I work 50% (part-time) as a freelancer, which gives me excellent flexibility for pet care. I've made caring for animals a regular part of my routine – I look after dogs every day, whether it's for walks, visits, or longer stays. Pet care experience
When I was a teenager, I have been training service dogs for Handi'chiens – my mum was was a member of the association and we got one puppy to take care at home and to train, and we'd care of him for 1.5 years, teaching him skills to assist people with disabilities. This taught me patience, consistency, and how to work with dogs through repetition and positive reinforcement. We also hosted short-term dogs (1/2/3-week(s) stays) when their hosting family was on holidays or also to have a rotation and to help the dogs socialize with different people and environments. Since then, I've regularly cared for pets of relatives and friends, and it's always been a joy. What sets me apart? Training experience: I know how to teach and reinforce commands, handle behavioral needs, and work patiently with dogs of all temperaments Adaptability: From puppies to senior dogs, short visits to extended stays – I'm comfortable with various care situations Genuine love for animals: I don't just watch pets; I engage with them, understand their needs, and make sure they feel safe and loved Pet sitting has never felt like work to me – it's always been smooth and natural because I truly care about the animals in my charge.

Théo took wonderful care of our dog, Kenya, for 3.5 days in our home. She can be a bit dramatic at times, but she absolutely loved him. When we returned, she was calm, happy, and clearly had not been anxious or stressed at all. He followed her schedule closely, took her on long walks, brought her along to restaurants, and truly treated her like a member of his own family. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. We would not hesitate to contact Théo again—highly recommended!
