Thanks for being here!😄 I’m Tara, and nothing makes me happier than making your pets super happy- through play time, snuggles, lots of pets and pampering, their favorite treats or meal toppers, and/ or anything else you know they love! My job is to do everything possible to ensure they have the best, most fun, relaxing time while you’re away, and in doing so, make the time fly by and take their mind off of your brief absence. I also practice extensive safety protocols for your dog that I will follow 24/7 during all services (ex- on walks, I will ALWAYS keep our distance from other dogs- def no dog parks- & will decline if someone asks to pet them). My background- I have always had a deep connection and love for many kinds of pets since I was very young. I have volunteered at my local ARC animal shelter during rescues, & I have experience fostering, and helping to train dogs with my family while I was growing up and into adulthood. I also worked with new pet parents to teach proper safety and health of animals. I have extensive experience dog and cat sitting, in addition to walking dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities🐾. I never discriminate against ANY fur baby breed. In addition to this, I’m super clean & respectful of my clients’ homes (I love playing with pups inside or outside, & will wipe some paws if needed before we come back in your home😇). I will leave your home as clean as it is when I arrive, so you can come home from your trip and not worry about anything except snuggling with your fur baby! I have a very flexible schedule, as this is my full time job, & I’m always happy to set up a time to meet you and your pet to make sure you both feel comfortable and confident with me before booking as well✨ Thanks so much for reading this far- I can’t wait to meet you and your pup!🐾😊

I currently only house sit at a clients home, as my cat is not very welcoming to other pets and gets jealous. I treat clients homes just as my own home and focus on making your pets comfortable & happy during my stay so they feel at ease!

Tara was so good with all 4 of our animals. She took excellent care of them and communicated with us at every check in. She could tell when the dogs were emotionally not handling us being gone well and gave them extra care and treats. I will absolutely be rebooking with Tara the next time we have to spend time away from our animals.
Tara is exactly the kind of sitter we were looking for! Communicative, detailed, and loving to our pups. She met each of their needs individually, and sent plenty of pictures & updates along the way. We will definitely be using Tara again in the future!

Tara is the sweetest. We have an elderly dog who needs extra help sometimes and Tara is so patient and kind with her.
We recently took a 7 day cruise and hired Tara to watch my dog, as well as my son's dog. She was fantastic! She was great dealing with two dogs that had different needs and both were well cared for. We really appreciated Tara providing updates multiple times a day via text and we loved getting pictures! Both of our dogs loved being with Tara and we would definitely hire her again. We didn't have to worry during our trip as Tara took care of everything.

I currently have a very flexible schedule as this is my only full time job so I’m open most days and times! Feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to work with you! I can usually accommodate if it’s last minute, or will try to work around the requested time.
