A typical day is structured around the pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and at ease. Mornings start with a potty break or walk, followed by feeding and fresh water. After that, we’ll do light playtime, enrichment activities, or a longer walk depending on the pet’s energy level. Midday includes another potty break or walk, feeding if needed, and calm companionship time. I like to incorporate mental stimulation with puzzle toys, basic training reinforcement, or gentle games like fetch or tug. For pets who prefer quiet time, I make sure they have a peaceful space to relax and rest. In the afternoon and evening, we’ll repeat walks, meals, and playtime, keeping everything consistent with their normal schedule. I also spend one-on-one time giving attention, brushing (if appropriate), and making sure they feel secure and cared for. Throughout the day, I send photo and video updates so owners can see how their pets are doing. Fun activities are always tailored to each pet’s personality and energy level. For active dogs, that might include longer walks, fetch, light training games, or outdoor play. For calmer or senior pets, it might be gentle walks, enrichment toys, cuddles, and relaxed companionship. My goal is always to keep pets happy, stimulated, and comfortable while maintaining their routine.
