“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

She handled it with grace and I think may have actually managed to convince our child that she wasn't so bad. Impressive! It's not always easy to find somebody who will provide that care and form a connection with your dog over a short period of time and it feels like Bielka did just that. My dog seemed totally at ease. About: I have been a dog owner since I was 5 and for then past 37 years I have had primarily beagles along with one Vizsla with typically 2 at any given time. Our last beagle Charlie passed away a few months ago and while we would like the freedom having no pet allows us we miss the company and unconditional love they offer us. My wife worked as a vet tech for 10 years so we are comfortable administering meds and I have been pretty successful with training pups (yes even beagles). I work mostly from home and my wife has the summers off from teaching so it fits great unto our routine and it would be a pleasure to have dogs underfoot again. We have crates if dogs feel at home in them but they are welcome in all the rooms downstairs. We live on a long dirt road which is perfect for walks and if it gets too hot we have a cool basement and a pond for them to swim in.
