Taylor was amazing with Rocky! She kept me updated, was super understanding when my flight got delayed, and made the whole process so much less stressful. Rocky seemed really comfortable and happy with her, and I appreciated all the communication and flexibility. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring and reliable :)
