Over: Ask anyone who knows me – if there's a pet around, I'm glued to it. I'm 27, master's student, responsible, flexible. No pet yet (still dreaming!), but lucky to care for yours. 🐶 My Dog experience I've taken care of a baby Shiba multiple times, which taught me how much patience and joy puppies bring. In Wageningen, I've done some daycare, boarding (a Teckel for one night, a Labrador for six days), and many walks. For boarding at my place, I prefer house-trained dogs because I live in student accommodation. On walks, I'll need a sturdy leash and snacks if your dog isn't friendly with others, I'll be careful to avoid other dogs too. 🐱 My Cat experience Living with a roommate's two cats for a whole year changed me. I went from not knowing much about cats to truly loving their company every day. I also cared for a friend's three cats during her vacation (feeding, medicine, and cleaning). In Wageningen, I've done multiple home visits. For boarding at my place, your cat can stay in my room or explore the corridor. 💕 My style I give cuddles but also space. I read animal body language carefully and never force interaction. Safety always comes first. I can give medicine if you provide clear instructions (paper or PDF for anything complex). 🏠 House sitting & doggy day care I live in student housing with roommates, but I'm the only one who will care for your pet. My typical day: morning feed, then a long walk plus ball play, then nap. Some dogs need three walks (afternoon and before bed). For cats: litter, grooming, play, and evening feed. Evenings are for movies, pets are very welcome on my bed, even big dogs, for lap time and cuddles. 📸 Updates I never leave pets alone for long periods. I'll send regular photos so you can relax. Since I can't have my own pet yet, I truly look forward to caring for yours. Walks, boarding, sitting, vacation care – whatever works for you. Walks & cat home visits: I'm available before and after classes, and often can work from home too. My schedule is adaptable, and I can often accommodate last-minute requests. My home & roommates I live on a student floor, and my roommates have given me permission to bring a pet. It's completely allowed and not a disturbance. The dog or cat will stay in my room. When I go to the kitchen, they might see my roommates (who usually enjoy it) but I'm the only one taking care of them! :) Preferences I prefer dogs that are house-trained because I live in a building. For cats, they are welcome to stay in my room or explore the corridor if they are comfortable doing so. Dog walks – what I need from you Please provide a sturdy leash and snacks in case your dog is not comfortable around other dogs. In that situation, I always change streets or take an alternate route when I see another dog approaching. Updates In all cases, I will send you regular photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and well cared for.

Over: Dag baasjes! Mijn naam is Maria en ik ben een dierenvriend(in) woonachtig in Nijmegen. Sinds mijn studietijd heb ik als hobby en bijbaan het oppassen op en uitlaten van huisdieren. Ik heb zelf een heel lieve, rustige hond. Ik heb vooral ervaring met honden, maar ook met katten en knaagdieren. Ik ben niet bang voor een dier met een gebruiksaanwijzing, zo lang we elkaar dan eerst even goed leren kennen voor het oppassen of uitlaten. Momenteel werk ik veel thuis en daardoor ben ik regelmatig beschikbaar als oppas of uitlater. Ik laat niet graag ‘s avonds uit, maar ik ben wel een ochtendmens. Honden (mits ze goed kunnen opschieten met andere honden) zijn welkom bij oppas bij mij thuis, kattenoppas doe ik liever bij jou thuis. Ik heb een kleine omheinde tuin en zelf een lieve, rustige hond. Ik pas alleen bij mij thuis op honden die (minimaal) twee uur alleen thuis kunnen zijn.

Over: I have been taking care of all kinds of pets for 7 years. My family, friends and neighbors trust me for the best treatment and for their peace of mind. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time for pet care. I am available almost all week and you can contact me the same day. I live in a bungalow with a garden in a campsite with lots of green space so your pet can enjoy the outdoors and have a good time.

