Your pets health and wellbeing is the priority when sitting in your home. I like to meet the pet-parents and pets before the sit to be introduced and to learn of the pets habits, needs, and concerns from the owners.
Information Wendi M. would like to know about your pet
Special needs in physical abilities. Dietary needs. Allergies. Reactive to people, cars, sounds, other animals. Medications. Signals or cues for potty breaks. Training or signals you want used or reinforced.
A typical day
Level of activity depends on the dog. A short walk may be all that’s need for young or elder dogs. Youthful dogs may want more stimulation, with long walks, rounds of fetch, work on owner-preferred commands for reinforcement of behaviors. Breed is also a big factor in how active the dog will want to be and all factors are given consideration.

Pet care experience
Pets have always been part of my life since I was young. Into adulthood, they have been my companions throughout life. I could not imagine a life without pets. I have been fortunate to care not only for domestic pets, but also farm critters; cows, horses, mules, chickens, sheep, and goats. I have also learned to care for exotics such as large reptiles, tropical birds, and even small primates.

Reviews

Wendi brings warmth, professionalism, care, and uplifting energy with her! Our pup Mika is very anxious and Wendi was incredible with her - Wendi communicated with every walk she took Mika on, updated with photos, and I felt totally relaxed throughout our two week trip knowing that Mika was getting not just great exercise, but a lively and caring companion. Additionally, Wendi was highly observant and noticed a small cut Mika got while playing on the rocks. Wendi promptly notified me and was available for keeping an eye on the cut. I am so grateful and will definitely book with Wendi again! Thank you Wendi!
Wendi is totally great and was a big help with my boy Rocky! The feeling of instinctual trust was inherent. Communications and coordinating was a breeze. Very thankful for her presence on the Island!

It was really great to know that my house and Bay dog were in good hands with Wendi. She stayed with my pup for a week and kept in communication from start to finish. She was patient with my dog's needs and was great about taking her out on walks. I could tell when I returned that Bay was relaxed and enjoyed her time with Wendi. I recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative sitter!

Wendi is amazing and took wonderful care of our 2 cats and 2 pups. She sent pictures and updates and asked questions when things came up. She stayed at the house over night and let our fur babies sleep with her. She's great and would 100% reserve with her again.
