The positives: Our meet and greet went well, Stefany played fetch with our dog, and the photos we received during the stay were appreciated. The negatives: We hired Stefany for a two-week house sit while we were traveling abroad. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and we cannot in good conscience recommend her for house sitting services. The first day of our booking she was over 2 hours late arriving to the house with no communication. On multiple occasions throughout the stay, we discovered through our smart lock and doorbell that our pets were left unattended overnight for extended periods on multiple nights — ranging from 11 to 17 hours — without any notice or communication to us. When we checked in remotely and asked about the care being provided, we were misled about her whereabouts and whether the pets had been fed and let outside. We ultimately had to arrange for a family member to take over care for the final days of the booking and terminated the stay early. Our pets were fortunately okay, but no pet owner should have to discover mid-trip that their animals are being left alone overnight by someone they trusted and paid to care for them. If you are considering this sitter for house sitting, we strongly urge you to reconsider.

This was great fit. Ella has a good time and her sitter, Stephany, had great communication through. Would definitely recommend! ? ?
