“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

Nahla seemed not just well cared for, but genuinely happy under Andrew's watch. His professionalism, reliability, and evident love for animals were truly reassuring. We were kept updated with regular photos and messages, which meant a lot to us while we were away. It's clear that Andrew goes above and beyond, treating each pet with the same love and care as if they were his own. “Alex is my go to person if I have any questions regarding my dog. I was always hesitant to get a dog because with my busy schedule, I wouldn’t be able to give the dog the attention she deserves. Alex watches my dog when I’m traveling or if I’m generally too busy. He loves loves taking care of dogs! When I return to pick up the dog, I don’t know who’s had more fun, the dog or Alex. Aside from the fun aspect, I know Alex is deeply knowledgeable about animals and knows how to provide for them. My dog seems happier and more disciplined when she returns.”

“Funda was great. Her setup is a basement with a walk out to a nice yard for play and doing business. Took good care of my 12 year old dog who is not used to new things and she felt very welcome there and comfortable with the people and environment. Gave written instructions and did not need to clarify anything. Would definitely use again.”

“Bagel had SUCH A WONDERFUL time at Monica’s!! She took great care of our frenchie, he played with Monica’s frenchie and was so happy - big smiles on every photo Monica sent us! She also took Bagel to dog park on Saturday where all dogs had a blast! Monica gave many kisses and snuggles to Bagel, and Bagel was so sad to leave when I came to pick him up.
