Tracey was very good and patient with Roxie. She went above and beyond given that Roxie is a rescue I’ve only had for 3 months and she was having some gastrointestinal issues while she was with Tracey. She sent us updates and photos of Roxie. She checked on KitKat and made sure she had water and food. KitKat never lets people see her if she can help it. We would be very grateful to have Tracey care for our pets anytime and I highly recommend choosing Tracey for your pets.
We had a great experience with Tracey while we were out of town. She took excellent care of our cat and made sure everything was handled just the way we asked. It was clear she genuinely cared, not just about completing the task, but about making sure our cat felt comfortable and less stressed while we were away. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and gave us peace of mind knowing our pet was in good hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat, which says everything.
