Ik werk in het onderwijs dus heb alle vakanties tijd voor uw honden. Ook is opvang in het weekend mogelijk. Ik bied opvang voor meerdere dagen maar ook een enkele keer. Ik heb een omheinde tuin en woon in een groen omgeven gebied waarbij u hond heerlijk kan wandelen. Er zijn 2 grotere kinderen aanwezig (17en 25) dus aandacht genoeg.

Je suis assez flexible. Je vis dans une maison de 110m2 avec 2 étages supérieurs, qui offre des multitudes de d'options et de recoins pour se reposer. Il y a un jardin d'environ 40m2 avec de l'herbe, cloturé donc les chiens ne peuvent pas en sortir. (Si vous préferez que je garde votre animal a l'intérieur c'est aussi possible). J'ai un couffin pour animaux, une fontaine a eau et un distributeur de croquette. Juste derriere chez moi, il y a un tres grand parc arboré sans voitures, et un acces a une plage pour chien a 10/15 minutes a pied. Notez que nous vivons avec un chat de 16 ans (ok chiens et chats) ainsi que d'un enfant de 3 ans (ok chiens et chats).

Over: Ik ben een echte dierenliefhebber! Helaas kan ik momenteel zelf niet adopteren omdat ik te veel reis. Dat vind ik ontzettend jammer, dus daarom lijkt het me heel leuk om af en toe op iemand anders z’n hondje te passen! Van huis uit heb ik altijd dieren gehad, waaronder een Duitse herder, een rottweiler en een Maltezer. Daardoor ben ik gewend aan verschillende karakters en behoeften. Daarnaast pas ik regelmatig op de hond van mijn zus, een rescue uit Spanje. Ik werk voor mezelf vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel aanwezig ben. Dat maakt mijn huis ook geschikt voor hondjes die niet zo graag lang alleen zijn. Ik houd zowel van korte als lange wandelingen en neem honden, afhankelijk van hun karakter, graag mee op pad. Natuurlijk is er thuis ook genoeg tijd om te spelen, knuffelen of gewoon lekker te ontspannen. Daarnaast heb ik een fijn tuintje waar honden lekker kunnen relaxen als het mooi weer is. Mensen omschrijven mij als rustig, warm en zorgzaam. Wat je van mij kunt verwachten? Veel liefde en aandacht voor je hond, regelmatige updates en foto’s, en de geruststelling dat je hond in goede handen is. Ik plan vooraf altijd graag even een kennismaking in, zodat we kunnen kijken of er een goede match is. Ik woon op 40 m² met een tuin. Voor hele grote honden is mijn woning daardoor waarschijnlijk minder geschikt. Goed om te weten: omdat ik op de begane grond woon, hoor je soms geluiden uit het trappenhuis. Daarom is mijn woning minder geschikt voor honden die erg waaks zijn of snel aanslaan bij geluiden. Voor vragen mag je altijd contact opnemen! 🐾 Ik werk voor mezelf vanuit huis en ben daardoor veel aanwezig. Huisdieren zijn dus zelden lang alleen. Mijn planning is flexibel en ik ben over het algemeen veel thuis, waardoor er genoeg tijd is voor wandelingen, speeltijd, rustmomenten en verzorging. Overdag stuur ik ook graag af en toe een update of foto, zodat je weet hoe het met je dier gaat. Ik woon op de begane grond aan een rustige, autovrije straat en heb tevens een volledig omheind tuintje waar honden lekker kunnen relaxen. I live on the third floor, and there are stairs inside my apartment too. I’m happy to carry smaller dogs up and down, but this might be something to consider. In general, when I am caring for a dog, it’s much like having a child to take care of. I do have an 8 year old (who is very sweet and gentle with dogs), so your dog has to be friendly and comfortable with children. I also need to know how your dog is with other dogs and people, so I can act accordingly. I never let dogs off leash before i know them very well, because I take my responsibility very seriously. And always pick up poop!

Zo zijn wij bezig met agility, detectie, canicross, schapen drijven, trick training, Rally-O en obedience. Ook zijn wij regelmatig op show te vinden. Daarnaast heb ik ook de nodige kennis van lichaamstaal. Ik doe niets liever dan op pad zijn met mijn hond. Heerlijke boswandelingen of een korte trainingssessie, zolang er plezier is geniet ik ervan. Vanuit huis uit heb ik al meerdere jaren ervaring met verschillende dieren, waaronder katten, honden, paarden en knaagdieren (en sommige vogel soorten). Ook heb ik twee jaar in een dierenspeciaalzaak gewerkt waardoor ik een breed scala aan kennis heb. Over: Ik wil al zover ik mij kan herinneren graag een hond, ik liet vanaf dat ik 6 jaar oud was al de hond van de buren uit. Alleen is dit wegens co ouderschap in Amsterdam en Het Gooi niet mogelijk om zelf een hond te nemen, om toch met honden te kunnen zijn lijkt mij Rover de ideale oplossing. She agreed to watch my dog less than 12 hours in advance, and then agreed to meet me at the train station instead of me dropping off the dog at her place, which shows how kind and thoughtful and helpful she is!!! The weekend that my dog spent at her place was amazing too. I got updates 5+ times per week, with pictures of my dog, my dog was walked for multiple hours a day, she was allowed everywhere in the house; and Lada was veryyyy attentive to her needs and always checked in with me on what she could do extra. She even invited me for tea after the dog stay. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more, i’d trust her to watch my dog anytime!”

“Amanda and her partner Marinna are fantastic. They took such great care of Charlie while we were away for 5 nights. They kept us updated with photos, and we could see that Charlie felt really comfortable with them. Charlie is reactive toward intact male dogs which can sometimes worry us when he is with new sitters. However, Amanda and Marinna assured us that they are familiar with reactivity, and they indeed seemed to manage just fine. Over: /NEDERLANDS Ik ben opgegroeid met dieren en heb door de jaren heen voor allerlei huisdieren gezorgd, waaronder katten, honden, papegaaien, vissen en konijnen. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang paardgereden. Op latere leeftijd heb ik meer dan 10 jaar mijn eigen agapornissen gehad (lovebirds), waardoor ik veel ervaring heb opgedaan met dagelijkse verzorging, verantwoordelijkheid en het begrijpen van de behoeften van een huisdier. Op dit moment heb ik zelf geen huisdieren meer en ik merk dat ik het gezelschap van dieren erg mis. Daarom vind ik oppassen op huisdieren zo leuk. Regelmatig pas ik op de dieren van familie en vrienden, en ik geniet er echt van om tijd met dieren door te brengen. Of jouw huisdier nu houdt van lange wandelingen, spelen, knuffelen of gewoon een vertrouwd gezicht in huis, ik zorg ervoor dat ze zich veilig, comfortabel en geliefd voelt! /ENGLISH I grew up surrounded by animals and have cared for many different pets over the years, including cats, dogs, parrots, fish, and rabbits. I also spent many years horse riding. Later in life, I had my own lovebirds (agapornis parrots) for more than 10 years, which gave me plenty of experience with daily pet care, responsibility, and understanding the needs of animals. At the moment, I don't have any pets of my own anymore, and I really miss having animals around. That's one of the reasons I enjoy pet sitting so much. I regularly look after pets for family and friends, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. /NEDERLANDS Ik werk 36 uur per week en werk 2 à 3 dagen vanuit huis.
