I work part-time, and during breaks, I walk, play fetch, and ensure my pets are well-fed. Given the current job market, I want to maintain my passion for helping pet owners and their furry friends, which led me to start my pet-sitting business, burphytoffee.com. Please visit my website to know more. As a proud parent of two dogs—one a rescue—I understand the joy and responsibility of pet care. I love dogs of all kinds and am happy to teach them a few manners when I can.

I would be delighted to care for your furry friends according to your specific needs. I am flexible and eager to learn your preferred routines. Although I don't have a fenced yard, if you do, I would be happy to let the dogs out to play. I would also love the opportunity to train young puppies.
Information Val R. would like to know about your pet
Please inform me in advance of any special needs, habits, likes, dislikes, and specific care instructions for the dog. Also, could you share details about the dog's personality and behaviors? If the dog tends to be aggressive for any reason, please have them undergo training for the safety of everyone involved.
A typical day
I can play fetch, hide and seek, give them nose work, and give them a snuffle mat to sniff the food /treats, fetch balls. let them into the backyard, take them for walks, and if you have a favorite toy, I can play with it—anything for happy smiles.

Pet care experience
I have limited experience with cats, but I would love the opportunity to get to know them better. I grew up with dogs and never imagined that I would be caring for other pets, but I see this as a chance to meet new furry friends. Last year, we adopted a Golden Retriever/Pyrenees mix from Alabama, which shows our love for dogs. We even took a 9-hour drive to bring him home, and he is settling in well. I have taken great care of my dogs and would welcome the same opportunity with your pets. I would also be happy to teach manners to young puppies.

Reviews

Val was wonderful with our German Shepherd. She sent lots of videos and text messages keeping us updated daily. We were away for 16 days and felt very comfortable knowing Harmony was getting love and attention while we were away.

Amazing. Was very patient and able to get my fearful dog to play and walk. I would absolutely hire again. Highly recommended!

Val did a great job caring for our senior kitty! She visited him each morning, and didn’t just take care of his “food and box.” She played with him and had him engaging in toys and games he hasn’t enjoyed in a while. I will definitely contact Val first the next time we need a pet sitter!

Val took great care of our puppy. She stopped by twice to make sure she knew where everything was and our dog was comfortable with her. We will be using Val again for any babysitting needs
