My husband and I both love dogs, we have a wonderful American Cocker Spaniel, Cargo; and a super smart Poodle/Yorkie mix, aptly named Smartie. Both are getting up there in years, but are happy boyz. If you're looking for the right sitter for your precious dog, please read our full profile. Smartie has a great sense of play, and Cargo's excited for the first five minutes, and then wanders off. Toys and comfy spaces abound in our home, and we have a lovely, fully-fenced backyard that's perfect for romping. We also love to go for walks around the neighborhood, a nearby park, and we sometimes go to the dog park at Mason District when we don't have a dog park in our own backyard. We provide a loving, safe, fun vacation home for your small to medium-sized pet(s). We'll provide updates with pictures. If we catch something adorable on video, we'll upload the video to our YouTube channel at PawdyOverHere. You can see for yourself that your pet is doing well. Still worried? Don't be, but you're welcome to call. Please be aware we cannot accept dogs over 30 pounds, and dogs over one year old must be fully housebroken. PLEASE NOTE, I will often send a video instead of a picture. Unfortunately, Rover will only let me send a video that you directly record into the Rover app. Since our videos often have more than one guest, and I'd like to send it to multiple dog-parents, I use a phone number you provide (if you want to), and therefore Rover doesn't record me as sending anything...but I do. We also provide puppy daycare for little ones who still need supervision and training -- let's discuss your specific needs. HOLIDAY RATE INFORMATION: During the week of a Federal holiday (Sunday through Saturday), there is a surcharge of $10/day. A custom quote will be sent in response to reservation requests. Please be aware that reservations are not confirmed until the custom quote is accepted.