Over: I am friendly, kind and very good with animals. I have looked after stray animals for all of my life, and I have looked after 2 beautiful cats for more than 7 years. I have been providing animal care on these sorts of platforms since 2025. I am very experienced with difficult and not-so-friendly cats, also with administrating oral medication. I don’t mind when it comes to breed, size, and/or age, all animals are welcome with me. I have a followed a grooming course where I learned how to wash, dry, and style many dog breeds and cats. I will make sure to play with them, perform tricks, and go on potty breaks as often as needed. Feel free to contact me for any bookings and questions! I’m currently working part time 2 days a week in the afternoon/evening, and by the time I’m gone my boyfriend comes home pretty soon therefore there is almost always someone in the house. I kindly ask my clients to bring over any food, toys, beds etc. that the pet needs so that we can create a familiar environment for them and make them feel as safe and happy as possible. Of course, we make sure to keep around some treats in the house for our visitors ;) When I am at a client’s house, I make sure to respect the environment that I am in and make sure to keep/leave it clean. Additionally, I like taking care of plants in my house so if you have any in yours that needs to be watered, I can take care of that too!

Over: I’m an international social work student at the Han. I’m originally from the beautiful island of St.Maarten, I’ve been here in the Netherlands for 4 years now and I myself have 2 cats here and 1 dog back home who I wasn’t able to take here with me as I would then be taking her away for my mom who also love my dog. I’ve taken care of pets of family members and friends. I’ve also always been a animal lover I’m a student and I’m also about to graduate soon. During rounding off my studies and finding a full time job this seems like a fun way to stay in work next to my part time job as a football coach. All animals have a special place in my heart and I would like to help people out with their busy schedules by taking care of their pets for some time. Could be going out for a walk with your dog or a week long vacation where you don't have to worry. Since I am a student I have quite some time to spend time with your pet.

Since I am a dog owner for many years I know how to handle many different situations about dogs. I am a student, so i have quite some time to spend time with your pets. I usually take a walk with the dogs once i wake up around 8, after the walk i feed them (depends on the preferences of the owner) and during the day i take them out again for a walk, spend time with them at home afterwards, play if they like to play, and walk them again before bed. Always make sure that they have enough food as described by the owner and have water in multiple places of my apartment available for them. I dont have animals in my apartment at the moment. I have multiple city parks in a very small walking distance. I prefer to communicate with the owners frequently, since i believe that pets are a part of their family and everyone deserves honesty and clear communication.

Over: I have taken care of many cats and dogs of friends, and have my own dog and 2 cats. They are very friendly and we live 2 minutes from an off leash forest! I am working part-time from home, part-time from the office in Wageningen. I am mostly home in the mornings and evenings on office days; when I work from home I may run an errand or go for a run, but should be mostly home to hang out with the animals! I am a calm person with a PhD in animal welfare and behaviour. Therefore, I know very well how to read animals, to ensure they have the best experience with me as pet sitter!

Over: Ik hou ontzettend van dieren en heb sinds dat we dit jaar een nieuwe hond hebben genomen een grote passie ontdekt. Ik doe ook om de week vrijwilligerswerk bij een kinderboerderij Ik begin vanaf 1 september weer met school, maar ben in het weekend en doordeweeks vaak in de ochtend beschikbaar. De dagen dat ik wel in de ochtend school heb ben ik tussen 08:00 en 09:00 beschikbaar om uit te laten. Ik heb een redelijk grote tuin met veel planten en ik heb een heel groot speelveld achter bij mij thuis. Ik heb ook een andere hond en een kat.

Over: I’ve always been around dogs and have had my own for as long as I can remember. Friends and family often trust me to look after their dogs, and many of them stay at my home. I’m comfortable with different breeds and personalities, and I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for I work from home with a flexible schedule and I make sure to walk the dogs at least three times every day. I also have a backyard where the dogs can play and run around freely. I have a garden at home where dogs can safely play and relax. I also live in a calm area with plenty of parks, perfect for walks. I have a very friendly dog who loves the company of other dogs, so your pet will always feel comfortable and welcome.
