweet. While Teddy was staying with her, I got 22 pictures and multiple videos through out the stay to let me know Teddy is doing just fine. She also sent me texts throughout the stay just to let me know how Teddy is doing. During the night, she even put a little sweater on Teddy to make sure he doesn’t get cold. My family and I were going to Canada and I was super nervous because I was going so far away, but Lourdes definitely made me at ease and my family enjoyed every single pictures and vidoes she sent us. She is going to be on the top of my very short list of people and places that I can trust Teddy with.”
12. Alexandra S.
“Absolutely fantastic. We have a 145 lbs one year old puppy who is a sweety but also has no idea how big he is sometimes. He also can be a bit anxious as well when we are not around. Needless to say he can be a lot to handle. Knowing this we wanted to ensure we found the right place for him. Ally right away was communicative and understanding of our concerns. She made to time for not one but two meet and greets before our trip to acclimate him to her home and pooch. She sent a steady stream of photos during our vacation to keep us in the loop. We definitely highly recommend her to anyone!”
13. Cara & Dan W.
“Cara and Dan were wonderful to work with. Sadie is a rescue and can be very skittish so I was delighted that she was so comfortable at their house. She warmed up to Cara more than Dan but I really liked both of them very much and would book again! Thanks Cara and Dan for providing a safe and caring environment for Miss Sadie🐶”
14. Jamie & Brian K.
“Kai loved it at their house! Plenty of backyard to run free and lots of attention! The updates were encouraging as this was our first time leaving Kai at sitters through Rover. Our pup was happy and so were we! I will definitely book again!”
15. Elliot C.
“Elliot and Dominique took good care of my older dog Polly at their place. They kept her comfortable and made sure she had plenty of pets and attention. They provided a "report card" and a cute photo of her at the end of the stay as well as daily updates and pictures.”
16. Danielle J.
“Danielle was the best dog sitter we could have asked for. She took our dog while we were away for the holidays, even got her a special treat on a Christmas. She sent pictures and kept us updated and was very flexible and took great care of our dog! I highly recommend her to anyone looking.”
17. Noelle S.
“Noelle was amazing. She and her family were so welcoming and provided such a great experience for our dog. Sent updates and pictures regularly, which put us at ease that Elvis was in good hands. Have already referred her to two other people. Definitely would rebook next time we are in Rochester.”

19. Allison H.
“Absolutely perfect. Will use her service again. It is more cost effective than some of the other boarders I use, and my puppy gets the home atmosphere that he prefers.”

“Mary Ann was great! She provided many pictures and updates for Kermit’s weekend stay. Her daughter Rebecca also messaged pictures! Kermit got lots of attention and walks and would definitely stay with Mary Ann again.”
