Susan was excellent to work with - professional, prompt at replying, and she took great care of Nigel and Rosa. Communication was streamlined and we felt very confident leaving our dogs in her care. She was able to handle medication administration with no problems, and she went above and beyond to put me at ease during our time away from the dogs. We would absolutely book Susan again!
