I spent a lot of time before this booking making sure everyone was set up for success. This sitter and I completed a meet-and-greet, discussed Cash's needs, routine, and exercise requirements, and I provided detailed written care instructions. Unfortunately, I left the experience feeling disappointed in both the care provided and the condition of my home. Communication became inconsistent throughout the stay, and I returned to a noticeably dirty apartment, including trash left behind, a dirty bathroom, and personal items that had not been cleaned up. I wasn't expecting my apartment to be cleaned, but I did expect the space to be treated respectfully and for the sitter to clean up after themselves. After reviewing my Ring footage, I also had concerns about the amount of time Cash may have spent alone and the frequency of his outdoor trips compared to the routine we discussed. Cash is a large, high-energy dog, so this was very concerning to me. I trusted this sitter with both my dog and my home, and based on my experience, I would not book with them again.

Sunny did an excellent job taking care of my two dogs and my cat. All of the animals were well cared for and my home was left clean. Thank you very much!
