Hi there! Thanks for checking out my Rover profile! I go by Tisha! I've been lucky to have professional experience working with dogs and cats at the Louisiana SPCA and I've been providing my pet/home care services for many years now too. I truly enjoy helping others around caring for their loved animals because I know it's difficult and our pets have needs too! I also don't have any dogs of my own right now so I appreciate the company I receive when going on walks and hanging around the town or cuddling up with them while watching a movie. I grew up surrounded by medium to large breed dogs so I am definitely comfortable with the big ones but I have experience with most breeds now even that teacup sizes and puppies. I also have personal and professional experience taking care of cats, rabbits, chickens, and rodents. I became a certified Rover member in 2019 when I started school briefly because I wasn't working at the time and I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with this company. I've had several returning clients based in Seattle and it's been great to build my clientele pretty fast in New Orleans when reeturning to Rover in April 2021. Note: * TIPS: $tishaa90 or Venmo: tishaa90 * Fully vaccinated * Work: I work full-time in the French quarter. I usually don't work more than 3 days in a row. * I do not drive. So I prefer not to travel far distances which would be outside of New Orleans Parish or sometimes not centrally located. I can be available to provide services at further distances with advanced notice to arrange transportation and cat sitting of my own. *If you're also looking for a reliable person to plant water, securing the property, mail/package collecting, and professional cleaning services (I am a house cleaner too) feel free to let me know and we can arrange something. Tranisha watched our dog for 3 days and sent me picture/video updates reassuring me that he was being extremely well taken care of! She also went the extra mile and took him on lots of walks and to the dog park. We appreciated her help so much and we would highly recommend her to anyone in the area.
Wow Tranisha was great with our dogs and home. Conscientious and a great communicator. We worried about absolutely nothing and our dogs were relaxed as could be when we returned. A+
Tranisha was an AMAZING puppy sitter! She was timely and communicative about arriving and getting used to both the pups and my home. Both my pups have some unique quirks related to some past attacks/trauma histories and Tranisha was skilled at observing those behaviors and able to understand and adapt to match their styles and needs. After having struggled with some petsitters in the past I felt completely at ease with Tranisha being there with my pups! It was such a relief to know they were enjoying themselves and safe! I am really incredibly grateful and couldn't recommend her more :)
Tranisha was excellent and so responsive. It’s clear she is a dog lover. We’ll definitely be asking her next time we go out of town.

Schedule
I work full-time. I don't work more than 3 days in a row at a time. I start my day before 7am so available for morning routines/walks and I don't work later than 7:30 (only happens maybe once a week) so I'll be around for dinnertime and evening routines with the furry fam. I am homeboy when I am not working so I am usually putting on a show, playing a game, or working on my passions at home. So pet care fits extremely well into my daily or weekly routine.

- I would like to know what their usual routine looks and feels like so that I can reduce as much anxiety as possible while I am spending time with them. Any behavioral traits or complications such as allergies that I should be aware of and of course any medications that need to be administered.
