Over: Sinds ik jong was, was ik al bezig met elke hond uitlaten van de buurt. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, liefdevol en betrouwbaar. Ik ben erg dankbaar dat ik de dieren in mijn leven heb. Een australian sheperd hond en twee paarden. Ik heb genoeg tijd om met de dieren te zijn en ze een fijne dag te bezorgen. In weer en wind ben ik beschikbaar, daar kun je op rekenen Ik woon samen met mijn vriend in een Apartement op begagane grond met een kleine tuin met omheining. Achter onze tuin zit ook een grasveld, en we wonen dichtbij het bos

Bij ons voelt uw hond zich echt thuis! Dat is pas genieten! De honden die bij ons verblijven krijgen aandacht, zijn snel gewend, hebben het leuk met elkaar en komen graag weer een volgende keer terug. Zelf hebben we altijd diverse hondenrassen gehad. (bobtail, bernersenner, friese stabij en kooikerhondkruising uit Spanje) Wij hebben 2 dochters (10 en 6 jaar oud). Zij zijn honden gewend, maar het is dus ook belangrijk dat uw hond van kinderen houdt. 😊 Onze kinderen weten dat als de honden rusten dat ze ze met rust laten. Onze service: - Opvang voor gemiddeld 4 honden tegelijk - Prachtige opvang op de Veluwe. We wonen aan het bos - Persoonlijke aandacht en gezelligheid - Ervaring met veel hondenrassen - Kindvriendelijke omgeving (onze kinderen zijn 10 en 6 jaar) - Kan medicatie toedienen indien nodig - Flexibel in de breng- en ophaaltijden - Wij sturen foto’s/ video’s Dagindeling: - We wonen aan het bos: vier wandelingen per dag in het natuurgebied op de prachtige Veluwe - Vrij rondlopen in huis en de omheinde tuin van 1000m2 - Spelen met andere honden - Veel rust en ontspanning - Aaien en spelen als uw hond dit ook leuk vindt Belangrijke voorwaarden: - Voor kleine en middelmaat honden - Honden die relaxed zijn en gehoorzaam (Geen drukke, (hyper)actieve honden) - De honden mogen niet tegen mensen of kozijnen opspringen. Bij binnenkomst kan een hond uiteraard enthousiast zijn dat is uiteraard helemaal goed. :) - Sociaal gedrag naar mensen en andere honden - Geen constant trekken aan de lijn - Zindelijk en schoon - Kan korte tijd alleen zijn ( als we even boodschappen doen) De hond dient dan bij het alleen zijn geen spullen te slopen of te blaffen) - Volgt ontworming/ontvlooiing - Eigen voer meebrengen, eventueel mand en speeltje. Voerbakken en waterbakken hebben wij en worden iedere dag schoongemaakt. - Alleen gesteriliseerde teefjes. We krijgen soms de vraag of gecastreerde reuen ook bij ons terechtkunnen. Castratie kan er vaak voor zorgen dat de hormonale drang tot markeren afneemt, maar dit gedrag is niet altijd volledig weg. Sociale en omgevingsfactoren, zoals de aanwezigheid van andere honden of bepaalde geuren, kunnen hier nog steeds invloed op hebben. Omdat we graag een fijne en schone omgeving willen behouden voor alle honden die bij ons verblijven, hebben we ervoor gekozen om ons alleen te richten op het oppassen op teefjes. Over: I've been a house and pet sitter for the past 10 years on a different platform. I also have 8 years of experience as a volunteer and dog and cat foster for animal rescue organizations so am confident walking and caring for all sizes and temperaments of dogs, including reactive dogs. I grew up with a large dog and cat, and my parents didn't trust anyone else to care for them when they traveled. I have stellar reviews on Trusted Housesitters and Airbnb. I can accept boarding & daycare clients from outside of my service radius, provided that you drop off and pick up your own pet. I will also accept caged mammals (rats, mice, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc) alongside your primary pet for an additional $10/night. (Ik spreek nederlands op niveau A2+. I spent June 2017 volunteering on a horse ranch in Sweden caring for the animals and spent a few summers riding and caring for horses at the local YMCA. I'm also a semi-professional pet photographer. I work from home with flexible hours. I can easily adapt my schedule to fit your pets' needs. I have a dog of my own who I exercise an hour each day (hikes or walks plus the dog park). If your dog is dog-friendly, they can exercise together :) I'm happy to follow whatever rules and routine you have in place for your pets, and I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. Let's discuss your needs! For dog boarding, I require a meet and greet with my dog in advance before confirming your booking. I have a formal methodology, taught to me by a professional trainer, that insures a successful first meeting between the two dogs.

