Hi there! thanks for checking out my profile. Happy to have you here. I will leave a brief but detailed synopsis about myself and my experience working with pets. My goal is to help you make an informed decision regarding your pet's stay while you are away. My name is Vee. I am a university student full of vibrant energy and a love for pets. I have five years of documented experience in pet sitting. I have had pets of all sorts and breed under my care. Domestic pets such as cats, dogs, birds, horses and reptiles I have attended to. I am well vexed in this field as I volunteered with an animal shelter catering to older pets. I loved it! I am certified in CPR for pets should an emergency arise. I take pride in my vigilance and accessibility. I am a student of life and love to learn as much as I can and build amazing friendships with pet owners while taking great care of their pets! I would also like to describe myself as trustworthy. I am organized and my love for pets shows in various aspects. I have excellent multitasking and communication skills. I formulated a couple of games to occupy and tire out your pet for the entirety of their stay. I will send photos of the entirety of the stay and keep in touch so you have peace of mind. I have spare toys in my care also, but always recommend bringing your own. I have had pets with severe anxiety and having a piece of home, be it a blanket or toys that smell like home helps a ton. As far as safety, I have a fenced yard in my apartment and will never let a pet off-leash especially if your pet does not have any recall. I enjoy practicing training with pets also and have successfully conditioned some to learn commands. I offer grooming services as well at no extra cost, except showers/baths. Your pet is in safe hands and you will have nothing to worry about while they are in my care. I will make sure of that.

Vanessa stayed in my home and took care of my dog Ellie. Vanessa was professional, courteous and reliable in every interaction from the initial booking to checking in as she left. My dog who can be reactive with new people was instantly comfortable with her and was happy and calm when I returned home. My house was spotless. Vanessa is a wonderful and trustworthy pet sitter and overall just a lovely person. I highly recommend her and will rebook with her.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! Vanessa was amazing with my fur babies!. She did in home care for us while we traveled for 9 days. A lovely, kind and responsible young lady took exceptional care of our dogs and home. We received many pictures and updated to keep us informed. I will recommend Vanessa to anyone that is looking for pet care. We have already booked again for an upcoming family event we need to travel for. We can't thank you enough Vanessa and see you again soon!!
Vanessa provided excellent care and services for my Luna. Luna has separation anxiety and Vanessa was able to support her needs and help her settle in until I returned. Vanessa was careful, kind, and attentive to Luna who is a 65-70 lbs husky, shepherd, collie mix. I will be using Vanessa’s services again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Vanessa took excellent care of our cat Meeko while we were away! She went above and beyond to make sure that Meeko had everything she needed, and was very gentle and patient with her; our cat is quite shy, but Vanessa managed to bring her out of her shell quickly, which is an impressive feat! Vanessa was friendly, polite, and communicative all the way through, and we came home to a very healthy and happy kitty! We will definitely be inviting her back next time we go away - highly recommend.

Schedule
I am available all year round to accept bookings and do my best to respond to bookings in a timely manner. I am honest and transparent about my hours and will not take any more bookings than necessary. I am extremely passionate about this business. I try not to overwhelm myself as this is important to me. I aim to be the best sitter I can be and strive for perfection each stay. I do not overcharge for stays and my low prices for stays are deliberate. I do this for the company as I enjoy having pets around while I study. It's a win-win.
