Susan was wonderful! My dog bonded to her and they had a great week. This was especially important to me because another sitter didn’t work. The house was spotless and Susan communicated very well and with fast responsiveness. I plan to book Susan again!

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great experience with Susan. We booked her for in-home cat sitting and shared detailed instructions about our cats their feeding times, habits, and general care. I also clearly asked her to send updates and photos three times a day, which she agreed to. However, she never sent updates on her own unless I asked for them. At one point, when I asked why she hadn’t sent any updates last night, she said it was because I didn’t reply to her earlier message, so she wasn’t sure if I was getting them. How does it matter? Also, on the second day, I hadn’t heard anything for a couple of hours after lunchtime, so I checked in to ask if the cats had eaten. She said she had just fed them but based on our door activity log, I knew she hadn’t been at the house around that time. When I asked about it, she got defensive and said I was micromanaging. It also seemed like some of the photos she sent were taken all at once and sent later to make it look like she was at home when she wasn’t. The most disappointing part was finding out she didn’t stay overnight during the last two nights of our five day trip. She never mentioned this to us, and we’ve never left our cats alone overnight or for that long during the day. If she couldn’t stay or follow the schedule, we really would’ve appreciated her being upfront so we could make other plans. We were just hoping for honest communication and someone we could rely on to care for our pets while we were away, but sadly, this experience didn’t live up to that.

Susan took good care of the two pets and our house while we were out of town for 9 days. She was extra patient with our skittish cat, and our cat definitely seems happier than usual when we are back home from a long trip. The house is also left spotless when we are back. Really appreciate her service and would hire her again for future house sitting needs

Susan house sat for our two cats and medium sized dog over the holidays and we couldn't be happier. We had great communiction throughout the visit and returned to a very clean house and three happy animals. We would definitely recommend Susan for anyone looking for high-level care for their fuzzies and hope she will come back the next time we are heading out of town.

My babies seemed to be perfectly happy in Susan's care! Would definitely choose her to watch them again!

Susan took care of Frankie (dog) and helped us last minute!! Frankie was safe and happy when we got home. It was during the heat wave which made things a bit more challenging. I glad our pup was well taken care of through those hot days!
