I would not recommend leaving your dog with this sitter. My experience was extremely upsetting and resulted in an emergency vet visit. I left my dog, Brees, with this sitter for approximately 48 hours. I dropped him off in perfect condition. When I arrived to pick him up, I discovered that Brees had been bitten in the face by the sitter’s dog and had a visible injury that appeared to be infected. I was NEVER notified that my dog had been bitten or injured. There was no call, no text, and no message letting me know that anything had happened. I only discovered the injury when I picked Brees up. I then learned that the actual sitter/owner was in Korea and that her mother had been watching the dogs. I was not expecting this situation when I left Brees in their care. Her mother did not speak English, which made an already frightening situation even more difficult because I could not get a clear explanation of what had happened to my dog. I had to immediately rush Brees to the vet because I was concerned about the condition of the bite on his face. I understand that animals can be unpredictable and accidents can happen. What is completely unacceptable to me is that my dog suffered a facial injury while in someone else’s care and I was not notified. As his owner, I should have been contacted immediately so that I could make decisions about his medical care. I trusted this sitter with Brees for only 48 hours. I dropped off a healthy, uninjured dog and picked him up with a bite wound on his face that required veterinary attention. I have photographs documenting Brees’ injury and records of the veterinary care I had to seek after picking him up. I am sharing this because other pet owners deserve to know about my experience before deciding where to leave their animals. I would not leave Brees in this sitter’s care again.

This was a last minute book and Vivi and her family were available. i felt very comfortable leaving Simba with her. I was sent lots of pictures. I will use again.