“Maria looked after my yorkshire, Nelson, for few days while I was away on holidays. She kept me update throughout the entire time, with loads of photos and details about their day. Nelson has some behaviour issues and is not a very social dog, however, Maria made me feel very comfortable and clearly knows how to handle a dog in difficult situations. She is responsible, communicates clearly and has loads of experience. I would definitely reach out to Maria again whenever I go away in the future.”

Over: Hi! My name is Lesley. I have a nearly 10-year-old dog named Ermao, who now lives with my parents. He is incredibly cute and sweet, and we all love him so much. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in caring for dogs. I have also had the opportunity to take on some dog-walking and daycare requests, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Spending time with dogs, playing with them, and taking them on walks brings me so much joy.
In addition to dogs, I have some experience caring for cats as well. I took care of my friend's cat for two months, ensuring he was well-fed, comfortable, and happy.
 Recently, i just finished a fostering dog for nearly 3 months, I'm so happy to see him find the forever home! So I have more availability and would love to spend meaningful time with animals. I am passionate about their well-being and truly enjoy bonding with them. I look forward to new opportunities to care for and have fun with these wonderful companions! My place is a 28 square meter studio, it is more suitable for daycare of small and medium-sized dogs. It has a very comfortable environment for them to play and rest.

Over: Ik ben altijd opgegroeid met honden. Het zijn voornamelijk stront eigenwijs, maar dat is wat het zo ontzettend leuk maakt. Ik vind het leuk om honden nieuwe trucjes te leren en ze veel liefde te geven. Momenteel werk ik 36 uur in de zorg. Zo nu en dan werk ik vanuit huis. Ondanks dat ik een balkon heb, maak ik tijd en ruimte om een wandeling te maken en met ze te spelen. Op de zaterdagen en zondagen ben ik vrij. De reden dat ik een honden oppas wil zijn, is omdat ik helaas momenteel niet het budget heb om zelf een hond te adopteren. Sinds april bezit ik een eigen woning en mis ik toch regelmatig een maatje in huis.

Over: I grew up around dogs. Now that I'm an adult with my own household, of course I also have my own dog. He's very social and I love all kinds of dogs. I think Benji and me would be excellent company for your furry loved ones in your absence. Currently I fully work from home. I have very flexible hours which allows me to dedicate time throughout the workweek to offer my services for dog care. I'm absolutely obsessed with dogs and I want to spend more time doing something that I'd love. Dogs are the world's best companions and I think having the privilege of taking care of someone else's treasure is something to take to heart. I have a fenced back yard and my own dog. If you would want me to spend some time with your loved one, I'd likely play with their toys, or go for a nice walk or bike ride. I don't mind grooming either, a quick little brush doesn't hurt. Depending on your dogs dietary needs, I feed my own dog twice a day, I'd likely keep that schedule for any dog that I would take care of.

Over: Op mijn tiende kreeg ik mijn eerste hond, meteen een hele grote Bordeaux dog genaamd Diesel. Na 2 jaar kwam daar een nog grotere hond Hooch bij. Beide honden heb ik vele jaren met heel veel plezier verzorgd en van gehouden. Toen ik 10 jaar geleden op mijzelf ben gaan wonen in Amsterdam, ben ik begonnen met het fosteren van honden uit asielen in Spanje en Portugal. Angstige honden, honden van de straat, mishandelde honden en honden die nog nooit aan de riem hebben gelopen, jong, oud, ze zijn allemaal bij mij over de vloer geweest. Met ontzettend veel liefde heb ik dit jarenlang gedaan, totdat ik ontzettend verliefd werd op mijn laatste foster; Simba. Ik heb dan ook besloten hem te adopteren en ondertussen zijn we al weer 4 succesvolle jaren verder. Een aantal keer heb ik nog honden uit het asiel opgevangen samen met Simba, maar omdat ik af en toe naar het buitenland toe moet voor werk is opvang vinden voor 2 honden net te lastig. Ik heb ontzettend veel zin om een tweede hond over de vloer te hebben, Simba kan af en toe wel een maatje gebruiken! Ik heb een eigen zaak in het centrum van Amsterdam. Maar als ik van tevoren een oppas aanvraag/planning krijg hoef ik die dagen niet aanwezig te zijn in de winkel, er is dan personeel aanwezig. Ik heb een hele vriendelijke podenco van 8 kilo. Hij is rustig en goed getraind en vindt spelen ook leuk. Helaas hebben wij geen tuin maar wel een groot balkon achter en heerlijke zoninval in de woonkamer. De oppashond mag op bed, op de bank, ik heb een huis met weinig details zodat er niks kapot kan gaan en de honden lekker hun gang kunnen gaan. Ik woon op een tweede verdieping dus de voordeur leidt niet meteen naar de straat.
