A typical day

As mental health is just as important as physical health for dogs, just like humans, I love taking dogs on decompression walk. A walk when they can their time sniffing new scents around the neighborhood and choose which way they would like to go at the pace of their choosing. Practicing commands and tricks is also an activity I love to do with dogs as it helps build trust and respect

Pet care experience

After years of caring for friends’ pets, I finally got 2 pets of my own in 2020. I have a cat named Oreo and a dog named Yuki. With lots of time on my hand during the long quarantine period of the pandemic, I learned to train my then puppy on my own. I’ve also helped friends teach their pandemic pups basic tricks like touch, sit, down, and heel. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of exercise, enrichment, and sticking to a healthy, personalized diet for the pets.

Shela always takes amazing care of my girl, Lola. She is responsible and communicative. Lola and Yuki play together so well and Lola comes home exhausted and happy every time
